Absolutely the worst customer service, I went there to get my nails done by bon, who has been doing my nails for months( she does an amazing job) however tonight she didn’t want to do my nails because she was double booked.I called Tuesday morning to schedule an appointment with bon on Thursday April 27th but come to find out that Sarah who works there didn’t look at the schedule correctly and double booked me with some else, when I confirmed with Sarah she said Everything was good to go. Apparently it wasn’t! The girls in there tonight were helpful and tried there best to help me out but all the other nail techs were either leaving or had just started there appointment and wouldn’t be able to help me out for another 45 minutes. When my appointment was scheduled for 5:45 and I was there at 5:30. It’s a great nail salon but they need to work on how they treat their customers!

Blush Nail was sold and is now KR Nails. That being said; I had a wonderful experience having a gel manicure! Wendy was my tech and she was wonderful too! We talked through most of my manicure.

I went years ago when they first opened but stopped going because the nail techs came and went quickly and they didn't do a good job....Well, in a bind today with my schedule so I decided to give them another try, I figured after all this time surely they had improved...WRONG!!...Worse nail tech, didn't even introduce himself, wanted to do my nails the way he wanted not what I asked for, told him 4 times several nails had rough patches after he was done and he didn't care...He applied so little gel polish you can still see my nails through it!...The girl up front when I checked out asked how I enjoyed it and I told her worse manicure I have ever had...She says as I put my card into pay and the place to leave a tip comes up, "Oh, guess you won't be doing that!"...She never said let me have somebody do the manicure over today or please come back another time and we will fix it, nothing!....I knew better and it will surely be my last time!...I noticed as I was leaving there was no license with this guy's picture either...

In the beginning I was greeted with smiles but once my service was complete the customer service rendered by Kelsi was unbelievable. I was asking why my color change was the same amount as a pedi and if that was the case I was willing to pay the extra 5 dollars. Well when another front dest employee asked her she yelled and rudely stated I will have to wait an additional 45 min. This is not good customer service

My First And Last Experience, The ppl are nice offered me a cup of red wine as I was seated but the Quality of Work isn't just goin cut it I paid 80 dollars for a full set, I don't think it was really worth it I won't be going back period it looks like a rushed job

Pretty disappointed with this salon. I was so excited that I found my new home and even requested a business card as I was planning to return.. until I saw the bill. $120 for a basic pedicure (didn’t even get a massage and the nail tech doing my friends nails said “she must’ve just gotten a polish change” because of how fast it was) and a fill in. I could’ve gotten a whole new full set for that price. No nails were removed or replaced either. What’s funny is she was shocked at how much I paid last time when I got a brand new full set and pedi, and she then charged me $20 more. I asked 3 people to see a service menu or price list and they couldn’t deliver. No itemized receipt or any receipt for that matter. I was told a fill in was $50 and the design was $7 for two ring finger nails and I got all 10 done. Okay so where is the rest of the money coming from then?? She then said they charge $30 for nail design on all nails and doesn’t know what the rest of the charge was and tried to tell me because they used different colors for the dots.. give me a break. They said each tech makes their own prices even though they are not booth rental and are commission based. Just overall shady business practice and pricing should’ve been addressed prior especially if they’re not listing it anywhere. Oh and my toes don’t match my nails so they definitely didn’t use the same color and if they didn’t have it they should’ve told me that.

There’s been more than one occasion where I’ve asked for a certain design, was assured that they could do it, and it ended up not looking like the picture. The staff is super sweet but the service could be better especially considering the prices. Fill-ins START AT $45.. insane. I would usually just get a pedicure with gel polish and the total would be around $45-$55 with gratuity, which I thought was strange because I get the same thing but the prices are different every time. But the two times I’ve gotten full set and pedicure, the total comes out to over $100. If you do come here, make sure to ask for the prices before you get sat because they won’t tell you. Again, everyone is super sweet so I never felt the need to say anything, but this time my nails are messed up pretty bad. I offered to show a picture of what I wanted and she declined so I had faith, but she messed up to the point they can’t be fixed.

not feeling good about going back there they treat you like you are asking a dam favor when they charge you $60.00 for junky job and when you go back to get it fix they try to trick you to fix only part of the problem and some of the attendants get upset for mistake they did for rushing it the first time,i have to waste alsmot 2 hours of my time to go back is not like a don't have more important things to do,need to get better customer service

I had shared a good review about this place before but I had to deleted. I have to say that , yes, the owner and some ladies are nice, and provided an excellent customer service but it takes a few employees in a company to destroy a business… There is one lady, that not only provide a horrible services but have horrible social skills, and other employees that just waste some much time having unnecessary conversations during peak hours. I was sat in a pedicure machine for two hours with my feet in the water and my nails wrapped in acetone waiting to be help. I was told that the lady I wanted to do my nails was not going to be able to help me like in a hour and half. However, I said then it could be anyone. Still, I was left on the chair waiting, everyone else got their services done. The lady with no social skills came to do my feet, was rude, and pushing my feet away etc. I was done….. I was left still waiting….so I left. So, that experience right there with those few employees, is what can make a business failed. Even though the owner apologized because she is so nice and offered a gift card, I could not get over passed the treatment I received that day. They have good Mimosas though and the lady with the Hello Kitty table is the BEST….. If you decide to go, Hello Kitty lady is the to go Lady ….as for me they lost me as customer, unless the Hello Kitty table lady go and work somewhere else.🤷🏻‍♀️

Okay okay.......i have patronized this salon for over 3 years now. Christine is absolutely the best!! And the owner Michele is the sweetest!! However I'm not really sure why the turnover is so high. I just hope Christine doesn't go anywhere 😉. Altho I'm sure running a business such as a nail salon is not easy. Maybe the staff could help to tidy up a bit, it's starting to appear a bit cluttered. Nothing says you value your customers like a nice bright clean establishment. Also having the nail techs dress a bit more professional not as if they're just lounging around the house. That's all! I'm done!

When I first got there it was a great experience they were nice and I was moved in quick. The woman who did my nails was very sweet and the nail quality is good. I highly enjoyed my experience other than the price. I don’t understand why I was charged $50.00 for a fill in when online it says $25.00. I understand prices going up because of inflation, but at least list that they are different instead of me being shocked to pay 50 when I was originally told $25.00.
