Monica, is a fabulous esthetician who always makes time for her clients provides, quality service and quality conversations. I have been going to Bold and Chic Waxing Spa, for almost a year and a half. Her Spa has a comfortable and relaxing feel, and her products for before and after care are fantastic. Monica cares about the quality of her clients skin and how you care for it. You will bot be disappointed going to Bold and Chic Waxing Spa!

I have been coming to Monica for years now and I can honestly say she is my number one pick every time. The customer service is amazing and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I like how she is always willing to educate me on what products I should and should not use on my skin. If it’s your first time and you don’t know where to go I highly recommend Bold&Chic waxing spa!

Every facial offered is an amazing experience! Monica was very professional and knowledgeable. Her spa is clean, organized, and relaxing. She was very thorough with asking assessment questions about my skin and providing information about after care following my appointment. I will be back again and again and again.

I’m not new to getting Brazilian waxes, but I was well educated on after care, thanks to Monica! I was very pleased with the customer service and the atmosphere was super cute. Monica took her time and honestly, the wax itself didn’t hurt much. She gave me tips on various topics (because I ask a lot of questions) and it was a really comfortable vibe. Highly recommend. :)

I was so happy with my waxing experience here. It did not hurt as bad as I was expecting and she really paid attention to my skin type specific needs. Afterwards she gave me a print out, a sample AND sent me text messages of articles to read for aftercare. Great customer service :)

I've been to several local places, but Bold & Chic is my favorite waxing spa!!! The vibe is always right, the music is on point, and she educates you about your skin and asks about allergies before your treatment. She is aware of what is in her products and can recommend things to help you or what to stay way from. She even makes some of her own products. I recommend people to her all the time!

I first met Monica about three years ago while she was working for another boutique. After that first appointment I knew I was in good hands. She is very professional, competent in her knowledge of waxing and all skin types, and the most thorough esthetician I have ever seen. She will gladly answer all questions and talk you through procedures. Monica is about her client’s satisfaction and comfort. An appointment with her is true self care. I always leave my appointments feeling refreshed and with a stronger self confidence. I will continue to support this wonderful veteran owned business and her awesome natural products. This establishment is very clean and inviting with a relaxing tone and the pricing is great! This young lady is the absolute best in her profession.

I had the pleasure of seeing Mrs. Monica today & I must say she was amazing I had my first Brazilian wax done with european wax center & continued to go there until today I choose to go somewhere different & when I saw all of the positive reviews I knew I had to try this place & let me tell you this was by far the BEST wax I’ve ever had she was very polite & knowledgeable on how to maintain a wax(before & after) she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable the entire time keep in mind I’m PREGNANT & I couldn’t believe that my wax was less painless compared to when I used to go too European wax center & not only that the appearance afterwards was the best compared to the European wax center & ladies if your pregnant you know how much more sensitive that area is so when I say if you are looking for someone In the 757 Mrs Monica is the lady to see
