Becky is a wonderful massage therapist, she is very skilled and knows what she is doing. You can tell she's been a great MT for years! I'm a massage therapist myself, and I'm very picky. Connecting with the right massage therapist is very personal! I've been with her for probably around 2 years or longer now and haven't gone to anyone else! You won't be disappointed with the quality and skills that Becky provides :)

Becky is amazing!! I saw her for the first time yesterday for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I'm so glad I did - her deep pressure is great. She spent a lot of time on my problem areas, including knots that past massage therapists weren't able to work out. I have a lot of difficult knots and muscle tightness because of my hobbies in aerials. I apologized at the end for all of the work she had to put in but Becky just laughed and said she likes the challenging ones! So if you have really weird issues, Becky is the one! I'm so glad that she moved to this new location so I had the opportunity to find her, and look forward to my next visit. Thank you!

I am a regular customer, visiting at least twice a month. I have neck, arm, and shoulder pain that is not managed with medication from overactive neck muscles. Becky's technique really gets into the areas where I have tension and keeps my symptoms at bay. When I have flare-up, I go to Body for Life. It's the only thing that helps calm the spasms in my neck. Love the new space. Parking is a breeze.

I see Erin for Microdermabrasion & Dermaplane Treatment and Rebekah for a deep tissue massage. Honestly they are both fantastic! Erin is knowledgeable and so friendly and Rebekah does a great job with providing a detailed massage that I need! I always feel great when I leave there! I was slightly nervous about coming back during Covid to such 1on 1 services but they are doing a great job providing a safe environment. Just a note they are located inside the Remax building on the second floor. You definitely want to come see them! Highly recommended!

I had questions concerning a Groupon and what to do if the place is booked up until after the coupon expires. I called the store multiple times but had no answer so I was forced to visit the store to get some answers in person. When I arrived there was no one to greet me and no office or anyone to talk to. I heard people talking in a room that said “do not disturb” but after waiting for 10 minutes I decided to knock because the people inside were obviously not working and did not have a customer. They were also very loud so I can’t imagine getting a massage in the room next door. When I knocked, a blond woman opened the door a crack and asked me what I wanted. I explained the situation and she gave me somewhat of an answer but did not give me enough information. She was very rude to me and did not treat me as a paying customer. I will not be returning to Body for Life Massage & Spa for my groupon or ever. This was ridiculous. I do not recommend.

I searched for months to find a massage therapist that I liked and felt like home. Thankfully, I found Becky - and have been going to her every month for 2+ years. She is amazing and will make you feel so comfortable. I have also gotten a facial from Erin, the Esthetician. Erin was super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Body for Life massage. Great location, support local small business owners! They are the BEST!

My husband and I both routinely visit Becky. She’s professional, always fits me in whenever possible, and greets with smile. It’s also the most therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. I beat my back up and Becky fixes it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

After multiple chiropractic sessions and a growing intimacy with a tens unit, it wasn't until Rebekah's skilled hands broke the tension in multiple locations in my back that I was able to enjoy a day absent halting pain. Great cosy space and incredible therapists. Brian is by far the best for sport/ deep tissue massage I have found in the city. I had stopped riding due to persistent knee pain and he managed to release it and get me back cycling within two sessions.
