The Owner is nice however for me it is about Customer Service. I was charged different amounts each visit which I tried to inquire about but couldn't get a direct answer. This is just for a basic cut and style. On my 4th visit The owner who normally does my hair had an odd reason she could not, and her daughter reluctantly agreed to do the cut but asked her Mom twice more if she could just cut it, I was nervous but accepted as her Mom Denise does great work I assumed the same of her daughter. I did not have alot of sleep and the Hurricane was coming so I wasn't thinking clearly to advocate for myself. I just needed a trim and she basically combed my hair straight, then proceeded to cut around the bottom in a straight line all the way around. I assumed she was just getting started on the lines then would go through and section and texturize. No, she said ok, Good? I was in shock I could have cut it myself at home. I said no, your Mom thins out and texturizes the ends and shapes it. She then argued my hair was already thin and she didn't think that was a good idea and that I will see once I play with it and style it on my own if it wasn't good enough I could come back. I paid full price for a Haircut I could have done on my own and left KNOWING I would have to come back but I was too tired to argue and didn't want to create awkwardness I already felt funny that Denise was across the room doing her own hair instead of mine and Maria already was acting as if she didn't want to do the cut. I wish I would have spoken up or refused to pay. I sensed too much tension and at that point did not want Maria to do anything else to my hair anyways. I do like Denise but today I did go back as I knew I would, I stopped in after calling but no answer because I was in the area to see if today was a good day even if I had to wait, the fixes should take 10 minutes. Only Maria was there and treated me as though it was an inconvenience or inappropriate that I stopped by. Denise then called and acted as though she can squeeze me in but it wasn't ideal for her. Again, the whole point of this post is customer service and the way people are treated. That is everything. I will not be back to this Salon which is sad, I find some family businesses just become too casual about client care and drop the ball, from not returning calls to not being clear on price, I could say alot more here but this is long as it is.

I had a 4pm appointment with Maria today and arrived at 3:45pm. She was with another client and told me she would be done in 20 minutes. She went back to her client, didn’t introduce herself or even tell me to have a seat. I had to wait until 4:30pm to be seen. Maria never apologized for having me wait for almost an hour. I found this to be very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. This is not the first time that I’ve had to wait over half an hour past my appointment time for a stylist here. I agree with other comments that this establishment doesn’t care about their client’s time. Other than that, the haircut was fine and the staff does work well, especially Denise. Denise is the only stylist that I would recommend at Blush, who has never kept me waiting. However I do find that coming to this salon has become unnecessarily stressful and that the other stylists are unapologetically disrespectful of their client’s time.

Very bad and disrespectful service! Yesterday Karine changed my appointment two times, then cancelled and I was very flexible to come today. I came at 2 pm and she was busy starting with another customer. She could not come to say anything just send me a message with another person who was in the reception. I never come here again. Time is a valuable thing and they don’t respect the appointments’ time.

Alright, let’s get one thing straight here. Finding a hairstylist who knows their way around color, cut, and style is like trying to catch a cab in Times Square at rush hour. You keep trying, but you just don’t get anywhere. That was my story, until I found Blush Hair Lounge and this hair virtuoso named Maria. Maria, listen here, she’s the real deal. She didn’t just nod along, she really got what I was saying. She dove into the color job like she was born to do it, showing a level of skill that was honestly pretty impressive. Then she followed it up with a cut and style that was spot-on, treating each lock of hair like it was pure gold. When she finally spun me around to face the mirror, I was blown away. It was like looking at the person I’d been trying to be, brought to life through her amazing work. I’ve been getting compliments left and right - I’m tellin’ ya, this woman’s got talent. There’s no two ways about it - I’ve found my forever stylist in Maria at Blush Hair Lounge. I recommend her to anyone who’s serious about their hair. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Believe me, this girl Maria, she’s got the magic touch

Being new to Orlando, I relied on Google reviews to find a Salon. This Salon is a Gem! Very modern and clean. Denise was friendly and did a fantastic job on giving me Exactly what I asked for with my hair and highlights. If you are local or just passing thru, this Salon will not disappoint! Highly recommend!

