I’ve had a great experience so far with laser hair removal at BodyLase! The team here is so kind and helpful. Ask for Lauren at the Cary location--she is the best and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. 10/10 recommend!!

Can’t seem to keep an appointment. First appointment canceled due to weather. It seemed unnecessary, but wasn’t an issue; Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Two days before that appointment get a text to confirm; respond confirming. Get a text to fill out paperwork; complete paperwork. Show up 15 minutes early for my appointment only to be told they had me down for Monday, not Saturday. Showed them the text from them confirming and offered no explanation. Told I could wait 45 minutes to maybe get my consultation. If I’m going to spend hundreds or thousands, I’ll do it somewhere that cares about my business, not this place.

I had a hydrafacial and Lauren explained everything she was using throughout the treatment. I loved the treatment and it made my skin feel hydrated and plump which I needed due to the winter elements!

I received cheek fillers for the first time and it was painless thanks to the EXPERTISE of Melanie!!! She injected Lidocaine in order to safely utilize a cannula to inject the filler and it was perfect! She's a perfectionist when it comes to how you look and I appreciate that greatly! I always love setting in her chair as it's like hanging with a bestie! I've referred so many people to her and will continue to do so! I've received lip filler/botox and now cheek fillers! Can't wait to see what's next!! Thank you Melanie!!

Alexandra was great. She explained every step of my chemical peel journey to lighten my dark spots on my face. This my second treatment and I can see improvements with my skin.

Had numerous appointments for cool sculpting. Was skeptical. I had it done on my stomach, my love handles and on the inside of my upper legs. I am still a few months out from having full affect and I am already thrilled with the results. The staff there is so kind. Highly recommend them!
