I had an absolutely fantastic massage experience here! I originally booked a 60-minute session, but about 30 minutes in, I was enjoying it so much that I decided to extend it to a 90-minute Thai combination massage—and I’m so glad I did. The massage was simply incredible, expertly blending techniques that worked out all the tension in my body while leaving me in a state of total relaxation. It honestly felt like I was being transported to heaven with every stretch and movement. The therapist was highly skilled, attentive to my needs, and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session. I could feel the stress and fatigue just melting away. By the time it was over, I felt completely re-energized, refreshed, and at peace both physically and mentally. The atmosphere was serene and calming, with a clean, well-maintained space that added to the overall sense of tranquility. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back again, without a doubt. It is 5 stars with the proper expectation. This is a simple place and for the expectation should not be Elizabeth Arden or Canyon Ranch. You should expect privacy a good message and clean at a great price. I would recommend this place to get a massage. The staff is also very friendly and greatful when you came in. I’ll be absolutely coming back

Amazing Thai Massage Experience!! I had the most incredible experience at Siam Retreat NYC! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was soothing, clean, and beautifully designed to create the perfect setting for a calming experience. The massage itself was outstanding! My therapist was highly skilled, professional, and attentive to my needs. They knew exactly how to apply the right amount of pressure, combining deep tissue techniques with traditional Thai stretches that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. I could feel the tension melting away, and by the end of the session, my body felt lighter, more flexible, and completely refreshed. It was one of the best massages l've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, well-decorated, and calming the space was. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the thoughtful touch of lavender tea and cookies at the end of the session was the perfect way to wind down. My massage therapist, Charolette, was absolutely incredible. She was friendly, kind, and professional, checking in just the right amount during the massage to ensure I was comfortable without disrupting the flow of relaxation. Her technique was spot-on, and I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and completely refreshed. Had an incredible massage experience today that exceeded all my expectations! Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommend, everyone is super kind and friendly. Best of all very clean and relaxing place. The therapist demonstrated exceptional skill, delivering the perfect balance of pressure and technique. They identified and worked through tension points, especially in problem areas. The flow of the massage was seamless, and their attention to detail was remarkable. 100% recommend!

I was in town visiting and really need a massage. I’ve never had a Thai massage before and I am so glad that I tried it. It was absolutely incredible . My body felt amazing after my massage. The stretching and deep muscle work transformed my stiff muscles and body. The place was so professional, well run and I can’t say enough about Kaew. I’ll be back for sure.

I went in with big issues with my shoulders and neck. Charolette was at the front desk and did a quick examination since I had questions and she was super kind about guiding me to which massage I should get. I had Mina massage me and it was amazing - I felt a lot of mobility after my session. There are still parts where I am tense but that’s expected as I walked in with years of tension. I’m hoping to come back so they can continue to work on more problematic muscles. Overall this was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend!

If you’ve never had a Thai massage you’re in a for a treat. As someone with persistent back pain, masseuse really managed to crack my back and got every problem area on my back. It was a great experience, will definitely be back. You also get a nice little snack and tea after! Such a relaxing vibe.

Wow. Stopped by for a girls day massage. The ways that woman bent me, I can’t even begin to explain. I got the traditional thai massage but I think it’s really the combination cause they used oils. The service is great, they’re really welcoming and accommodating. Beyond the great massage, they also served tea and cookies afterwards. Overall, a great experiences. I will definitely be back.

Forgive my jumbled thoughts for I am still floating on a cloud following my massage. My massage here is quite possibly the best I've ever had, and I'm very picky about my massage. Paris, has the hands of a healing God and she didn't waste a single minute of my hour and a half of bliss. It's very hard to find someone who gets the pressure just right, and she nailed in within the first 20 seconds. I live in Philly but will be taking the train back to NYC just to get another massage here. I can't stress enough how good this was. I've been floating for the past several hours.

I found this place on ClassPass, and wow—I’m so impressed! I had a one-hour deep tissue massage with Charlotte, and I absolutely loved it. Charlotte was amazing—super nice, and I was really impressed by her strength. I would definitely highly recommend this place!

One of the best thai massages I have gotten. I just came back from a trip to Thailand where I got a bunch of massages, but the massage here managed to top them all. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and my masseuse was very good. This is my second visit, and I reserved the same masseuse, Natalie. Her technique is very good and helped me relax all the muscles that were tight and sore. Would highly recommend!

This is the best and most consistent massage I've ever gotten and from multiple different masseuses on more than 5 occasions. I come here for both relaxing massages as well as deep pressure for when I need my tightness worked out. One time I over-worked at the gym and my masseuse stretched out me out and the pain/tightness went away completely the next day. Best deep pressure massage I've gotten maybe ever. I highly recommend.

This was my first time at this spa… I am from the DC area… and my first time in NYC started with a facial here. Hands Down the best I’ve ever had, and customer service was SECOND TO NONE. Charlotte is the heart and soul of this establishment. Cannot wait to return and feel like a king in the modern era , being pampered by Charlotte and her staff!

i'm from chicago it's hard for me to find a shop, location it's next by H mart and go to 11fl but when I got out of the elevator i got wrong place the first massage shop I saw was not SIAM RETREAT THAI SPA, should walk to white door it's correct, Here it's really nice i have pain my back for long time but they can helped me relax, nice person and after they will give you jasmine hot tea and thai cookie it taste very nice i love this place
