I've had chronic back pain for 25+ years. Facet injections, PT, and anti-inflammatories did little to help. After a massage with Cameron, I was able to sleep pain-free for the first time in decades. I would highly recommend this business and it's therapists.

Be answerable/accountable first then write reply to this message. Send me all the transactions and sessions scheduled in the past. BE Ethical. Anyone can remain profitable by stealing money from customers. PLease beware if you are monthly member then count your massage sessions , this business does not have any credible measure to count their massage sessions. I was a member from September 2021-2023 December. Don’t lose your hard earned money and peace of MIND at this palace. Beware with membership. Owner ( Colin) slams you with extra charges even after charging monthly membership fees. Not ready to provide explanations for taking my money but not providing services. I paid for monthly charges and was not able to schedule massage services for few months but now I won’t get my money back or get services. Absolutely No accountability. Take your time and money somewhere else. This is the business that does not care about their customers and their money. I was charged twice for the TIP and when I called to take those charges away my card was charged with services ( but I had already had paid for the monthly membership). And there are so many more occasions this has happened. Owner lack ETHICAL business practices. If you have money to burn then You should go to this place. Very irresponsible business practices. You have been informed. Whatever has been claimed by owner is not true. as per his front desk employee - he was going to call me _ for the accountability of my money paid in membership. He did not call or give any explanation of monthly charges that I had accumulated versus my sessions scheduled. I have already cancelled my membership for that matter and I will make sure none of my acquaintances ever visit this place.

0 STARS!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! In the 10 months I've been going, I have had massages canceled 3 times. 30% of my appointments! This past Tuesday I left work at 2:40 to go in for a 3pm appointment. I was checked in, used the restroom and got a drink of water when I was then told the therapist wasn't going to make it in! Obviously I was not happy since I was already there, and this was a reschedule from 2 weeks ago when they canceled on me. The woman who checked me in was very apologetic and told me that she would have Jo, the manager, call me the next day since I wanted to cancel my membership. Jo did not call and I had to call her this morning. She did not act like she knew anything about the situation and had not gotten a message. She said that all she could do was not process my next payment! Even though my September payment was just processed on the 24th and I have not had a massage due to them canceling, and I spent 50 minutes of time driving there on Tuesday she was not willing to do anything. Additionally, I purchased a $150 gift card for my daughter and there is still a credit on that. Jo said she would not be refunding me. She was extremely patronizing and even called me "mija", as if I was too stupid to understand business and how past payments can't be refunded. I asked for a call back from the owner and was told she would try but he's out of town.

Every therapist I've had has provided exceptional service. Adam, Matt, and Cindy are the most effective for me as they provide deep tissue and leave me feeling relieved from my chronic neck and shoulder pain. Thanks Body and Mind Wellness! 💜

Great hands and environment, the workers here are awesome. Management is not. Was told my membership would be cancelled and I didn't have to worry about being billed. They didn't and still charged me. Either ignore my calls or tell me the manager will remove me from membership as she's the only one who can close a membership. Had to talk with the bank to settle the issue. Never going back again and I'll be telling my coworkers about what happened and to cancel their stuff asap if needed. Edit reply: I called several times and was told I would be called back. Never was. Your words lack honesty and truth. If not, then your actions lack consistency with what you say. Good day

I have been getting my massages here for over two years. I went in for a back massage today. The person focused on my neck, arms, and legs. My back massage was not good and my back still hurts. I won’t go back there anymore.

I made an appointment a week ahead and manager canceled my appointment without my knowledge. They didn't bother to text or call me about it. I then went in and complained to the front desk lady and she appoligzed profusely on the mangers behalf. She also offered to contact the owner but she didn't do anything to fix the situation either. No call or text. If you want you appointments canceled without your knowledge then be my guest. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!

I also have to give a big shoutout to Jo she’s great at scheduling and making Sure that I’m able to get in my 60 or 90 min massages she’s always so welcoming. I highly recommend this place…

Was good for the last few months. I had been coming completely as I am and all of a sudden today they tell me I have to wear a mask. Said they're medical facility and that's why. I've never put one on before in my whole time upon coming to this facility and now all of a sudden they were trying to force it on me. said I had no choice in order to be able to receive my therapy I left and I want a refund for the therapy I didn't receive. I will not recommend this place for anybody since they try to force experimental face muzzles in order to be able to receive massage therapy. Discrimination at its best here. I'm now editing my response in response to the response from the owner. It is unlawful to require anything like that of anybody at any time it infringes on natural and unalienable rights. it's discrimination and by theory it doesn't even make sense that you require it in the lobby but you don't require it in the therapy rooms. the environment is the same in the therapy rooms as it is in the lobby as it is as soon as you walk out the door. Not only that but this business has withheld my money they've taken payment not rendered services and refused to give the money back and refuse to close my account down and now have unlawfully deemed me a threat to other people without due process of law and have made a snotty remark hereclaiming that I don't have respect for other people's immune systems whatever that actually means. May this business lose all of its business and action against them is needed for fraud, theft, discrimination, breach of contract, malpractice, and other things.

I love everything about this place and let me tell you I've had the pleasure of experiencing spas and massage around the world - but this place has the ambiance and skilled staff to really make you escape without having to drive out of town! Mae is awesome for Thai massage and Neuro-Muscular and the other therapists are also fantastic every time I've gone with someone other than Mae I've been VERY impressed.

I recieved a Reiki master attunement from Colin Hart's employee Jennafer Crockett in October 2020. My classmates and I were promised certificates, detailed notes, and crystals for the trade by Jennafer. I didn't receive my certificate for a month and my classmates for longer. Each week, I am told, "Next week I'll bring the notes and crystals". It is now April 2021 and I haven't received the promised notes and crystal sets that I paid for, and neither have my classmates.

I went here for the first time. Let me tell you, this was the BEST massage I have ever had. Melissa was phenomenal! She absolutely knew how to work the pain right put of my body. This place was so clean, professional and an amazing experience. Melissa will always have me as a client.

This place is great! Even during Covid they’re being very cautious with contact and only have you and the massage therapist and the receptionist in the building at a time and I’ve seen them sanitize before and after every customer. The massage therapists are very good! I’ve been going once a month and the price is the best in town when signing up for the membership. 5 stars!
