Amazing experience for a couples massage! My wife with her shoulders and myself with back and leg issues walked out of there feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Best yet they focused on the areas that we wanted and what a difference it made for both of us. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back again!

I’ve been coming here for massage for about 2 years and I love love love them. The employees really do try their best to provide good service. They do a great job using Chinese massage techniques and I prefer this to other places I’ve been that are more focused on relaxant and a lighter touch. I come here to get deep knots broken up and pain relief. It feels amazing! Some of the staff can be hard to understand but with a little patience we are able to communicate. Clean, courteous and accommodating.

My husband & I have been going to Body & Soul Massage to celebrate our anniversary. Everytime we went we are always relaxed and our bodies feels refreshed. Tonight we had the appointment with the 2 gentleman massage therapists, and they both did a phenomenal job! If you never been to Body & Soul Massage, then you’re missing out.

This place was good overall, but the lady kept leaving to attend the arriving guests and at the end of my session 10 minutes or so, she switched with a guy without my consent.

I don’t get messages very often, but I come here out of desperation. I’ve been here about 6 times over the years and most of those times they’ve done something weird or offensive. When I first went there they took a picture of me while I was getting a chair message. I was face down in the chair so I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice. I’ve been really thin all my life and went through some health issues and lost weight. Multiple times during my message they’ve laughed and said “you need more food”. They don’t understand a word you say. They just laugh and say, “yeah”. When it’s time to pay they stare at the screen as if begging for a tip. I can’t go here anymore. These people are rude!!!

I will preface this by saying that I am not a fan of being touched/rubbed or anything along those lines but I woke up with terrible backache one day and was skeptical when my husband suggested I go in for a massage. I went in with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised at how much the massage helped alleviate the pain I was in. David was amazing and did a great job with the knots in my shoulders to the point that I felt like I had better range of motion and was able to move about without the back pain. They were also able to get me in within the hour, I would definitely recommend.

0/10 wouldn’t recommend AT ALL. I was desperate for a massage while on vacation and couldn’t get in anywhere but here. Without doing enough research, I didn’t realize this was at a mall. I scheduled and paid in full online ahead of time for a 90 minute massage and 40 minute reflexology. When I got there, I stated I had an appointment, my name and was looked at like I had 5 heads. I showed my receipt/email on my phone and still the three workers that looked at it were not understanding. The language barrier was a real struggle. Got into the room and I had to ask the masseuse MULTIPLE times to go lighter as they were hurting me. I physically woke up more sore the next day than I was feeling before I went in. When I went to leave, they got all worked up and were telling me to pay, as if I was stealing. I said no, I already paid $154 up front and owed $0 per my receipt which I already showed before I received services. They took my phone, took pictures of it with their phone, made a phone call, and spoke in a different language the entire time without communicating to me once. After several minutes I said is there an issue?? And they continued to ignore me or tell me what was going on. When I repeated myself they said they didn’t know you could pay online they had to run it by the manager. The whole experience was completely unprofessional, clearly all of the workers need more training, and need to be able to communicate better to understand when they are hurting someone. Just awful.

I have had several massages here. The massages are good but tonight when I left the lady that was collecting money asked how much change I wanted back. Maybe it is just me but I consider this to be rude. Just give me my change and I will tip the massuse. Anyway it is a moot point because I won't be returning.

BEWARE OF LEAVING NEGATIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR BODY & SOUL MASSAGE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE 💯 FYI- YOU MAY GET STALKED ON SOCIAL MEDIA & EVEN GET ATTACKED IN YOUR INBOX BY OTHER “SO-CALLED CUSTOMERS”. I can’t be any clearer about this- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR VALUABLE TIME SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS. (Take a look at the added photo below of the inbox message I received tonight on 6/9/24…like 2 years after I left my Google review *** This massage was purchased for me as a birthday gift on GROUPON. To make a very very looooong story short...there was no A/C (front door left wide open), no ceilings in any of the rooms (just ceiling pipes exposed everywhere), my room had no doorknob (just a gaping hole stuffed with Kleenex tissue paper), the woman who did my massage left my room 3 times for 5 min at a time to run the front desk & was shouting during my massage to an assistant at the front desk the ENTIRE time. She would literally open the door without informing me (leaving me totally exposed). There were absolutely NO deep tissue massage techniques used, unless you count digging nails into your scalp as deep tissue. I highly doubt they are even real licensed massage therapists here. It was the most horrifying experience I’ve ever had…longest 60 minutes of my life. I can literally go on and on about my experience. The whole thing was very creepy and strange from the moment I got there and I will never return. If you have any common sense, you will find somewhere else to spend your money. Take it or leave it 💯💯💯

OMG! This is THE BEST MASSAGE PLACE EVER! I’d leave 10 starts if I could. I have a chronic lower back and neck-shoulder pain that causes headaches. All my pain was gone after the massage. My bf and I had a couples massage with David and Jessica and they are both true professionals. Thank you so much to both! Highly recommend to everyone🙌🏻 David you’re amazing🙌🏻

Hands down DAVID IS THE BEST !! I always get the 90 mins with him and it’s worth every dollar ! He massages every single part of the body , there isn’t anything he misses !!! If there was a 10 star option David would get it !!

Hubby and I went there for the first time for our anniversary. We did a couples massage. At first it was good but then it was rough. Even though we would ask to lighten up on the how hard they were going in they did not. We had bruises and were so sore. Also no sound proofing so you can hear everything. We were even told to be quiet because we were too loud.
