I reached out asking about how I can book with her after receiving a Groupon Christmas present as her online schedule said it was booked out, she replied and said she would be opening up more spots for January and would keep me posted. I checked her website today to see if spots had open up and was met with conflicting information, there were more spots opened up like she has said for the Groupon, but there was also a banner running that stated something along the lines of ‘not taking on more Groupon clients and to go request a refund’, followed by the snarky rude comment “sorry not sorry”. I booked the session anyway, against my better judgement because the vibe was so icky, but I drive a lot and really needed body work done and didn’t want to go through the hassle of having to reach out to my gift buyer to have them jump through all these hoops to replace my gift. But she denied my request for services anyway so here we are…. Upon reading other dissatisfied client reviews and her publicly unprofessional responses to them on Google, it’s apparent she does not actually care about her own reputation nor have any respect for other people. With a seemingly lack of integrity, honor, & compassion, it’s baffling that she does healing work in the first place. I definitely am not one who wants any sort of deep energy exchange with someone who resides in a negative and reactive place within herself. Best to look to others for such services.

Horrible. She declined my appointment. I got an email saying my appointment was declined but then received a message saying she was looking forward to meeting me and sent her address. The communication was super confusing. I tried to call to clarify but no answer. I didn't want to miss out on a massage so I went to the address anyway and she was super unprofessional at the door "the appointment was declined, that other reply was just a standard answer".

Michaela has another regular. Hands done the best experience I've ever had! So professional but down to earth at the same time. Super genuine and knows what she is doing. The price is fantastic and would recommend her to anyone that needs a good facial or deep tissue massage.

Michaela was great! She is down to earth and I really enjoyed our conversation during my MUCH NEEDED facial. A good friend of mine highly recommended her and Michaela didn't disappoint. Her prices for facials are very reasonable, her office is so cute yet it's comforting too. I support independent business owners, especially the single parents holding it down on their own!

I believe I may have had just about every service that’s offered at The Suite Spa. In my opinion; I believe that speaks for itself when it comes to quality, customer service, convenience & an overall great way to spend what I work so hard to earn. As for the owner (Michaela)... She’s just an amazing person with a gift send from none other than God. Her hands are magical & her energy is infectious. You won’t be disappointed!!! A+ Rating

I ordered a few things off the wish app. If you host a place of business where you distribute purchased products, you should uphold your business operation hours. Not only that, respond back to voicemails and emails that inquire about getting what you rightfully purchased. You chose to host, why make it complicated. Multiple items I've been refunded minus 20%. Simply don't host.

Michaela is amazing! My shoulders and neck are so F*&$ed up from stress and sitting in terrible positions and just 2020 in general. She does such a good job giving me relief from the pain. Like these are DEEP tissue massages. Its a work in progress (on my end), but I always feel so much better after I leave. She's so good at her job and I feel so comfortable every time I visit.

I purchased a massage and facial Groupon, and the massage and facial were both the best I have ever had! I work in an office and was having troubles with my back and shoulders, as well as my hips, and Michaela was able to work on some trigger points and loosen me up. My posture is so much better! The facial was also extremely helpful and left my skin glowing, and softer than it has been in months. I highly recommend Michaela with The Suite Spa and will definitely go back!

I’ve had a ton of massages over the years but Michaela has the strength of 10,000 men in those magical hands. If you need deep tissue she’s your girl. She got knots out I didn’t even know I had. Even in my gluts and jaw. She’s amazing. I’ll be back soon. Highly recommended

Today I visited The Suite Spa and the service was excellent!! I received the ionic foot treatment and a yoni steam! She made sure I was comfortable and made adjustments when needed! Both treatments were very beneficial. The suite Spa offers numerous services for your health, beauty and wellness.
