I had a great experience with Jen. The deep detox lymphatic treatment was very thorough and left me feeling calm, revitalized, and expanded. The space was also beautifully put together with care and attention to detail which really helped me to relax into the space.

I had an amazing experience with Jen for a lymphatic drainage detox, and I can't rave about her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel right at home with her warm and friendly demeanor. Jen knows their stuff when it comes to the body and lymphatic drainage. she explained everything in such an easy-to-understand way, making sure I knew exactly what was happening and how it would help. The session was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and energized. What really impressed me was Jen’s genuine care and dedication.M, and friendliness throughout my session with her. If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, dedicated, and just plain lovely to be around for your lymphatic drainage detox, Jen is your go-to. Five stars all the way!

I had an appointment for cryoslimming with Jen. It was fantastic! She helped me feel really comfortable and fully explained everything. And the office is so cute and welcoming. I was worried the treatment might be uncomfortable but it wasn’t at all. In fact, parts of it felt like a heated massage : ). I definitely feel and see a difference after the treatment. My stomach is smaller and tighter (I feel the tightness from the inside as well - more compact) and I feel a slight numbness in the area still, but that will subside and has been the only after affect. I’m really impressed with the results after only 1 treatment. I will definitely be back!

I received the deep detox from Jen and absolutely enjoyed the work the hand work done to open up the lymph and then cupping work to further the drainage. It was my first time getting this kind of work done and Jen answered all the questions I had and I had a lot! Her personality is just so delightful. I look forward to seeing the changes in my body over the next couple months and to continuing work with Jen.

Jen is amazing! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The space was so cozy I relaxed right away. Her touch is gentle and nourishing. She answered all my questions and the relaxing in my body continued for the rest of the day. I highly recommend her.

Jen was absolutely amazing! She gave me my first cryo facial and it was so relaxing and nice. The office smelt absolutely amazing and Jen made sure I was comfortable on the table and throughout the process. My skin feels so much tighter and it was amazing to see the wrinkles around my eyes and on my forehead become less noticeable after just one treatment. Thank you so much, Jen!!

This was my first cryoslimming experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. The office is super cute with good vibes and energy—I felt I was in good hands right away. The session starts with a warming phase, followed by the cooling phase. The cooling was colder than I expected, but Jen is such a great conversationalist that it made the experience much more comfortable. I have a low pain tolerance, but Jen’s kindness and compassion throughout the session really helped me through it. I also really appreciated that I didn't feel judged at all when discussing my target areas. I know that sounds silly, but it's so important to feel comfortable when talking about making adjustments to your body. I highly her and the experience! I will be back to update on the results :)

I’ve been receiving treatments for just over a year now and have been very pleased with the results. Working out and eating well only do so much once you’re in your 50’s. Jen’s full body treatments have helped me with my love handles and some stubborn fatty areas around my waist. She’s also done wonders for my face, eliminating my frown lines and substantially improving the bags around my eyes. Jen cares about her customers and goes out of her way to customize her services based on our goals. I highly recommend!

I can not praise enough the services at Bodylicious. It was my first time trying cryo-facial treatment, and I was a little scared at first, not knowing what to expect. However, Jen completely put me at ease. She explained everything before starting, even demonstrating on herself first. Although the treatment was freezing, her warm energy and soothing voice counterbalanced the cold of the cryo-treatment. Whether you are new to cryo-treatment or have had it before, you can't go wrong by seeing Jen at Bodylicious.

Jen is the BEST at what she does!! She is so knowledgable about the cryo skincare business and makes the whole process super comfortable. I had the cryo done on my face. I imagined cryo skincare to be an austere and COLD experience, however Jen creates a warm and welcoming environment that makes the cryo experience very relaxing and enjoyable!! Jen was really great! She has a calm energy about her and made it easy to try this (new to me) treatment. I did a cryo facial. The cooling on my skin felt amazing, especially on my neck and jaw line. You can expect some redness immediately following the appointment if you have sensitive skin like me, but once that cleared my skin had a healthy glow and was notably smoother. I was pleasantly surprised to see less inflammation or puffiness after just one session. I would definitely recommend and will return.
