Excellent customer service. Ambiance is serene and calming. It was my first facial and Lashawnda walked me through the entire process. She listened to my concerns, vetted my face, and was extremely patient. Not only was this informative, it was beyond relaxing. I went to a second facial appointment and will now be a regular.

I received a back facial from Cidney which was my first ever back facial and I absolutely loved it. It was so relaxing and she was very gentle. The atmosphere was very soothing. I would highly recommend and I will be back soon.

I went to B'Natural for the grand opening. The location was easy to find and my service started on time. I got an underarm wax from Cidney and she was very gentle. She got all the hair even in those roll areas lol. 2 weeks later and I have only a few hairs. I will be back.

The lash tech is very kind and professional. She gave an amazing care kit for my lashes and explained how to use it. However, it took 3 hours for her to complete a classic set and the set didn't even last a week. It's day 8 and I have maybe 3 indv lashes left.

When you first walk in, everything is CLEAN ! that should be 5 stars on its own right there, especially in the times that we are living in. I received a Consultation Facial. Cidney was super thorough and informative with my skincare analysis and even wrote everything down and gave me important tips on correcting my skin. The facial felt AMAZING and she was super gentle. My face looked hydrated, clean, and moisturized afterwards. Will definitely be back!

I have very tough facial hair and everyone be has always left me in so much pain. However, I tired B’Natural Skin Therapy and had the best experience I have ever had. She also did my facial and took the time to talk me through my issues and the steps needed to fix them. I left feeling good and excited to go home and begin my new skin care regimen.
