Recently had my first experience at Bobby Cooper Salon and it was great. I saw Tamara for a highlight and haircut. She always nails my blonde and cut, as well as giving me a long lasting blow out. The atmosphere at Bobby cooper I great as well, such a beautiful spot! Will always highly recommend Tamara!

Got a service done this past weekend and absolutely loved, I enjoyed my process and the way my stylist Cass performed it, I hope more and more clients give her the chance to keep improving her skills set, she may will take a bit longer than someone with more experience but as my experience she was very careful and dedicated to get my expectations fulfilled, I also loved the vibe in general and how many times some other stylists compliment and said positive things of her work while getting close to be done, love to see a place with sorority and support.

Had the best experience with Cassandra. She was so nice, patient and professional. Respected and took care of all my wishes. Never had such good highlights, cut and styling. Loved the whole experience there. Everyone else was also really nice ❤️

I highly recommend booking with Bailee! She always gives me the exact color i want! She is professional, well educated, friendly and i always enjoy our sessions. If you need a blow out for an event, she is your stylist! Looking forward to my next treatment with her! :)

I used Bobby Cooper Salon for my wedding, specifically Emma. They were fabulous to work with. Whole process was very smooth and the hair turned out amazing. They girls were great the day of the wedding and had the best energy and vibe. Highly recommend!

Tayler is the best. I have naturally very dark (though it’s now greying) hair with a white streak from a birthmark. Tayler does a wonderful job dying my greying hair dark, while keeping my streak bright white. In the past, stylists would get dye on the white streak and make it look yellow or light brown. I’ve lived in NYC and DC and haven’t had a better stylist than Tayler. Couldn’t recommend her more. Such skill and attention to detail.

Great experience for a couples date. Service included : Hair wash, scalp massage and blow dry. Recently visited Bobby Cooper Salon in Indianapolis for a haircut and brought my girlfriend with me. I was thoroughly impressed with the salon. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and executed the haircut perfectly. The salon's ambiance was stylish and inviting, making it a pleasant experience for my girlfriend as she got a haircut at the same time. Would recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch haircut experience!

I have never given this kind of review to a hair salon, but for what I paid and how I felt, I need to. When I first moved to Indianapolis I came to Bobby Cooper Salon. I was told they could work with my Goldwell color formula I was using with my hairdresser in Houston, so I sent it in ahead of time. When I came in I was told they preferred their own line, and that the color was too many levels up. I accepted this, but over the next few months I noticed my hair looking worse and worse-it wasn’t just the shadow, it was how uneven the color was. I am used to a good base break, and fine highlights. I also noticed my hair was becoming more damaged. When I mentioned I didn’t like the color, my hairdresser said no to any lightening of the base, and only offered more highlights-which actually came out very uneven and dark in the back. End of discussion: I was not asked what I would like, how we could fix what I didn’t like, not once. It was “in, out, next customer….” Because I was paying ALOT and clearly not getting good communication or service, I switched salons. At my new salon I had a discussion with my hairdresser about my concerns: she agreed with some of what I wanted and offered her own advice and expertise, and I came out with bright, glossy blonde hair again (actually, even better!) like I had in Texas before. The hairdresser fixed the uneven parts and heavy dark roots in the back, and gave me a personalized hair mask to help with the damage. The best part is I felt we worked together through communication, and it helped! What I learned is that if I am going to pay a lot, I should feel like I am listened to, and worked with, and that a high level blonding is possible if the stylist knows color, but also, high level blonding must receive more TLC than it was. When a hairdresser pulls out color charts, consults other people who know more than him/her, and no one comes to ask for what you want, you shouldn’t be paying expert level money for the experience. Also, I should have recieved a reparative treatment for the price. I pay less and get more from the new salon. I felt like I didn’t matter at Bobby Cooper, I didn’t receive service that reflected the bill, I was ignored about my concerns, and my hair showed it. I won’t ever return. It’s not the cost that mattered, it’s the fact that I was paying that much for a poor experience.

So disappointed in Bobby Cooper Salon. I've been a good customer, enjoyed the stylists I've seen, haven't missed any appointments and tipped well. But today Bryan canceled my appointment the day of because "he really isn't taking new customers and needed to move things around". I've had this appointment on the books for weeks. Rescheduling wasn't an option for me. Boo on Bryan and Bobby Cooper Salon.

Everyone at Bobby Cooper is amazing! Lauren has been doing my hair for years and I cannot say enough great things about her. Recently, she was unable to do my hair at a scheduled appointment, but went out of her way to let me know this prior to the appointment, as well as found another stylist who would be able to work with me. The vibe here is fantastic, as are all the stylists.

0/10 would not reccommend. Abysmal service. Absolutely piss poor. Booked twice. 1st time over the phone and got confirmation. I arrive for the appointment to be told 'I'm not in the system". I book in person for another appointment and get confirmation. I arrive to 2nd appointment to be told the employee quit. You would think they would contact clients and help them re-book with other employees. Basic common decency is lacking.

I am new to Indianapolis. The receptionist booked me for a haircut with Liz. She did an incredible job of styling my short hair and gave me tips for blow drying. I will be a regular customer. An amazing salon experience.

I went to this place for almost a year and I was never fully satisfied with the outcome especially paying $100 for a haircut on each visit. Even though, I communicated with a hairstylist, it seemed she did not care to listen to all or did not want to give 100% satisfaction. However, the people who worked there including my last hairstylist named Lauren seemed caring and friendly so I kept going to one place. One day she told me a specific hair growth product that was taken orally and it worked great according to other customers. But it was not in stock and she told me they shall get more. The receptionist asked me to leave my number so they could reach me out once it came back in stock. After a month, I still did not hear back from them, I decided to stop by the salon to check. I walked into the salon and asked the receptionist, but she told me they have not had the product for almost a year. The receptionist asked Lauren but she acted like she had no idea why I was there for. Moreover, I waved at her but she gave me the cold shoulder. That day I realized that she only pretended to care with fake kindness when I came to pay her service. Other than that, she did not even want to say hi to me. That explained why my requirements were never fulfilled after all.
