I’m not someone who spends time writing reviews (good or bad), but I’m so upset over this that I had to write something. Maybe it’s my fault, idk. I came in an hour before closing and there were a ton of people waiting and just one worker. I felt bad because she was clearly backed up. One person left while I was there cause the wait was long and there was no greeting by the worker or acknowledgment/estimate of time etc. I didn’t really care though, I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, so I waited. I asked her for a clean up, just like I’ve been asking for ever since I was 15. I’m not 32 She did my eyebrows within 45 seconds, and when I looked in the mirror, I had the thinnest brows I’ve ever seen on myself. Im Mediterranean and take pride in my thick, dark bushy brows, and within seconds she gives me 90s skinny brows. I wanted to cry. I haven’t felt this insecure about my appearance in a long time. So, if you have thick brows and don’t want them ruined, I would not risk it here. I’m so sorry, the woman seemed really nice, but absolutely not. My eyebrows are the most important part of my face.

It’s okay. Eyebrow threading is generally good though there have been some screw ups with making them overly thin when you’ve explicitly stated you like to keep them full. Waxing service are also inconsistent. Hairs are left behind and not tweezed out. Bleeding after waxing. And the place is messy and services are very overpriced. Prices keep increasing every couple of months without providing a change in quality of the services or place. Sometimes they charge different prices for different people and insist only on paying cash

I been coming to Bombay for 10 years now. Saroj does my eyebrows/tint so beautifully she always make sure I’m satisfied and is very patient with me because I’m very particular. Check them out!

Saroj is amazing. I have always come here to get my eyebrows done. Just your typical cleaning. Saroj goes beyond in making sure everything looks great. The service is amazing and the price is too!!! Definitely recommend. 👍 👍

I went to do full facial Thursday and I had to return Saturday cuz she didn't do it my way I asked her to do a thin eyebrow she said it won't look good on me she should give the customers what they ask for when I went back 2days later she tried to charge me 16$ why should I pay that fee it's your mistake so I ended up giving her 6$ to fix eyebrow she left some hair in my face. Sonia usually do a good job but this time she didn't listen to me at all. Hopefully next time she'll do better

Great Customer service, location and Saroj is my favorite!!! I’ve been faithfully coming to this location for years and only look forward to Saroj doing my eyebrows. She’s always professional, friendly and welcoming. She is patience and works well under pressure when it gets busy.

I have been coming here for months and have only positive things to say :) I always trust Saroj to do an excellent job with my eyebrows and can count on her to provide a smooth, professional experience. And clearly I'm not the only person who feels this way. Whenever I come in while Saroj is finishing up with a client, they're always telling her how happy they are with the results. One time while I was waiting for my turn a customer said to her point blank "I have no idea what I'd do if you weren't working here."

The lady overdid my eyebrows and they are very thin. I explicitly told her that I like them full and I’m only here for clean up and she did the opposite. She did not charge me which is very considerate but I literally went home and cried - this has never happened to me ever. Update: they are even more awful - completely uneven. She literally took off half of it. I can’t explain my anger.
