Such a pleasant experience for a haircut at Bocz Salon! I've always been the type of girl who would cut my hair at home or go to cheap salons to save a few bucks, and inevitably be distraught with the results. However, after a suggestion from a friend, I decided to try out Bocz Salon. It's one of the best decisions I've made! The staff here is so kind as well. Vu is so welcoming and made sure to answer all my questions. For both cuts, I didn't feel the need to show model photos for the kind of style I wanted, I talked it through with both stylists who listened to me and made sure I felt like my vision was seen. Also, as someone who has long hair, both stylists respected my decision to keep the length and did not cut off more than I requested. I love my results and I actually get a lot more compliments on my hair! I definitely plan on coming back in the future! Thank you!!

You can tell that the staff really care about you and doing an amazing job. Vu at the front is always so kind in taking care of my appointments and always remembers to offer me a beverage. Emily has been my stylist. She is thoughtful, kind, and patient. Emily is always willing to work with me, making sure my cut is exactly how I want it before I leave. Thank you! 😊 From what I can see, Bocz Salon hires lovely people. Kudos to all of the others I don't know the names to.

I went in for a haircut and also discussed about hair colour with Becca. I absolutely loved the haircut service and Becca was amazing. However, the person on the reception was rude and just wouldn’t work with me for the next hair colour appointment. If only they were a bit more accommodating, it would have been a pleasant experience overall for me. I have been going to this place for over 2 years but never had this bad experience with the reception staff.

Aldera is better than all of the other estheticians out there and here is why. She legitimately cares about her clients and wants them to look and feel their best. She has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. She gives excellent advice on how to look your best. Aldera is also hip and extremely intelligent, so conversations with Aldera are always interesting! I would recommend Aldera to everyone looking for a good esthetician. Five stars!

So excited they moved into the neighborhood. Have been looking for a new stylist so emailed asking for recommendations. The receptionist asked more details about my hair and what I was looking for and provided a few options. Couldnt have been more happy to be paired with Lissa. She was easy to talk to, did a very thorough cut, and great suggestions. Will definitely return

When we placed our appointment we were told one price however after the hairstyles was completed the price went up to almost twice the price. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN! Ahilia Foster, Charmaine, Mona and Zoey!!!! The service was great but the prices quoted was not what we paid. It was almost twice the price!!!!!

Really beautiful salon! But the reason for the score is my original stylist has to leave right before my apt as she hurt her mouth on her lunch so they were able to get me in with another stylist that was available. She was so kind but I’m in my mid 30s and told her exactly what I wanted but she definitely styled it and blow dried it as if I was in my 60’s. I won’t return but again very nice but bad cut

I recently moved to Seattle from NYC. I had a girl that did my hair and I thought finding someone in Seattle would be impossible. After noticing this salon’s reviews and checking out their website, I called to make an apt. The person that helped me was great. He listened to my concerns and my hair needs and suggested I see Danny. Danny was amazing!! He really listened to my explanation and was very skilled at creating exactly what I was looking for! I can’t recommend him enough. He’s worth every penny.

I got a curly haircut by Andrea and I am loving it so much, got so many compliments at work and from friends. I have been pulling my hair back all my life and wanted to do something new, Andrea did an amazing job. I can’t stop staring at my new hair!!

I have been coming to Bocz for years and absolutely love Shelina and the team. The salon is vibrant, the services are exceptional, and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. It’s no wonder half my friends also go here. Parking shouldn’t deter you-there are plenty of lots within a block. And there’s an elevator so it should be accessible.

Bocz is my go-to in Seattle! The stylists and estheticians are all incredibly talented — especially Aldera. Even after I moved to NYC I come back to see Aldera for my brows and waxing whenever I can. I highly recommend!

I live out of state and was in town for work and badly needing a hair cut. I'm super particular when it comes to my hair so I was hesitant to try anyone outside my normal gal back home. Danielle did an amazing job! She gave me exactly what I needed and is so sweet. Highly recommend her!

I was traveling and needed a haircut. I called and Olivia had an opening. Olivia was fantastic, friendly, and talkative. My hair isn't easy to get right (fine and straight) but she did an excellent job. The price was $65 which I knew going into the cut. For anyone who is a tourist like me, that's typical of the downtown area and is what it is. I could never afford that on a regular basis but it was worth it in a pinch.

I'm pretty terrible at saying what I want for my hair, but all the stylists who have had me on their chair have been welcoming, open-minded, and friendly. The last time I had my hair cut there (about a week and a half ago) I mentioned very briefly that I'm transmasc., and the energy of the gentleman cutting my hair immediately swiveled to make sure that I was okay with the cut I was getting that day. Just honestly a great place with great people providing amazing services. Each time I've paid a visit it's been a bill over 70USD. Worth it each time, honestly.

Well, don’t get me started, but $90 for a haircut with an appointment is a bit much for my Wallet to comprehend. It wasn’t my only option while seeking to get a simple haircut at this really nice salon. My other option was a haircut with some special attention by one of the master stylists which would run me $225. What happened to the days of just getting a simple $10 or $20 haircut? Sleepy in Seattle? Not in the downtown area that’s for sure. If you are in need of a haircut head over to the University area where you’ll find that $18 haircut.

This was my first time Bocz. Lissa was beyond awesome; very easy going and easy to talk to. She listened to what I wanted and did better than I imagined. I HIGHLY recommend her and cannot wait to go back. The salon was very clean and professional. All the staff I interacted with was extremely nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
