I got a 90 min prenatal massage at 37 weeks with Regina (Lijuan Gao) as a gift from a friend. This friend and her husband have a regular subscription with Regina and love her massages. Having had 2 other prenatal massages (one per trimester) I can say that Regina's was the best! I was surprised at how good it was even without being able to lay on my front. Not only was she still able to give good back pressure but she also did some stretching in my arms, legs, and hips. She was very gentle with my belly, which she applied some light massage/oil to for stretch marks. Highly recommend! I look forward to returning postpartum for the full deep tissue experience.

Today was my first time at FH spa and took Head spa and facial combo. Jennifer was very nice and great at massage. It was very relaxing and refreshing. My skin and hair both feel extra smooth and shiny! Surely will visit again soon!

I’ve had many head spa experiences in LA and Irvine, but this one was by far the best! It wasn’t just relaxing—it was functional, incorporating Chinese medicine into the process for a truly unique and beneficial treatment. I opted for the 2-hour anti-aging scalp therapy with Regina, the owner, and she’s truly an expert. You can tell she’s put a lot of thought into creating a service that’s both effective and tailored to what customers need. I’m absolutely coming back!

Have you ever had your hair blow dried while you are in a relaxing state lying down? Have you ever looked so closely at your scalp that you can see every follicle? Have you ever ran your fingers through your hair knowing each silky strand is squeaky clean? Forest House Spa is the perfect place to experience all of the above! I had the good fortune of having Cici as my technician who not only has magic fingers, she helped me understand each step of the process. I got the 90 minute melt treatment and I could’ve been there for 90 minutes more! Note that this is a full body experience so expect to remove your clothes, relax in a personal treatment room, dim lights, spa music, and be in a horizontal position the entire time. I dozed off a couple of times in total relaxation. A great way to rejuvenate and treat yourself!

Forest Spa was AMAZING !! .. i had my first head and scalp massage and I could’ve fell asleep. I was so relaxed and comfortable. I also got a facial. My hair feels amazing and so does my face. I’ve gotten many facials before and this was BY FAR the best place I’ve been too. They take such good care of you! 10/10

My sis introduced me to head spa which I didn't know was a thing. We chose the hydrotherapy as we felt it was worth the price. I preferred the 90min stress melt scalp treatment but couldn't swallow the price tag even if my sister was treating. Cici and Cocoa were our specialists. They were both friendly and professional. Gentle care but sure know where to put the pressure where you needed it. I could've laid there endlessly for a deep tissue shoulder neck massage with Cici's skillfulness. The common area is SPACIOUS but the room with the spa beds are a bit crowded. I believe it is so you can still have quiet conversation with whomever came with you. Decor very welcoming with a modern touch. They respect your privacy but would prefer the curtains to cover more area so that you cannot be seen between the curtains or while you're changing. The complimentary glasses of rose at the end was a sweet gesture for our first time there. I see myself coming back!

The Positive, then the not so positive. I received the Anti-Aging Scalp Therapy treatment. The procedure itself was heavenly. The scrubbing, rubbing, spa music, sound therapy, and surprise arm and leg massage had me melting into the table. The facility was spotlessly clean and inviting. The staff very friendly. And the not-so-positive. My esthetician was wearing ear buds. Not a problem in itself. However, it was loud enough that I could hear the sounds over the spa music. My biggest concern that ruined the serenity of the treatment was that my esthetician did not seem to know how to work with very long hair. All the wonderful parts of the procedure built up some snarls at the base of my neck, which was to be expected with my amount of hair. Rather than working the snarls out from the ends, she used a comb to literally rip through my hair from the base of my neck down. The amounts of conditioner/oils/products used should have made working the snarls out the proper way easy. I asked her to stop three times during different parts of the treatment. I also told her not to worry about getting them out. I would do it myself after my hair dried. I don't believe she fully understood. I also realize I should have ended the treatment and left, but I didn't. And lastly, about an hour after I left, I had a reaction to something used during the treatment. My scalp, face and arms began to burn. After another 1/2 hour I began to get a headache. I rushed home to shower and remove whatever leave-in products there were. The burning stopped quickly and the headache faded away in a couple hours. I chose the Anti-Aging Treatment because the description said it was good for sensitive skin and I'm in my 60's. I was so looking forward to this treatment. Maybe if I had shorter hair it wouldn't have been so stressful. The sound of ripping hair is not relaxing, especially when you've been cultivating your hair for decades.

The space is nice and clean. I’ve been twice now and enjoyed it both times. Both Cici and Coco did a great job. They (and the rest of the staff) were good, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

Tranquility and peacefulness... This was my first time visiting Forest House SPA, but it would not be my last. The management was warm and welcoming, the staff was very sweet and kind, and a deep tissue massage was beyond belief. The facility is beautiful, and decorated in a way that promotes happiness and relaxation. Sophie was my message, and when I go back I will request her by name.

what an amazing head spa! I had the facial and head spa combo and I was in complete BLISS. They pay special attention to your needs, and above all, make you feel relaxed as you have your face/scalp massaged, cleaned and moisturized. I will be a return client for sure.

Had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and Cici did what she could to help me out but it may take a few visits. They were so friendly my entire visit. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

I have been receiving therapeutic massages which has been instrumental in my recovery from total hip replacement surgery. Cici is a very knowledgeable masseuse and has done an expert job of modifying each session to reflect my condition as my muscle soreness decreases & my range of motion increases. The staff at Forest House Spa is always friendly and helpful. The facility is very nicely decorated and always very clean and inviting. I highly recommend Forest House Spa to anyone looking for a high quality, personalized massage or wellness treatment.

So incredibly happy to thankful to have found this place. Ms. Cici is the most experienced and skilled massage therapist I've ever met. She has helped me so much with my shoulder and wrist pain. All of the staff here seem to genuinely care about their customers. Always so kind, welcoming, and gracious. I cannot recommend Forest House enough. 10/10 stars.
