They charged my boyfriend and I almost double what they should have for the worst massages we’ve ever had in separate rooms. DO NOT recommend them unless you want a massage that hurts more than you did before.

I can't believe this place is in business. It's dirty and the masseuses are lazy and distracted. I was charged $70 for an hour and the massage was only 45 minutes. They make you pre-pay when you book. After all of this, when I went to tip, the employee said "is this all you're going to give me?" A 20% tip for a terrible massage and she had the nerve to ask for a bigger tip!! To make matters worse, they don't clean off the massage oil. I slipped when I was walking out and sliced my foot open on the door frame of the exit! Avoid this place at all costs!

I went to this massage today. And had a good, not great massage, so I. Tipped 17%, and the massage therapist points to my receipt and said I was hard to work on and I should tip more. I purchased two hours' worth of services . It is absolutely absurd that a customer gets questioned on the tip provided. I will be watching my card transactions for this service closely and will never refer or return to this establishment as a return customer! I typically don't complete reviews or pay much attention to others' reviews, but for everyone's sake, CONSUMER BEWARE, the reviews are accurate.

They definitely cut the time you pay for - but it was a relief for me. Had I not paid in advance, i would've shortened to 10 minutes, or less if I could. This is not the place for a relaxing massage. Went with my husband and both of our massages were painful. We didn't ask for deep tissue. We both expressed that it was painful, but the pressure didn't really change. I decided I would just bear with it and try to reap the benefits of a deep tissue massage. .. I'm literally bruised from the massage and we are sore AF today. If you want deep, elbow in your spine massage - this is the place.. but I'm not built for that.

Every time I'm in tampa, this is one of my first and favorite spots. The massages are the BEST ever...and that's coming from a massage junky here! I have 2 massage memberships, but they don't touch the in depth work that these wonderful individuals do.

Good massage at a decent price. You have to watch them though. They will short you by about seven minutes. Pro tip, don’t tip till after the service.

I purchased a Groupon for this establishment. I recently moved from Philly and my body is TIRED! Ben was my masseuse. He was about his business and did a great job! He is super strong, which I like. He intuitively found all the spots on my body that needed attention.

I had a wonderful massage by a male masseuse yesterday. Only to have my experience ruined at the end. A complete turn off. After giving me a card making me eligible for 10 minutes of their service, the masseuse asked for a tip. I gave him $5. He screamed "$5 dollars?" and wrenched his face up with scorn at me. Got upset and stopped talking to me. If I knew this is how he would react I would have taken my money back. Nobody owes him anything. That is why you pay for your services. Needless to say I won't be going back or recommend them. They can keep their free 10 minutes.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Body and Sole Massage for a much-needed massage, and I have to say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that immediately put me at ease. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the space itself was clean and inviting. My massage therapist was absolutely amazing! He was skilled and knowledgeable, and I felt completely comfortable in his capable hands. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, and I left feeling like a new person. Massage was OK not the best I've ever gotten place was clean but when you go pay the really try to push cash hard and when you pay with a card they say you have to tip and become aggressive about it then you leave a tip cause you feel like they going to fight you and call the police they started yelling because it's not 25%

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage. The massages were great until we heard a family arguing with the receptionist about being overcharged. Then as we were leaving, we were heckled about not leaving a large enough tip. The receptionist was rude and his heckling was uncalled for. We will not be back!

This is by far the best comprehensive deep tissue massage in the Bay Area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend all therapists as they are competent in what they do. Both my boyfriend and I get routine massages at this location.

My goto spot for a massage when In town. They always have avaliable time slot. 90 -$100 you can't beat that price. Plus when your done, you can hit the mall for some shopping, food or a cigar!

Disappointed is probably too upbeat of a term for the level of service (lack thereof) received today. I went to schedule a 90 minute massage. I was told they wouldn’t have someone available for another ~90 minutes - no problem. I confirmed that I would return at that time and arrived 5 minutes early. When I arrived for the appointment, after waiting in the uncomfortable mall chairs for the ~90 minutes, I was told the lady didn’t have time and I could come back tomorrow. The guy at the front counter just shrugged it off. No apology. I’m not sure what was going through her mind but there’s no way I’m going to come back another day when they didn’t have time for me today after I booked an appointment, waited for the appointment, and even showed up early. No thanks.

Excellent service and skills! I work in neuromuscular rehab and pain relief. I prefer to drive 40 miles to International Mall to get a chair massage from the therapists at Oriental Chi more so than to set up a massage with someone locally. Their work helps to relieve tension and pain.

I wish I could give more than 3 stars but it was just okish. I usually visit Brandon mall for my massages but was close to West shore. It isn’t awful. Table massage isn’t worth it in my opinion. At my usual place a table massage is private and you can remove your shirt. This is out in the open. Also side note I really understand bringing your kids but please make sure they are quiet!

JANKY is the word. Don’t buy this Groupon it’s not worth it. Terrible experience/ terrible massage/ weird atmosphere. my gf gifted me a couples massage so we could both enjoy. They didn’t have our appointment down, they made my gf super uncomfortable assuming it was ok for the man to give her a massage. Then we were massaged separately in small stall rooms …so much for that couples massage. During the massage BOTH employees stepped out of our rooms to answer the phone or incoming guests, half my our massages they oddly massaged us through a thin blanket (which was weird) and they only massaged the back of our body they didn’t flip us and work on the front. The hot stones aspect was a joke as they lost temperature very fast and were only rubbed across the back and arms a couple passes. It a did not last 50minutes. This also didn’t feel much like a professional massage it felt more like generic, broad, pressing with the hands. We feel like our money & time was wasted and we are thoroughly dissatisfied with our experience.

Worst I ever had he just put oil on my feet and played with my feet. I asked him to stop and he didn’t what so ever. Wastimg my money. Very disappointed
