Best massage I’ve ever received! I have been on the hunt for a great massage therapist in Miami, and Aidee was nothing short of that. I booked her for Pain Management and I could feel the noticeable relief right after. Her pressure and care was out of this world! The ambiance is very relaxing from the moment you step in and front desk is friendly. Can’t wait for my next visit!!

The massage was great and everyone working there was very nice. They do need to replace the table, I had a metal bar on my chin when I was face down and didnt like that. Hopefully they can get that fixed!

I visited this place for the first time on a groupon as a gift to myself on my birthday January 2023. Danay Izquierdo was my masseuse. She asked if I had any tension or pressure points; for me, it was my shoulders and neck. She hit all the right spots. It felt like a real massage, and boy, was it relaxing. I almost fell asleep. I was so disappointed when it ended, haha. She was knowledgeable and explained to me that I had a knot in my left shoulder area, and gave me advice on how to work on it. I also feel the need to add that this especially compensates for a "massage" I received at another place months prior, which felt like an oil bath. I will definitely return when I'm ready for another massage or similar treatment.

Great spot in Miami for massages and facials. Carla does the facials and she’s the best. She transformed my entire skincare routine. She will give you honest feedback (because she really knows her stuff), but will also provide solutions.

My first facial experience was nothing short of amazing! Carla took such good care of me and made sure to explain every step in detail so I knew what was happening. The environment was so relaxing and the staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back :)

No no no Desde que llegue al lugar, la recepcionista se le notaba estresada y confundida. ya en el masaje la masajista me lastimaba y tenia que estar indicando constantemente si mas firme o menos firme. Hacia mucho ruido con su respiracion y ademas moviendo objetos, salio mas de dos veces por algo que no habia en la cabiana, no fue para nada relajante mi experiencia de 70 minutos de 165 dolares honestamente

Wow I got an Esalen massage today with Angel and the experience was amazing! Liked the combination of message, stretching and long strokes. It was 90 minutes of total relaxation.

I had such a wonderful relaxing massage. Wow. The room was the perfect temp, the music was not annoying, the scented hot pillows were fantastic, and the splash of lavender at the end was the right way to end things. Ivet did my massage and she was gentle but intentional. It was a very relaxing experience and I really enjoyed it.

WOW!! The couples massage (Zen fusion 90 minutes) that we received here was among one of the best massages I have received in a long time! The spa is beautiful and serene, the staff professional and friendly, and the price is spectacular. I will definitely be returning here for massages again and I am considering purchasing a membership! Very, very happy with my entire experience. --Update: 4 years later-- My s.o. and I have been coming here as members since our first couples massage and I still love it as much as the first time. My favorite therapist is a pro at what she does - she never fails to find and work out all the tension that builds up in my back and neck. I've also tried other therapists when she is out and they are all excellent. I'm sad to say that it took me an entire five years to get a facial here, but I did today and now I'm upgrading my membership so that I can get a massage and facial every month. It's worth every penny here at BodySense, where I feel like family. (Pampered family!!)

Wow, wow, wow! Laura was amazing! Came here to start off my birthday and what a relaxing amazing experience to start my day off. The music is very relaxing and mild, not like other places. The room is so cozy and they can adjust the lights. She infused aroma therapy in my 1:30 massage which definitely heightened my relaxation. Perfect pressure—made sure the hot stones weren’t too hot; throughly enjoyed my fully body massage. Thank you Laura! 😘🩷🩷🩷

I absolutely love this spa. I came in today for a deep tissue massage as I have been in pain around my shoulders and neck for a few weeks and Laura was incredible. I left the spa feeling brand new and as I type this, I am still feeling so relaxed it’s just insane since the pain was unbearable. Teresa from the front desk is so nice and personable. She helped me make a last minute change as I had to deal with a family emergency. Thank you to this great staff!

I can not express how much I love this place! I searched for years for a home for my facials and massages...and this is it! I have been going there for almost 2 years and will never go anywhere else. The whole experience is amazing from start to finish. The receptionist Natalia is helpful and kind when checking you in and scheduling your appointments. My esthetician Carla is knowledgeable and knows exactly what my skin needs. She adjusts each facial to maintain my skin's long term needs and makes suggestions to better my daily skincare routine. I also go to Angel (the owner) for my massages. He is caring and very in tune with my aches and pains. He is always learning new techniques and is truly a master of his craft. They offer a membership that is worth every penny. I could not ask for a better spa or staff. This place is truly the best!

I just had an incredible Esalen massage, and it was beyond amazing. Ángel, the massage therapist, exceeded all my expectations. He was incredibly professional, and the experience was deeply relaxing. I highly recommend this service it’s something everyone should try. This place is truly exceptional and the experience was far more than I could have imagined. Highly recommend! I tried BodySense for the first time and the reviews don't lie. I did the aromatherapy massage with Nora and it was incredible. The place is small but very clean and zen. Splurging on a massage doesn't have to be so expensive, this place is your go to at least once a month for massages. 5 Stars!

I’m sad I didn’t find this place sooner ! It’s been so hard to find someone who understands deep tissue massage! Luckily Felix helped me out! I felt so much better after. I tried the hot stone massage . Definitely will go back !

For the past two years, I've been getting massages from Vivian, and every time, it's been incredible. She is a really kind and pleasant lady. She always adjusts my massages to target the body parts that I need the most attention on, yet she always gives every area the exact attention it needs. She can stretch you out, perform deep tissue work, and crack multiple places. Every time I go, I feel like a new person afterwards. Since I have their membership, I get a massage every month, which is a must for me. Also, their personnel is incredibly kind and accommodating. I haven't had a chance to experience all of their services, but I can guarantee you that if you're searching for a location to have a massage, this is it. I cannot speak highly enough about Vivian.

Extremely rude staff, I used to go to this location when it was a different business and not knowing they moved I went there today, i get to the door, i ring the bell and a few moments later a lady with long blonde hair comes to the door opens it obviously annoyed and immediately says in an angry rude tone that they are closed and “you don’t even have an appointment with us” to where I said I have a 5pm appointment and said the name of the old business that was there which she then says they moved a while back. This is not a respectable way to speak to people, if I was a potential client now its a definite NO for me to ever considering this business, its just a reflection of the trashy kind of people that run this business, your money is better spent in a different wellness center! If you claim you are a wellness center you obviously skipped the part where you learn to speak to people with respect and dignity, remember this is not the street corners you were used to work at!!!!!!

I have been going to BodySense for more than a year now. Front desk service is wonderful and I go once a month! I always try to book wit Aidee, She's great! She pays attention to my needs and I always feel better leaving, then when I came in :) The only complaint is sometimes I can hear talking from another room, especially if its the room in the front and that is distracting, when I'm trying to relax.
