Terrible experience resulting in a skin infection called pseudomonas or “hot tub folliculitis.” I was only in the hot tub for five to ten minutes and I showered right after! According to my dermatologist that means they aren’t cleaning their tubs. Cant recommend this place ESPECIALLY if you have dark skin cause this kind of infection doesn’t just go away, it leads to permanent dark marks. It took three dermatologist appointments and two prescriptions to clear the infection and I’m sure it’ll take many more to deal with the hundreds of little dark scars I’m left with. I should have read the reviews because it looks like other people got the same infection here. Never had this kind of experience at a spa before but be careful with your skin and steer clear of this place.

I’m here right now and took the worst shower. There is no conditioner and no body soap. In fact- it looks like they were purposely taken out. I paid a 60$ entrance fee for what?? Never again. Not only that but there are 2 steam rooms and one sauna ridiculously packed with people. Never again.

Can’t speak for the facilities, but the customer service was so lovely. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The services were fantastic - got a facial and a massage combo and both were phenomenal. And it’s not some giant evil corporation like Bathhouse so support them!

I came here for the first time in September and loved the experience so much I returned with a friend. Service provided this time around was inconsistent, unorganized and not worth the money. My masseuse spent a large chunk of my massage walking back and forth to the oils instead of actually massaging. I had a better quality massage, which gave me the time I paid for during my first visit. I raved about this place, looked forward to the experience and even brought a friend. I truly regret returning. It was a complete waste of money and I am unsatisfied with the service I received.

This place is worth the visit. Friendly staff with experienced massage therapists. Cleanliness is top tier. Went on a Saturday, and the time of the day was perfect. They schedule each client carefully to avoid overcrowding. You’ll love the lounge. Comfortable chairs with dim lighting and a quiet atmosphere. Perfect place to bring a partner for a date night or even an anniversary. Definitely 5 stars.

Came for a facial with a booked appointment and the aesthetician was 15 minutes late, and little communication about why. And the treatment was not cheap. Cleanliness of the whole facility left a lot to be desired. Facial was very relaxing and effective, though.

I had such an amazing massage by Latavia when I visited a few weeks ago. It was incredibly relaxing, but I also left with my back feeling so much better than it had been. I didn’t have time to take advantage of the spa facilities, but I highly recommend the massage. All of the other staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful as well.

It was nice to have a day to relax, but I expected a bit more. There are only two saunas, a small cold tub, and one hot tub that’s too cramped for a group of six, especially with other guests around. I might not remember my first experience clearly, or perhaps I just anticipated a higher standard this time.

I booked a solo spa day with aromatherapy massage. My therapist Nadine was awesome. I left there feeling relaxed like a load was lifted from my shoulders. The food was delicious. I had garlic rings and crab rangoon. For drinks, I had mango sunrise, it was everything. This location is cozy and everyone is interacted with was awesome. I will be back soon to do the deep tissue massage my therapist recommended.

My wife got m a massage and facial treatment for Fathers Day. It was an awesome experience! Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Shout out to Nadine for the massage and Angela for the Facial treatment. You guys rock and I will definitely be back again.

The masseuse 5 stars🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 . The food was bland I gave 1 🌟 because the presentation was nice. The robes smelled like it was wooden draw stored, the jacuzzi had sut that was on our body's when we got out. The steam room needed some aromatics. The locker kept getting jammed. The workers were very pleasant. It was a very relaxed atmosphere tho. Just need some tweeking....

Body by brooklyn is a nice small intimate place. I've been there twice.I think the quality of service you received depends on who is there at the time. My first experience was better than my second. My massage was good just not long enough. If you're late they will deduct your time. The second time I didn't like that I spent time waiting for my therapist and was not given that time back in the massage. They are two different sonas. The jacuzzi can hold up to about eight people. And they also have a cold plunge for 1 individual at a time. Scenery is decent there's plants around a few areas for pictures. Parking can be difficult. There is a lot next door for but not always available in parking.

Clean and quiet. Fair prices. Excellent massage. First time that I tried the 90 minute session. You really get to experience the total body pampering. Felt like a dream! There are so many options to choose from, too! I gave a 4 because one of the 4 saunas was unavailable. My partner and I loved the jacuzzi, and the cold pool, as well as the saunas that were working. It was a birthday gift that I got to enjoy. Totally worth it, plus it's in Brooklyn.😆

I have been to this spa multiple times. My most recent experience was horrible. Up on arrival I check in. I got my regular disposables bikini and flip flops. They charged me for my services upfront. When I finished my getting my facial there was a puddle of water in-front of my locker. It was disgusting. The whole area was unclean. On top of it, a weird lady pacing back and forth not sure if she was struggling with mental health issues or not. But it was very disturbing and uncomfortable. So much so I was hurrying to leave the spa. It was very uncomfortable and not clean. I left asap. Upon leaving I gave them my card again to check out. And when I got in my Uber I noticed they charged me without telling me for the flip flop and disposable bikini without my authorization. I called immediately and told them what occurred and the lady acted as if that was acceptable. I have NEVER been charged for my disposables and flip-flops . So not only was it uncomfortable and filthy I received unauthorized charges. I called my bank and reported it and they started me a claim and took my money back. Yesterday the bank reversed the charges telling them what I reported was untrue etc. so i’m writing this report to say this spa doesn’t do good business. You can’t trust then hence the unauthorized payment and it’s not a clean spot. I wouldn’t recommend them overall.

Ok... I really want to support this place. But please.... hire professional masseuses. It felt so bad having paid so much for someone to be playing on my body.
