I drove nearly almost an hour to visit Bdoze. I had purchased a Groupon and got a great deal on treatment so figured it was worth the drive. However, traffic was terrible driving from Wesley Chapel to South Tampa and since I am not very familiar with the area, I accidentally merged into the Tampa Airport driving lane, then could not get back over in time to be where I needed to be. I had to circle the airport and got really confused (and stressed!) trying to get back to where I needed to be, all of which made me arrive 17 minutes late for my appointment. When I went to check in, I was told that the grace period was 15 minutes for appointments and that they would have to reschedule me. I pleaded and begged...I was only a couple minutes out of the grace period and I did not want to have to make the 2-hour round trip drive again! I was hoping they would be a little empathetic and have a little mercy on me, due to the situation. The receptionist went and checked with the nurse who provides the service and she said to reschedule me. I wanted to cry. Again, I pleaded and asked if I could just wait a little while to see if someone was a no-show for their appointment or if someone was running late...then maybe they could work me in? I knew from previous experience that the service I was getting only takes about 5 minutes. I was told that I could wait... and I honestly didn't mind waiting (even an hour or two if I had to) because I knew this was 100% my fault. But, after about 15 minutes, a different receptionist came over and told me that they were fully booked and that there was no point in me waiting. I was told that I could either come back in 4 1/2 hours (the next available appointment) or come back on a different day. This was a upsetting because I honestly didn't understand the math. The appointments are booked 30 minutes apart but the service takes only a few minutes. But, since this was my first visit, I thought maybe there were some discussions before and after the service that took extra time...who knows?!? Reluctantly, I left and told them I would be back in 4 and 1/2 hours. I returned later for my appointment and just like I thought, I was done in 7 minutes! There were no discussions at all. This particular service is standard (fast) for everyone, so what do they do with the remaining 23 minutes after every appointment? They could have totally worked me in! Instead, what was supposed to be a fairly quick appointment ended up being all day affair. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning. It was not worth my entire day just to save a few bucks. I would give it a C...or 3 stars. Reasons for review: The facility is not very impressive and looks a little run down. The staff is only semi-friendly (their smiles don't seem genuine) but I did like the fact that no one tried to upsell me on any additional services. That is a big plus! I thought it was weird that there was no paperwork to fill out on medical history or to note any potential problems beforehand. I also did not get any kind of receipt after the service. At check-out, I was not asked if I wanted to make my next appointment...it was just a "goodbye". Mainly, it was the fact that they couldn't "work me in" during the extra 135 minutes of estimated "free time" they had after the appointments (during a 4 1/2 time frame) that was most upsetting. And, I am being conservative with that number! One review I read said that it actually took less than a minute for their service. Again, what do they do with the remaining 29 minutes alloted to the appointment? If you are thinking about visiting, you should probably give them a chance. Hopefully you have a better experience than I had. Just don't be late! UPDATE: I did receive a personal apology from the general manager. She was very friendly and very empathetic to my situation and said they would do better if I ever visited again. She apologized for my experience and gave me her personal cell number. I appreciate this effort on their part. It shows that they are trying to make improvements.

I did a microneedling with PRP and I loved it thank you faith my skin is looking good already I would recommend this place the staff is all welcoming that’s the biggest green flag you need and they do a great job I’ll definitely be back :) !!!

NO NEED TO GO TO MIAMI y’all! I’m so happy I found Dr Robert Miles. I share this with everyone. He performed a lipo 360 on me and my tummy is on flat flat my waist is tiny. Everything fits so much better and my self esteem has boomed! As a very active person it really allowed me to see my waistline and finally be able to hit my body goals as I’ve always wanted a flat stomach.I am forever grateful for him and his kind bedside manner. First visit to Bodze. I actually purchased one session for Morpheus 8. Since it was a Groupon, I was skeptical how much time would be spent on my procedure. It was AWESOME! The laser technician, Faith was patient, well-trained, professional and took her time with my procedure. I’ll be going back for two more sessions!! I’d recommend Bodze for Morpheus 8 and highly recommend Faith!!

To start off I am so thankful I found this beautiful establishment. If you’re looking don’t look further this is your sign this is the place to go. I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in for my consultation. Today I had my breast lift and augmentation surgery. I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated from being so nervous along the way to day of and every single staff member did EVERYTHING to comfort me. Dr K has been so patient with sizing me/marking me and listening to my goals all the way up to even making sure this was what I wanted. The aesthetics industry can often feel like you’re walking on the set of “Mean Girls”. Chelsey and the staff at Bodze were super friendly and welcoming and the type of people you’d want to see again.
