Siewli has a rare gift for creating a space where I feel completely safe to be in my body. Her trauma-informed approach and skilled bodywork have helped me reconnect with myself in ways I didn’t think were possible. Whether I’m working through emotional blockages, dissociation, or physical pain, her sessions are always grounding, intentional, and deeply healing. I can’t recommend her enough!

I have been seeing Siewli for about 6 weeks in a row and plan to continue to do so. We are working through deeply stored pain in the body. I was initially drawn to her because she offers abdominal massage. It is the best i’ve ever had, they are very healing. I have experienced a lot of stomach/gut pain over the years, and Siewli is really helping alleviate and remove this pain. This is a key part of my week and I am so grateful I found Siewli. She is one of the best masseurs I’ve ever come across and i’m grateful she is in the neighborhood and has very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend booking with Siewli to experience the deeply healing power of her body work!

Saras is amazing!! I have gone to many other places and her space feels comfortable, clean, quiet, and i felt as if I was home. She is a very caring and giving individual. It did not feel like I was just another client but someone I have known for many years. I am very lucky to find Body Wisdom Sanctuary. I will be back again and will recommend to everyone else I know. So grateful I found Siweli. Her massages have body always feeling good as new. I’m a hair dresser so I have chronic shoulder and lower back issues. Siweli listens to me and understands which zones need extra attention and I leave everytime feeling so refreshed and worked out. Such a wonderful massage therapist.

Based on the stellar reviews, I was excited to try this place out for my hip pain. At first, I was asked to meet at a different time and location than what was listed on the site, which was fine. Then as I was looking for parking, I received a text asking to be rescheduled or refunded 20 minutes before the session started. I was disappointed.

Hands down the best massage experience I've ever had—I keep telling my friends to see Siewli, she is incredible at what she does. I've been a going consistently now for the Thai Yoga Bodywork and I always walk out feeling amazing and getting closer and closer to my goal. Siewli really listens and takes time to understand any issues that you may be having and comes ready with a game plan, focused around your needs. Can't say enough great things!

I credit the many impressive reviews here for finding Siewli, and after several sessions with her, I’m happy to share that I too have had a great experience with her. Siewli is probably the most skilled massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I feel a deep sense of being cared for when she’s working on me. I’ve benefited from her more traditional massage technique as well as abdominal massage. I would not trust any massage therapist to do this deep abdominal work, but am really glad Siewli offers it and I look forward to continuing it. I haven’t tried the other modalities she offers but I’m sure she is great at them all. You will absolutely not regret booking a session with Siewli. Expect some serious healing, and be sure to allow yourself time after your session to bask in the relaxation!

I received a massage and bodywork from Siewli in October, 2022. It was a wonderful experience. Siewli had a calm, focused energy and is a gifted healer. I felt incredibly safe with her, and would recommend her gentle touch and attuned perception to anybody wishing to heal themselves in an embodied way, whether they are seeking large shifts or small alignments towards greater oneness. my only wish for Siewli is that she is appreciated for all that she brings to those she works with, as sometimes the depth of her own experiences and self-knowledge are not immediately accessible. she is so humble, that the sophistication of her insight into how the body mends itself can be obscured. I hope she ends up teaching along with working directly with people, as she has so much to offer, and at this moment of brokenness and deep betrayal in our health care policy, we need many more healers to step forward in the way Siewli has.

Siewli is a great masseuse and healer. From her work adequate and professionalism and personal spiritual practice, translates into her energy and hands. As a kundalini yoga teacher, professional dancer and camera operator, my muscles are worked up and tense. I also suffers from a lot of traumas thats stored in the spine and shoulder blades and jaw from teeth grinding and stress of being a freelancer in the city. Siewli really worked my energy through from muscles tissues and the emotional and energetic body. I had such a good cry during her session and had great energetic release that allows me to go back and hold space for my own clients in my works. I highly recommend her!

Siewli's studio is cozy and tranquil. She takes a holistic approach to target both physical and emotional healing. She is in constant communication about comfort and pressure and seems to be very knowledgeable about anatomy. After several sessions, my longtime neck and shoulder pain has eased. Highly recommend.

Whenever I am stressed or feeling like I need to recharge, Siewli is the first person I call! She takes the time before each massage to ask questions about where you are with your mind/body so that you're never getting the same massage twice--each time you are getting the massage that you need. Her studio is cozy and inviting and she makes you feel immediately at ease the moment you step into her world. On top of being an extremely talented and intuitive healer, she is also extremely kind and flexible and is always willing to find some time to squeeze you in. I wholeheartedly and without reservations recommend Body Wisdom Sanctuary massage!

As a massage therapist Siewli is one of those rare talents who manages to instinctually get right to the heart of your muscle and ligament tensions, opening up your body in dramatic improvements both physically and visually (my shoulders seemed to drop down two inches!). Uniquely and importantly, she does it in a way that is not painful. Her touch is soothing as well and she is so well versed in massage techniques that she uses interchangeably. She does a great belly massage, popular in many parts of the world but not done as much in the US, which felt like it reduced my anxiety and aided my digestion. Can’t recommend working with Siewli and her team enough! She is worth every penny and more.

I came in with messed up shoulders and upper back and Siewli massaged out a staggering number of knots. I also booked the wrong type of session for what I needed and Siewli very gracefully suggested the right course of treatment for me. I'm excited to return and experience the thai yoga massage now that I feel a lot better from the "calm body, calm mind" table massage. I would definitely recommend Siewli to anyone who needs a skilled and knowledgable healer.

Siewli is hands-down the most talented and intuitive therapist I have worked with in the 13 years my chronic illness has warranted a specific combination of deep tissue and lymphatic drainage, and was open to working with my preferred tools(massage gun, Ashley Black fascia blaster products, gua'sha) and intuitively knew what to do after our initial consultation without necessitating much redirection, although she remains open to communication regarding one's needs and checks in. She is versatile and adaptable, professional while still being warm and personable, and is truly passionate about her craft and attuned to the individual. I really couldn't recommend her more. As someone who's had many therapists and not been able to forego medical massage, she's absolutely been a gift.

I arrived at Body Wisdom Sanctuary feeling energetically blocked and both physically and emotionally tight. Siewli gave great attention to what I needed and devised a treatment that would be the most helpful. Her space was beautiful and relaxing and she communicated with me strategically throughout the process to make sure things were feeling right. This is some of the best bodywork I've ever had. I felt joyful and light as I left, sensations I hadn't felt in months. I highly highly recommend going to see Siewli, she is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely invested in her clients well-being.

I have had several sessions with Siewli and will continue seeing her. She has a calming energy and I instantly feel relaxed in her space. Also, her massages are incredible. I always walk away deeply relaxed and, somehow, energized. I've had tension headaches all my life and after a few sessions with Siewli, the headaches lessened and the tension has eased.

Siewli is a wonderful masseuse! I found her online when I was ready for a first massage postpartum (needed to be local, as I couldn't leave the baby for long) and I feel so lucky that our paths crossed! I cried my way through that first one, it was so restorative and the best massage I've ever had. Siewli goes out of her way to check in, establish what works and treat your body with kindness. I've since been back to see her multiple times, and always leave walking on air. I highly, highly recommend her work, no matter what issue you're facing!
