As a first time client I was eager to try this place out. I been long searching for a new wax place! On my way to my appointment I ran into car trouble and gave them a call to see if there was availability for a different time the same morning. They advised me my deposit would be forfeited even if I moved my appointment to the next hour. This felt very unaccommodating as a new client especially since I was still trying to get there within the hour and there was open availability with a waxer. I’ve never heard of such a policy anywhere else. Please be aware of these businesses that hold fees to a higher regard than good customer service as this is one of them. I hope they enjoyed my one time deposit instead of a recurring monthly spend from me.

I absolutely love this place! The vibe is everything from the time you walk into the door until the time you walk out the door! My wax specialist was Jakkia! During the service while talking to her she makes you feel comfortable and you actually forget about being waxed! I highly recommend Body Goals Beauty Lounge 10/10 ‼️😌

I love this place. The body positivity is really there. The staff really gives you the confidence and confirmation that every body is beautiful. And Brianna is AMAZING! I try to keep her each time. She’s caring and very informative. She doesn’t make me feel bad for having questions and she always gives me products I could use to help with the care of my lady bits and that are good for vaginal care too.

I’ve been going to Body Goals for a year now. I love how clean the environment is. The aesthetic is top teir for social media girlies. The staff is knowledgeable, and they have great packages for any budget. The hours are also very flexible! They wax after 5pm!

I’ve been going to BodyGoals for over 3 years and I have never had any issues. Everybody is so welcoming and nice. I always go to Robin & I’ve started going to Jakkia and they both do their very best. As long as I am here, I will always come here & I ALWAYS recommend anybody I know here

I’ve been going to Bodygoals Beauty Lounge for some years now & they’re amazing. The vibe, the professionalism, the deals & etc is spectacular. I would NEVER switch up on them. No judgement zone, caring, bold, bubbly & etc. Over the past years; I’ve seen them grow for the better & I love seeing a black owned companies like such doing amazing in whatever they do. Started going since last year and the customer service there is A1! Robin has done nothing but given me the best experience ever ! She's fast and always make sure the job is done well. The vibe in there is great, staff is nice. I love this place I recommend them to all my friends.

You know I use to have a fear of getting waxes, especially down there because who signed up for voluntarily pain ? However, I’ve never been treated so well, with great sensitivity and luxury. From the interior of the building, to the hospitable energy of the staff and lovely amenities. I now look forward to my waxes and my self-care sessions.I strongly recommend anyone to get their self-care session in here at BODY GOALS LOUNGE. If you gotta do it for anybody, do it for you.

I have been coming here since 2021 and I have never had a bad experience. Jakkia has been my favorite waxed ever since. I only book with her if I can. We have good conversations, she is quick and she has amazing humor. She keeps it real about what I should and shouldn't be doing and we've built a good rapport. As a college student, these prices have been a Godsend. They have good deals at least 4 days week so they're always budget friendly

I would just like to say I’ve been to different wax places in my 5 years of being in Greensboro and this is by far the best place I’ve been. They are so sweet make you feel very comfortable and the service is in and out ! I usually click the option for first available because of my weird schedule and I have been waxed atleast once by almost every employee and it was no difference because you can tell they all have the same professionalism and goals :) 5/5 y’all!

This place is the best in Greensboro very welcoming & clean, if you’re looking for a wax provider I highly recommend this one ! This was my first time getting a brazilian wax in my whole life time and when I say Im in LOVEEE with my results I’m in love my experience was everything!!! I also went all out for my first time i got the pleasure P package full leg inner thigh bum and underarms and loved the results. My esthetician Brianna was amazing she made my first experience feel GREAT I wasn’t scared or nervous she made me feel better and comfortable about my whole experience I WILL BE RETURNING!!
