The massage is Top Notch! It's def noisy in the rooms because of front end noise and thin walls so hard to completely relax. (Maybe this is only the issue in the first massage room, Im not sure so I can't say) The rooms need to be updated but if you can overlook those things you won't regret the service! The staff is sweet and accommodating!

I booked an 80-minute deep tissue massage with hot stones, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. It felt rushed and unprofessional, as the therapist seemed to focus more on applying lotion and lightly rubbing my back rather than providing a proper deep tissue massage. Despite requesting firmer pressure, the effort was inconsistent and quickly reverted to superficial techniques. I eventually decided to end the session 25 minutes early because it was not meeting my expectations. To add to the frustration, the therapist still requested gratuity. This was far from the relaxing and therapeutic experience I had hoped for.

This was the worst massage I have ever gotten in my life, and I have had several from many different spas. I've never had one where I worried for my health before. Booked a couples massage with my best friend where I listed a few health (joint) concerns and massages have not been an issue with the joints before through multiple providers. They explicitly have a section in the sign up form online regarding health concerns so I thought this would be taken seriously. 1) They did not address those health concerns beforehand or even ask which one of us they applied to. I'm not even sure they read that section of the sign up form. 2) I've never had a massage, deep tissue or otherwise, where pressing up and down repeatedly on an area like you are performing CPR is normal. Let alone doing that directly on the lower spine, the kidneys, or the back of the knee that was listed as a health concern. Furthermore continuing to do so after asking to ease up twice. 3) Neither of us have ever been punched, smacked or scratched so much during a massage. Super weird. 4) Continually trying to massage the feet after continually saying not to. Seriously simple. 5) If you haven't gotten the gist yet that consent isn't all that big here, just wait, they'll probably pull down your underwear like they did to both of us. Not just a towel tuck. 6) Last important, the walls are absolute paper. You can hear everything going on in the whole place. Not that I think I would have been able to relax otherwise with all of the above going on.

i don’t know who the lady massaging me was but since it was my first time (my friend got me an appointment as a birthday gift) i figured that her being so rough was normal, let me tell u.. ITS NOT! i came home to find SCRATCHES all over my shoulders and the facial was definitely something i could have done myself at home.

First timer, made a same day appointment at the suggestion of a friend. They were welcoming and accommodating. The spa was clean and comfortable. My massage was exactly what I needed, and for the pricing, I'll be back monthly.

I had Vicky for a 65 minute deep tissue massage. It was a lovely experience very calm and she did a great job on the areas I said I was having pain. Hot stone treatment and gave me a nice cold water. Highly recommend!

Bought a massage/facial combo Groupon to check this place out, and it did not disappoint. It was a great mix between Thai and Swedish technique, with hot stones and hot towels. Afterwards, I was pain free in my low back for the first time in weeks. Highly recommend. Only suggestion: switch up the music. The same one relaxation piano song played on loop and it was a little annoying.

Customer service was the worst. No one was able to communicate and they dismissed my questions. I asked several time how much was my gift certificate and she would not tell me. I wouldn’t recommend this business. There wasn’t any pleasant demeanor and no thank you! The massage was not what I expected or accustomed to. ☹️

I would usually give them a 5, idk if it is because I went later in the day this time and had different people, but it wasn't quite as good as it usually is. I drive from VA Beach just to come see them as they are the best I have been to around.

Angie was very nice however she could not understand a word i was saying. Facial was literally just oil and lotion being rubbed into my face. At one point she applies a sheet mask. Sheet mask begin to burn my face and I had to physically take it off my face because she could not understand what i was saying. In addition , there was no way to relax with being able to hear the door bell, microwave, toilet and conversations of others while getting massage. I had high hopes, was extremely disappointed. Hand a foot reflexology was just a simple hand and foot rub. Dropped $185 and walked out of the session early.

I personally could’ve did zero stars!!!!! 1. How do you have a company and do not speak any English! You canNOT efficiently run a business like that. 2. I had an appointment at 10:15 am and they were completely late with starting our appointment. And due to the language barrier it was extremely late. They gave us no communication but again how could they 🤷🏽‍♀️ 3. This is not a peaceful environment! The walls are thin. Everybody is loud! 4. My massage was horrible. The woman who did my massage was very rough and I told her and she kept going and then I was getting a couples massage with my husband and the other worker in the room also told her to be more softer with me and she still was rough. I won’t be back!

This is my regular go-to after a long week at work or when I’m upping my workout routine. I usually run a 5-10 mile run on the weekends and Susan is always there to give me a great massage. I’ve had a few more massuses there also give me a great deep tissue massage. Thanks for such wonderful service.
