Body Heal Therapy is a clinical massage and bodywork therapy practice that specializes in tension, pain and recovery. We use assessment based hands on therapy that gets to the root of the problem for long lasting results. Each session is tailored to your needs and can employ a myriad of techniques to create space in the body for better range of motion and the reduction (or elimination) of pain, discomfort and tension. After fighting Psoriatic Arthritis for a decade and getting it under control it has left me with a few muscle groups causing constant issues. I have seen many therapists with not much relief. After my first visit with Evan at Body Heal Therapy, I am now hopeful! He truly has the knowledge of how to help and I am amazed at how much better I feel and have more mobility after only one visit.

I love my chiro.. but I think Evan beats them out! I just left BHT and can say without a doubt, his massage hit on every exact area of pain, very intense.. and it felt so good! And unlike my chiro where he focuses on one area for only a few seconds and moves on, Evan really takes the time to work on each and every single area thoroughly. So thank you Evan! :)

Body Heal Therapy was an incredible experience. I had the opportunity to work with Evan at the Charlotte Dilworth location , and the body reset was a unique blend of movement, dynamic stretching, and deep tissue relief. Evan knew exactly how to relieve pressure and painful areas that I regularly struggle with. I feel like a new person. Highly recommend!

I am a cyclist and booked with Evan to address hip pain I was experiencing while riding my bike. Evan is knowledgeable about the body and was able to figure out which muscle was causing the issue. After a 90 minute session, I was pain-free and back on my bike!

I had been experiencing extreme neck and upper back pain for several days. After a quick phone consultation with Evan, he advised me to do a 90minute session so he could really work on my problem spots. I was incredibly impressed with Evan! He was extremely thorough and applied great pressure the entire time. I typically leave massages feeling underwhelmed and wishing I would’ve spoken up about either using more pressure or hitting a different area. Not with Evan! He knew exactly what my body needed and my pain was completely gone after our session. I highly recommend him to anyone with pain or tension as he is very attentive and great at what he does!
