I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the EMSCULPT body contouring treatment at The Body Refinery, and I am beyond thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire process exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. The EMSCULPT treatment itself is a game-changer! I was amazed at how effective and non-invasive it was. After just a single session, I could already see and feel the difference—my muscles were more defined, and my body felt stronger. It was like getting the benefits of an intense workout without spending hours in the gym! The technology behind it is truly impressive, and I loved that there was no downtime or discomfort afterward. The Body Refinery is a fantastic place to go for anyone looking to enhance their body shape and boost their confidence. The environment is clean, modern, and relaxing, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Dr. Reed is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Dr. Reed attentively listens to his clients wants, needs and concerns. Dr. Reed makes himself available to his clients. The team is very welcoming, helpful, and skilled. In my opinion Body Refinery was the first in the market place to offer many of there services like NeoSculpt .

Everyone was very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. The aesthetic is welcoming and relaxing. Had a wonderful facial with Baylee today. My skin was glowing and my skin feels so much clearer. I will definitely be returning!

Really enjoyed my 360 consult today. Danielle was very knowledgeable and provided the right amount of detail to help me reach my goals. Definitely worth having a consult (it’s free). with them to see if they can help you! I am excited to move forward with them. I’ll post another review after I complete my plan.

So pleased with my experience! First class all the way around. So accomodating with appointments and my schedule. The facility is so beautiful and clean with great products and services to fit any need. The service I selected was done very professionally and I feel even more beautiful than ever. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming at the Body Refinery. They go all out to give great service. I took my sister for a facial for her birthday. We had Felicia and she was so accommodating and made us feel pampered! We left feeling soooo relaxed 😌

Found them from Instagram ads. Had a great consultation and first visit. Danielle was very straightforward and honest, and I could tell she actually wanted to help me reach my goals rather than just sell me packages, which was very refreshing and exemplified by the laidback atmosphere where I could take my time to consider, read over things, and even bring a friend in who also ended up scheduling some services. I've had services done at big names before, and so far Body Refinery has given me more of a mom&pop feel--great discounts, flexibility and availability in their scheduling, and a drive to just give people what they're looking for without hassle. No matter where you go, the machines are the same--might as well get great deals with a local, relatable family business!

I have been going to The Body Refinery for months now and I am always greeted with a smile and the absolute best service. I usually see Gabby (who is amazing!) for my services but all of the girls have been wonderful with me! Jodie is a delight to talk to whether it is on the phone or in person and she always makes sure every is good to go for the next appointment. The laser hair removal has been great for me and I have seen great results, even from the first visit. But my favorite service is the microneedling. My face always feels so good afterwards and I am always getting compliments on how good my skin looks from my own clients at work. The space is cute, clean and welcoming and the girls seem to know exactly what to do to make you feel comfortable. Without a doubt, this is the place I will be going for all my treatments/services!

So just had an uncomfortable experience with Body Refinery. I initially came into the place from recommendation online. Everyone was extremely sweet. I was charged $200 for laser hair removal on my face (which was more than I was expecting to pay when I looked on the website) but hey. The next time I came, Dr. J charged me $150 and was confused on why I was charged $200. NEVER did they mention that they had packages for small areas where you can pay $150 for 4 sessions. Mind you I paid $350 all together for my 2 sessions. So when I booked this last time, I mentioned to them that I wanted to inquire about the packages. The only package I had heard of was with the large area for $750. They let me know that because I didn't ask for it, they didn't give it to me and my next appointment would still be $150. So not only was I overcharged my first session (and no remorse or compensation for that), then because I never "asked", they were going to continue to charge me knowing I had paid well over the amount for a package. Ironically the first time I was in there, they seemed very open to "working" with their white client who was there before me and allowing her to make payments on her package, yet I was being overcharged. It all leaves a very poor taste in my mouth and I can't hep but wonder how much of this has to do with color. For this alone, I would not recommend this place. I feel taken advantage of. Unfortunately, as a black woman, there are not many options when it comes to laser hair removal, but I would search elsewhere for a location to service you.

The staff are welcoming and make you feel comfortable right away. Dr. J took his time to explain the services they provide and got me started right away. I only had my first session so far. I will be back and looking forward to trying a couple other services out. Definitely worth the try.

This place is awesome! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and it’s a very cozy atmosphere. I have had many treatments here and have never been disappointed. I love the idea of reversing aging but not with surgery or invasive procedures—they have non-invasive solutions!!

You walk in and it’s like you’ve known them your entire life. The staff is so genuine and kind. They talk through your goals, your life style and make it so comfortable you feel like your talking to your friends. I was so impressed during my consultation that I signed up on the spot for treatments. When I explained that I had a budget they worked with me to craft a package that could be added on to if needed in the future. I am so excited to see my results over the next few weeks!

Went in for my consultation appointment. Went over my concerns and I received great feedback. The communication was solely focused on my concerns and what could be done to help me. Finally, a business who genuinely wanted you to choose them on your own and to take time to see if it would be a good fit to go forward. I'm in my second week and my skin is looking better already.❤

Body Refinery is the best place to experience the treatments offered. I’m getting laser treatment for acne scars and getting good results. I would definitely recommend this place. Danielle and Dr J are both very sweet and explain in detail for any questions. The place is very clean and smells so good. Danielle offers best packages for the treatments. Dr J is very knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t recommend enough and there is no room for disappointment!
