Lisa was very knowledgeable and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and communicated really well throughout the entire massage. The work she did on my neck was very relieving. Lark brings healing to body, mind and soul. When I leave, my body is relaxed, my mind is calmed and my spirit is inspired. She has such a great energy about her that she somehow infuses in her massage. I have continued to be drawn back to her since someone gave me a gift certificate for my first massage…8? years ago.

I love Body Wisdom! I have been going regularly for monthly massages to help improve my physical and mental health. Lark is an amazing massage therapist who is very in tune with what I need each session and helps peel off all my layers of stress I didn't know existed! I highly recommend the Cranial Sacral Therapy for stress, it has changed my stress relief regimen and I am so much more aware of my body and emotions. I highly recommend Body Wisdom and am very excited about their growing services!