Made an appointment on the wrong day thinking it was for a same day appointment. The ladies were so gracious in fitting him in and made it work— truly appreciate going above and beyond to take care of a new client. Anywhere else would have sent him away. Thank you!!!

I am very pleased with this salon. I had to find a new one since my old one shut down. Denice did a great job on my hair cut and blow dry. It's a nice and clean atmosphere too. I will be back. Thank you again

I booked an appointment for Thursday 6/16 for 5 PM and the day before I received a call from the salon asking if I could come in earlier to be closer to my stylists last appointment before mine. I advised I couldn’t because I work until 4:30 and they said no problem you’re confirmed for 5. I arrived just before 5 on Thursday to be told my stylist, Karine, had already left for the day. There was one employee at the salon and she called Karine, which I thought meant she was going to come back for the appointment, but instead Karine told her to reschedule it. The lady there stated they didn’t have a receptionist that day and you can’t see past a certain time on their calendar screen unless you scroll down and so no one knew my appointment was there. I find it extremely bizarre a stylist doesn’t know their own schedule and wouldn’t also double check the schedule before leaving. Which is why I’m fairly certain Karine did know my appointment was scheduled but didn’t want to wait around for it. This was my first appointment at this salon and also my last. All they did was waste my time and gave me no reason to want to come back. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the lady at the salon was very nice and apologetic.

I had an appointment with Maria at 10:00 am when they opened, and she arrived at the salon at 10:05. Granted she was only five minutes late, but when she did get there, she took her time putting the things away from her bag and tending to her two little dogs. After I met her, I explained what I wanted and was met with an attitude. She said, “I will do it, but you probably won’t like it.” I was open to other suggestions, besides coloring my hair which I told her I did not want to do, but she did not give me any and really seemed like I was bothering her. After a few minutes of trying to communicate with her (she walked away in the middle of me talking), I told her I was not comfortable with her doing my hair because she really seemed like she wanted nothing to do with it. I left the salon and went to someone else a few days later who was able to give me suggestions and did an amazing job. I had previously read good reviews about Maria, so maybe she was just having a bad day. But, in my opinion she was completely unprofessional. The stylist next to her, Gina, did call me later after I left to see if she could help me, but there was no way I was going back there.

Great place, clean, Profesional and chill atmosphere. They have complimentary wine drink which is so cool although I didn't partake. Gina cut my hair and she did a great job will return for sure. All the other stylist seem knowledgeable as well.

The place, atmosphere, and people are simply incredible! They did an insanely good job at color correcting my hair and dyeing it the exact color I had envisioned. HIGHLY recommend this place! They are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable!

Business under new management. I came in to ask for a suggestion for a cut and price. The lady sitting up front said the hair dresser will come to see my hair in a few minutes as she was with a customer. It was the only customer there. I waited 15 minutes and she never came, not even apologized from far, and I was the only one standing at the front door. I ended leaving.

I LOVE Blush Hair Lounge! The stylists are so personable and knowledgeable. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. They offer amazing products to keep your hair healthy and hydrated in the central Florida humidity, but never pressure you to buy anything outside your beauty budget. Maria does a great job with my hair gives a gorgeous blowout every time. The salon has an aesthetician that provides skin treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning. They also offer lip/chin/brow waxing. This business is growing and thriving in an ideal location in Lake Nona with easy highway access. I'm just hoping they add eyebrow threading soon because I'd love to live local and get all my self-care beauty treatments in one place at the Blush Lounge.

My hairdresser I used to go to moved away and I went several months coloring my own hair (not too smart). My son graduates from HS next week and I was feeling frumpy and old and ready for a new look. So I nervously made an appointment. WOW! It was an amazing experience. The salon is so cute and bright and airy. I had Karine and she took the challenge of trying to fix my color damaged hair! Three hours later I left feeling beautiful and my hair looking so healthy and nice. I love my new look and feel young and vibrant and like I don't look old enough to have a kid graduating High School! LOL The only negative I would say is that I wish they discussed prices BEFORE they do the services. I knew mine would be more money because of the correction but I was surprised she didn't tell me HOW much it would cost before she started. Of course I could have asked so that was my bad. Still it was reasonable for all they did and compared to what other salons charge for corrective color this was very very good. Will be going back again and NOT coloring my own hair! LOL
