I had an amazing experience at Blush! Amanda worked wonders on my damaged, bleached hair. She took the time to assess my hair and the products she used left it looking and feeling healthy again. Amanda truly saved my hair. I would give 100 stars if possible!! If you need a stylist who truly cares about your hair, I highly recommend Amanda. I’ll definitely be returning!

I recently moved neighborhoods and had to find a new stylist after having seen my previous one for years. Always scary for me as I've had many bad cuts that don't work with my hair type. Amanda was amazing! She understood exactly what I was looking for and was easy to talk to. Her space is super cozy and well-decorated too; I immediately felt comfortable. I'm so happy to have found my new go-to stylist! :))

Amanda is an absolute hair goddess!! I am extremely picky when I get my hair cut and many times leave the salon feeling like my cut just isn't right. Amanda nailed it! She TOTALLY understood my feelings AND the look I wanted. My hair is perfect and I will only be going to her moving forward!

Definitely recommend. I’m the guy who was stubborn and went to the cheap walk in places thinking I was saving time and money. Blush is very affordable, and was incredibly easy to set up a time that worked in my schedule. It actually was less time and more affordable based on the quality!! I will definitely be going back and especially recommend Tiana Rempala!

I'm loving my hair again! Amanda is so knowledgeable and talented. I'd had a BS hair cut post quarantine, my old stylist rushed the whole appointment and cut half my hair. Leaving all my layers uncut with split ends. Amanda took the time to section off my hair and give me the glam hair cut I needed. I feel so much lighter and fresher looking. We also did a Express Keratin treatment to calm my curly frizz down. I can finally wear my hair down and feel confident that it looks it's best. Thank you, Amanda!

Kimiko is the amazing! I’ve been here a few times now and each time I have always been super happy with my hair. I have also never really been committed to a certain salon but I love the atmosphere and how the appointment never feels rushed. Kimiko always takes her time and is great to talk to.

I love coming here for a haircut. You can schedule an appointment online at your convenient time. I have had my hair cut by Miko and she is great and very nice. She always offers me something to drink and is able to work greatly with my curly hair.

Amanda is fantastic! I have long, fine blonde hair and seriously appreciate her attention to detail for not only the tone of my hair but also the health of it. I found Amanda when I moved to Chicago (after not loving a few other salons I tried) and I’m so glad I did. She’s super down to earth and really passionate about what she does. It’s clear she’s really knowledgeable about color, which is reassuring. I also like that she’s honest in what’s best for my hair to keep it as healthy as possible. In addition to great color work, she’s also very meticulous with the cut. Having fine hair, she does an excellent job creating volume while keeping length. I’ve recently moved to Los Angeles and still book with Amanda when I’m back in Chicago for work because I haven’t found anybody who does as nice of a job. I highly recommend her work and have heard great things about her co-partner Miko as well.

Amanda is my personal hair goddess. I used to hate getting haircuts, now I look forward to them; she transformed me from split ends, random red hair (from a weird phase) to chocolate brown and now I have healthy, blonde-ish, happy hair. She's passionate about what she does and honest, I could go on for days. The salon is inviting, classy, and cozy. Going to Blush, I'm not only psyched for Amanda and her magical powers for my hair or the chats we have or tips I get to keep my coarse hair healthy, I look forward to being comfortable at Blush with good music, comfy chairs, beverages, and a cute ambience. It's stellar! Again, if my thumbs were up to it, I could brag for days.

By far the most fancy salon I’ve been to .... EVER. I went to see Miko and she’s absolutely AMAZING. She’s not only a great stylist, she’s extremely easy to talk to. You won’t feel like you’ve been in the chair longer than you actually have! Also, the hairstyles she gives are long lasting and easy to up keep. I ADORE her. So happy I found her!!

Great color, great cut, affordable and intimate atmosphere. I waited a week to write a review because I've walked out of salons loving my hair, and hating it the next week. That was not the case here. I saw Miko and she was great to my hair. The color looks great and the cut was how I wanted (even though I had no clue how to describe it). My hair is relatively healthy but she seems to put the health of your hair first. It was a great cut. No straggler pieces or weird chops. My hair is very straight so it shows choppy cuts or missed strands. I'm very pleased with the cut and color. After 4 years of salon hopping, I think I've found one to stick with.

I came in to get a keratin and I had the best experience. Kimiko had good music playing and it was just me and her in the salon. I felt like I was visiting a friend. The salon is small and cute and Kimiko makes sure that she gives you her undivided attention and pays attention to your specific needs. My hair turned out beautiful and I definitely will be returning. I also like the location because there's a Starbucks across the street and plenty of street parking.

I’ve been seeing Amanda for about 4 years. I moved to the suburbs and had a baby, and STILL continue to drive to Chicago to see her. She’s amazing and friendly and the best stylist I’ve ever gone too. She always makes me feel welcome and special when I’m here. Not to mention, her haircuts and color always leaves me feeling flawless, and the deep conditioner masks revive my hair! If I could rate her 100 stars, I WOULD!

Kimiko’s color expertise is awesome. She has been my stylist for some time now and I always leave looking great. Her latest feat was to take my salt and pepper hair to platinum. I love what she did, her technique helps the new growth blend so well with the platinum highlights. I don’t hesitate to recommend her for color or styling.
