Michelle and Teresa are incredible! I was able to have a great ozone suana session with the hydro massage bed as well as some great body work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that is interested!

I visited BluVida on my trip through the USA whilst visiting from Dubai. Being a scientist and biohacker, I was looking for an elite clinic to test out the technology. I first came across BluVida on Instagram and messaged the clinic about visiting. I was met with such openness and kindness, and the team arranged my visit seamlessly! Well, the technology they have available here is INCREDIBLE. BluVida has EVERYTHING from Red Light Therapy, to Ozone Sauna and even PEMF Therapy. Not only that, the team are so well trained and are so happy to help you. I am super excited to visit again, and even though I will be flying hundreds of miles back to the USA...BluVida is a priority for me to visit again just to hug the team! Their next venture is peptides, which I cannot wait to try. Thank you so much BluVida.

Life hasn’t gotten any less stressful for me. But since I’ve started experiencing all these wonderful services at Bluvida, my responses to life has gotten better. I’m one of those “take care of others first and then maybe me” person. That stopped after my first visit. I’m actually better at taking care of others. Thanks to the wonderful staff at the Katy office. If you haven’t tried their super Ozone Sauna, you simply must! It takes me back to those hot summer days at the beach where I didn’t have a care in the world. I burn calories and get rid of toxins while relaxing in the sauna sipping on my imaginary Pina Colada. What more could you ask for?

I always go to Teresa for a sinus clearing. She has magic fingers! It only takes about 15 to 20 mins and it ALWAYS helps. I get sinus headaches and I don't know what I'd do without her. A few minutes with her and BOOM! Headache gone.

BluVida has been a blessing in my life. Just over a year ago I was in a fender bender which left me with several bulging disks and major pain in my back and neck. After several months of going to a chiropractor and getting cortisone injections on my back, the pain seemed to get worse. That is when I took it upon myself to find an alternate method to ease my back pain. That is when I found BluVida and started doing PEMF and Red Light Therapy which helped, but then took it a step further and started seeing Teresa - the therapist at BluVida who has been so incredible with her therapies on my back and neck! She has a magic touch, like she knows exactly where the pain is and how to alleviate it! After a few sessions with her, I can honestly say I see the light at the end of the tunnel, something I had given up on, thinking I would have back issues for the rest of my life making it very difficult to do day to day activities which are now becoming easier for me. Not only Teresa is amazing there, but also Emma and Maddy. Erica will help customize a package for your needs and help you reach your goals. This place is beyond AMAZING! I highly recommend it for any and all of their services!

First time here, I had the Hydrofacial. I recommend it because is relaxing, it helps with moisture, lifting of sagging skin. I have sinus problems and it helps with decongestion and swelling of the sinus. Maddy the aesthetician was super.

I highly recommend BluVida! Everyone there is so nice, they’re very knowledgeable, and their treatments are incredible and have been life changing for me. A little background on myself.....Female, late 30's. I have chronic health issues, including an autoimmune disorder. I’ve been to doctor after doctor the past 5 years, and despite all the excellent doctors I’ve seen, all the testing, treatments, supplements and special diets, I have only continued to get worse. Before going to BluVida a little over a month ago, I had a decreasing quality of life and could barely function. I couldn’t get through work, was constantly having to lay down, couldn’t get anything done around the house, and had no energy to exercise. Since starting at BluVida, I’ve had a complete 180 in my energy! No problems getting through work, I have the energy to play with my kids, cook/clean, my moods are good and stable, and I’m exercising 5 days a week again. I’ve been doing PEMF and Theralight 360. A couple weeks in, Teresa broke up some scar tissue on my stomach that was blocking the energy flow in my body, and I started responding even better to the PEMF and Theralight. I have a lot of issues with inflammation, and I’ve already noticed a reduction in that. I have a really healthy diet, but on the weekends I like to splurge on a restaurant meal or two. Before BluVida, after a couple of those “cheat meals”, I would get a lot of joint pain and body aches. Since starting treatment at BluVida, I don’t have any more pain from restaurant food! Another benefit is that my last menstrual cycle was normal for the first time in many years. Before BluVida, I would get really bad PMS, my period was always slow to start, drag on for 8 days, bad cramping, pain radiating down my legs, low mood, fatigue and would feel irritable. This time, I had no PMS, I felt completely fine during my period, and it started right away and finished quicker than normal! I’ve also been doing the Emsella chair. I’ve had problems with leaking for years after having 2 large babies. I would leak from running, jumping, sneezing and exercising. Since doing the 6 Emsella treatments, I haven’t peed on myself once! I can even hold it now for awhile instead of immediately having to rush off to the bathroom. I highly recommend this place! It’s incredible the progress I’ve made already, and I can’t wait to see how my health continues to improve over time.

I love #BluVida so much I try to spend my lunch hours there. Since using the Theralight 360 I feel my energy level has increased. I love the Hypervibe and the Solajet Hydro Drywave Massage is the best! Honestly, I love it all. The staff is great, Emma is always so helpful. Teresa is the best (Cryo21). I received the best facial of my life with Matti. I can't say enough good things about Blu Vida....and to top it off, the music played is great!

This is a lovely facility. It is very relaxing and clean. The staff are very knowledgeable and personable; willing to customize your specific treatment plan to zone in on problem areas. I definitely recommend.
