I have been going to Bombay for years. I wish we could use our points on the weekend and not on Monday through Thursday ONLY. Kay is my favorite Bombay Hackscross. I always go to her. I have set appointments and had various services with her. She is timely, sweet and listens to the needs of my skin, as well as my concerns. Check out Bombay and find someone who is wonderful and makes you feel wonderful.

been going to them for 7 years their work is perfect but they have falling off their customer service isn’t great they don’t communicate they don’t greet customers I sat in their shop from 1:40 until 2:50 waiting to get my eyebrows done I had to literally go off on them because they just kept walking past not telling me what’s going on I felt that was poor customer service

I went to get eyebrow threading and tint. The threading was okay, but she made me look like clown with the tint. It looked like horribly overdrawn eyebrows that were square shaped and I was in shock and she said she’ll wipe it . I still was unhappy because it still looked bad and asked for her to take it all off which she couldn’t all the way and they looked blotchy . Another lady came and they tried gaslighting me into thinking they look good. I said I’m only paying for the threading service (which they’re lucky I did because my eyebrows looked horrible at this point even though they were threaded ) and the woman had the nerve to say that I have to pay for it because “I used the product” . I did not pay for the tint and they were lucky I even paid for the eyebrow threading making me leave with horrible eyebrows that look like they have blotchy eyebrow powder all over them. Please do not go here they are rude and the past several times I was not happy with services I received at all.

It was my first time here and I felt like they don’t care about their customers. The customer service was terrible. I m not satisfied. The lady was not polite. I will never come back.

In my experience, the Hacks Cross location is number one! I thought if I went further out, the service would be better, but thats what I get for thinking. This location is the closest to me, and the service is better than I could've ever expected. Sapna does an absolutely wonderful job. Book her!

Today I had a facial done at the Bombay salon in Cordova. It was a truly delightful experience. The esthetician Wabida (Wee) who attended to me was incredibly gentle, ensuring that the process was both relaxing and effective. She took the time to explain each step of the facial, providing valuable insights and making suggestions to improve my daily skincare routine. Her professionalism was remarkable, and her positive and charismatic demeanor created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, the facial left me feeling rejuvenated and inspired to take better care of my skin. Wabida works in both the Cordova and Hackscross salon, if you want VIP treatment ask for her you will not be disappointed!!

I visit this place for hair color and hair cut service. They do a pretty good job in a very reasonable price. They try to accommodate if you show up without any appointment, however, making an appointment is highly recommended.

Hands down the best place I have been!! I suffer from PCOS which causes excessive facial hair for some. I was one of those SOMES😅 Anyways I have ALWAYS shaved my facial hair due to embarrassment. The day I went in to get my brows done the lady doing them noticed my chin and neck(my skin is so bad from shaving everyday) she gave me some advice and had me come back and when I tell yall she worked her magic on me BABAAYYY the 2 days I was in there paid off!! (I say 2 days because she had to stop the first day because my skin was ANGRY and she didn’t wanna keep torturing me) I wish i could remember her name because she is my go to always now!!

She's a skilled stylist who always delivers phenomenal results. The entire shop exudes warmth, thanks to the friendly and sweet women working there. While everyone is fantastic, my go-to is Sapna. BEWARE prices listed on their in house menu are not correct and they don't tell you this upfront!! Also they were offering free threading with ALL facials(per their posted sign). They did not want to honor this because I received an express facial which they verbally stated AT CHECKOUT was not eligible. Again, they did not mention this and it was not notated on the posted sign. As the customer, how in the heck was I supposed to assume 'ALL Facials' did not include the express but only apply to 'FULL Facials' as if that's common knowledge. I demanded that they honor their sign and update the sign and to inform customers of their ACTUAL prices prior to their services so we are not blindsided at checkout. This is bad business practices. I will not return to this establishment. Dishonest and they were very rude when I expressed feelings about their miscommunication as a customer.

Facial: Not satisfied with the facial services, Too much of chit chatting and could not relax while getting facial and the lady Ally who did facial charged me more for the facial while billing. But the prices on the menu showed 65$ only for the facial I choose. Waxing: It was a different person Hina for waxing. She did a good job.

Hina did such a great job with my Brazilian wax!!! It had been a long time since my last wax so I was worried about the pain. It was practically pain free. She was also very patient and attentive. All five stars!

I absolutely loved my experience at this location. Ms.Wei gives exceptional service. You are able to relax with ease under her care. She doesn't really understand how great she made me feel about myself today with the lash and brow services. I will definitely be returning to see her again I don't care what location she is at IM COMING!!!! Thank you again sweetheart see you again soon.

I went to Bombay Salon.& spa got a facial and had my first experience getting a Brazilian and leg wax. I was scared and nervous since it was my first time, Angie has a great personality, was very calm, patient, pleasant and reassuring. Angie did an awesome job, was accommodating and made me feel comfortable. The experience was wonderful and I absolutely loved the results. I will most definitely be going back. Visit Bombay Salon & Spa and ask for Angie, trust me you’ll have no regrets.

Miss Kay called me and found out what was the problem and fixed my haircut. So this represents that they care about customer satisfaction and good customer service. Purposely spoiled my haircut just because I asked some changes in haircut. I did not talk back coz of her condition just paid so many dollars..so writing it here..

My first experience with a Brazilian wax was at Bombay Salon & Spa with Angie was exceptional! Whenever I travel from New York to Memphis, Angie is my girl to go. She is very welcoming and makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. She makes the treatment almost painless and relaxing.
