So, I went in with a valid Groupon for a deluxe pedicure. I showed "Daisy" the code and she said it was only for a regular pedicure not the deluxe. After my pedicure she charged me 35$ refused to accept the Groupon stating that the "lady no longer worked there" and she wasn't taking it. Her attitude and service was so bad I will never go there or recommend that salon. I contacted Groupon and my money was refunded.

I came here recently to get a mani pedi. It is a drive from my home but if I have the time to drive to this location, I will as I have had positive experiences the times I came. However, at my most recent visit I was so disappointed in the service I received from Su, who was tasked with my manicure service. She was quite aggressive, rude and had little patience with me. She would often tell me to “relax” but her delivery, body language and demeanor prevented me from relaxing. I have sensitive skin and often need technicians to be gentle when working on my fingers. I tried to tell her that I was trying to relax but her pinching my finger, pretty aggressively, prevented me from doing so. At one point, she slammed her hands on the table , in frustration, and forcefully pulled my fingers down. It was then that I did not feel safe with her touching my hands any longer. I had to request she stop working on my Manicure. Fortunately, the worker tasked with my pedicure, Daisy, was very friendly and professional. She completed both my mani and pedi, was kind and gentle. Due to this experience I will not be returning.

Absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend and I came here for Mani pedis, and wow! They are THE BEST!! Everyone is so talented, they know what they are doing. You can see the attention to detail, they really take their time. I love my nails I have received so many compliments. We will be back!!

I liked the service and they were polite but the callus removal and effects of the spa pedicure was not effective. They declined to honor a gift certificate given to me as a gift. They changed ownership but bear the same name and would not honor the gift certificate even though my Dad paid cash.

I'll start by saying, I am not one to complain. I'm the type of person who will never speak up because of the anxiety it causes me, so it really was THAT BAD! I've been to B&M Nails 4 times now (always walk-in..I have 3 young children and have no idea when I will have a few hours to spare to get my nails done!), and they've always done a great job. However, today was very different. It appears B&M Nails has a few new nail techs working that don't have the proper training. I'll get straight to it..The women doing my mani and my pedi today (2 different women) were not allowed to do dip nails. There were only 2 techs present that can do dip, and they were both with clients. I was disappointed, but agreed to do gel for both my mani and pedi instead. Well, turned out my mani nail tech also wasn't allowed to do gel...so I ended up waiting for one of the two techs, that can do gel (same 2 that can only do dip), to become available (that's fine, I have no problem with waiting and enjoying my peace and quiet!). So when the gel/dip certified tech came over, I said "so can I get what I originally wanted? The dip?" And she said they were too busy, so I reluctantly went with the gel. Then I found out the tech doing my pedi can only do reagular polish too..so to help save time, I decided to just do regular polish instead of waiting for the mani tech to do gel on my toes too. Wrong choice!!! It would've been faster if I just waited for the same person doing gel on my fingers to do gel on my toes!!! It took my toenail tech 28 minutes to polish my toes (this is NOT an exaggeration), and she didn't even complete it because another tech was walking by and saw how horrible it looked (yes..28 minutes, and it looked like my 3yo daughter painted them). Eventually a nail tech walking by kicked her off my toes and repainted them...she did not remove the 5 coats of nail polish the previous tech had painfully put on, the new tech added 2 more color coats and a top coat. All these coats also caused my color choice to be more saturated on my toes compared to my fingers. I also paid for the $35 pedi instead of the $25 pedi because I have major feet calluses, and the $25 pedi did not have callus remover. But my original pedi tech only scrubbed my heels and did not do the pads of my feet or toes 😩! This is primarily the reason I get pedis. I honestly didn't notice this until I realized she was done prepping my feet. I mentioned this to the new pedi tech that it appears the previous one forgot to scrub my toes and she said "yes, so sorry about that." When I went to pay, I asked to pay for the $25 pedi instead of the $35 pedi since I didn't really get the callus remover. I also mentioned it took her almost 30 minutes to just paint my toenails and then someone else still had to fix them. They called my original tech over and had a full discussion about me in a different language I could not understand (I know this is common in nail salons, however since this was about a direct complaint from a client, I found it very awkward to stand there as they obviously debated my claims). They ended up deciding to comp me $5. I paid $62 for a gel mani that I didn't really want, and a very disappointing pedi. I still tipped $10, because I just can't bring myself to not tip..but I will never return to this nail salon. I came home crying because speaking up obviously caused me a lot of distress and anxiety, and it was not the relaxing enjoyable experience I expected. I know of at least 3 nail techs who are very good in there, but I was so disappointed they allowed these two nail techs to even provide services when they obviously need a lot more training!! If you know the "good ones," always make an appointment with them and NEVER do a walk in.

I don’t know the gentlemans name but he was so professional, gentle and nice with my feet! I’ve had tons of pedis where the nail tech attempts to just “rip off” the hard skin that’s on the side of my big toes 😵‍💫 He was so gentle and nice when I asked him kindly to just scrubbed it off. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here, it’s the cutest small biz and not busy at all! I was able to change my appointment time and not have to wait more than 2 minutes for the nail tech to seat me down.

Walk ins are NOT welcome! Don’t be fooled by the sign on the door. Terrible services & she wasn’t nice at all. She couldn’t even recommend me an appt time for later or anything. She just said sorry no and there was only one other customer. Don’t come here.

Came here for the first time and am SO happy I did. Best place in Yucaipa BY FAR, and probably anywhere I've been. I got gel acrylics and a pedicure and love it all. Very relaxing, super kind people, and great nails! Jessica did my nails and Kim did my toes and they were both so lovely to work with. I will definitely be returning and recommend everyone try it out! Jessica is the new owner after she took the business over a couple of months ago, so it's not the same people that were here before. Also, it looked very nice inside. Super comfy chairs, the best pedicure massager chair I've ever had at a nail place (adjustable for height!), and beautiful music and it was very clean. Highly recommend! Update: been here 3 times now and love it even more! Beautiful nails and designs, so kind, good prices, clean, professional, always on time. Love Jessica and so happy I finally found my “regular” place 🥰

I was looking for a local shop that did mani/pedi for men. I have always enjoyed those as a man. The problem that I keep running into is that I cannot find a pedicurist that provides consistent quality service. I have heard about this place being under new ownership and being highly recommended by my wife and adult children. The new owners name is Mia aka Jessica. This is not to be confused with the other Mia who owned this spot right before her. The new Mia is not new to the industry and it showed by the awesome job she did for me, especially on my Jurassic Park feet. (LOL). Mia really took the time to make sure I was happy and that my feet and hands were fresh and feeling new. I would recommend anyone both man or woman to give this place a shot. Let's support here and her small business. I cannot wait to go back for more.

Mia did my nails.I have faithfully been coming to this nail salon for weeks now.I have been satisfied every time.She takes her time to do a beautiful job.I l love that she plays attention to detail. I never used to get designs but now I am booked and get them every visit. They are so kind here and it's nice to be a regular and they actually remember you. That's what good customer service is for me in addition to great service of course.I also get pedicures and eyebrow waxing here. Finally found a place I can get all services done at that's even close to home.

This salon is my new to go spot, love this place and its so clean . Today i went in for a pedi, absolutely the best pedicure I've ever received. My feet are so soft. I got a fill too. Amazing work. They dont rush through your service like other local salons. They take pride in their work . I love my fall nude colors i picked came out excatly how i wanted.
