I have been going to Bombshell Beauty salon for about a year now, and I am very comfortable there. The owner and other beauticians are so nice. My personal beautician is Marnae, who is so sweet and kind, and have the best attitude ever. She is a beautician who is very concern about her clients. When I first got there my hair was so thin and short, now my hair is thick and longer. She is so good with natural hair, I love the beautiful styles she gives me, my husband always gives me great compliments on my hair. Marnae I am so grateful to have you for my Beautician. Thank you so much.

Thanks, bombshell my experience was great. I didn’t think it would take such short of time to do my hair. I hate sitting there and I didn’t have to sit that long at all. Found this gem on Google 4 years ago when I moved to Jacksonville and I have been coming ever since! Marnae takes great care mine and my daughters hair! They can do it all and she has helped to allow me to keep my hair natural while being here in Florida! I love Bombshell! Clean, Efficient, Extremely Knowledgeable, Kind, Patient, and Wonderful atmosphere!

I finally decided to get my hair done at this salon because of the incredible reviews I saw online. I just got my hair done today by Marnae and I am in love! Her focus is natural hair care while the others do braids, extensions and weaves. So my hair was in need of a good haircut style but I didn’t know what I can do due to the condition of my hair, it was uneven throughout. Marnae worked with me to get the best style that fits my face. We went for a short bob. She also added a deep conditioning to my strands and the end results was more than I expected. I also got a silk press. The entire time she was gentle with my hair and scalp. I met Swan the owner of the Salon, she is pretty outgoing and so is Marnae, the Salon looks super chic so I loved that too. I had a great experience from the beginning to end, oh and when Marnae wash my hair it felt so therapeutic. I’ve tried places out here in Jacksonville and this by far is the best salon I have found! They take your concerns seriously and work with you on getting results. Soon I will be going back to get a hair color services! If you are looking for a new home for your hair needs, this is the place!

I love coming here it's the only salon I go to in Jacksonville! Swan is amazing and her lovely staff. All the ladies are well knowledged about the hair care that they provide. My silk press are always beautiful and last up to a month! Great service all around. Thank you Bombshell Beauty!!

I love love this salon I been going here since my jr year of high school, she help me transition to so many styles and phases all to my comfort (wigs,silk presses, and now my locs). I love the services I get every time I come in there even if it’s just to discuss things for my upcoming appointment. I love the ladies In there beautiful ladies professional and clean. If you want to support a black excellence blackwomen owned businesses got still with bombshell ladies all 2024 🤭

Swan is a Great Beautician from natural tress, ponytails, invisible front, she does it all. The other stylist are good and delicate with kids. The environment of the Salon is happy and calm.

The owner of this salon pays google to block ALL negative reviews so that you only see the positive ones. She's not on Yelp because they don't play that. No one )but her and me) will ever see this review. I just wanted her to know I know. 😊 People like you, don't prosper for long. You can absolutely pay to block negative reviews. This is fact. This salon doesn't make money off giving you a silk press or other style, they make money by purposely taking your hair out and "nursing" it back to growth. They literally purposely damage your long hair (because they all wear weave or dreads) so that you have to keep coming back to them to treat what they did. Like I said tho, you'll never know this because anyone that has written a review or posted pics stating this has had that review and pics blocked from you seeing it/them. DO NOT patronize this business if you want to keep your own hair. You WILL regret it. You will as was suggested to me, have to do the "big chop" get dreads or weave like them. Trust.

AMAZING services received from Marnae!! 😍❤️ (Tuesday, October 4th 2022 3pm) I was having a hard time finding a black hairstylist in Jacksonville as I’m not from here and don’t know any black women to give me recommendations. I went to another shop last year and the service I received was ridiculously terrible. The wait times were wildly long and the “stylist” that did my hair, treated my hair horribly (hair not properly washed, washed my hair without detangling or removing my months of shedding, ignored me when I said my hair was still dirty and ripped my hair out during the blowout). So of course I refused to go back to that shop this year. I finally found Bombshell Beauty Salon after calling a place that wasn’t licensed to wash hair :/ …and I’m so happy to have found Marnae, I called this morning and was able to get in same day (as it’s a weekday)! I was very excited about that, as my hair was in desperate need of getting done. Marnae was super friendly and really nice to talk to. We shared some stories and some laughs :) Marnae throughly washed and conditioned my hair and was very gentle with the blowout. The other shop I went to, my hair was extremely mishandled and roughhoused. Marnae took great care while blow drying. Then she trimmed my hair just a tiny amount and then braided my hair down in cornrows for me to be able to install my lace unit at home. She did a wonderful job on my braids. I felt no discomfort while she was braiding (some stylists braid so tight you can’t feel your hair breaking), but the braids aren’t lose either. I can’t stress enough how friendly she was and just fun to be around. I very much enjoyed the experience I had there today ❤️🥰💁🏽‍♀️

I was just in on Saturday had a 10am appointment went in early and was taken care of right away and swan (hopefully spelled her name right) did an amazing job on my hair I left with my hair so soft and bouncy no one has ever gotten my hair perfect the way she did, definitely have a forever customer

So 3 yrs ago I moved from NC to Jax, FL and one of the best things I could have found was Swan at bombshell beauty salon! I will forever go here I’ve had blow outs sew ins, frontals, closures, knotless braids, natural hairstyles there is nothing this shop can not do! Leisha is wonderful as well with knotless braids as well as frontals. Customer service amazing everyone is friendly, place stays nice & clean and sanitized. Book ahead they stay booked & busy 😁
