Carrie is the best! She has created the most relaxing environment that immediately makes me calm and happy when I enter. I’ve been dealing with stomach issues from extensive trauma and every time I leave I always feel so refreshed. My favorite is her stomach massage but Craniosacral is incredible too. I always look forward to my visits!

I have worked with Reyna now for a few months and she really has helped me come back from a shoulder injury. She is very intuitive about finding the problem areas and making them go away. The place is very comfortable and relaxing and also easy to access. This treatment is so important to help maintain mobility and flexibility. Now with Sunday's available it is even more convenient.

This was a fantastic experience. Carrie provides such a peaceful space and a truly relaxing massage. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep for a minute. After my massage I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time and a lot of the tension in my neck and upper back was relieved. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

We did half deep tissue; half cranio with some energy emotional release. It was exactly what my body needed. it felt like my body was able to reset. She catered to what I asked for and really made me feel comfortable and validated.

After 11 years of working with Carrie, she never ceases to amaze me. My shoulder was hurting from shoveling some really heavy snow the week or so before and she completely worked it out to the point that I no longer remember it hurting!
