Unfortunately, the service that was provided did not meet my satisfaction and expectations. I had my wedding this last weekend and I signed a contract for services to be done on myself my mom and my grandma and the studio was kind enough to consider me when I had 2 weeks left until my wedding day which I am thankful for. But when it came to the services, they had sent a new apprentice from their studio and her newness showed with her hair and makeup skills. I had provided multiple inspiration pics and examples for each of our makeup and hair and we got the opposite of what we asked for. I asked for a messy French twist and I got a bun plopped in the middle of my head with hair pieces pinned to the side of my head. My makeup was not what I had asked for, I asked for natural dewy glowy makeup and I got a bold makeup look with dark eyeshadow and bold eyeliner, the base was fine though. As I was the bride, I didn’t have much time to fix the makeup or my hair so I didn’t change anything but best believe I was displeased but try to make it the best I can so I can go along with my wedding. As for my mom, she had asked for a blowout and got simple curls with a curling iron and was not pleased as it didn’t look similar to the inspo pics provided and during having makeup applied by the artist she stopped her and was displeased with the makeup as well and did her own makeup, which ended up making my mother late starting the ceremony and ended up missing it anyways. Lastly, for my grandmother, she was also displeased as her hair and makeup didn’t match or was similar to what she had asked for but she couldn’t change much or anything at all as it was time to begin the ceremony. This new stylist, I give her flowers for making availability to come to my wedding and provide her services but at the end of she was too new as I just recently found out and her work showed how new she was to the beauty industry and the studio should’ve sent an experienced stylist in my opinion as well as the stylist should’ve noted that she was new and wasn’t too familiar with certain styles of hair and makeup but instead threw herself in the fire and what seemed to me, she winged it. I wish I could say how pleased I was especially since it being my wedding but this was one of few things that day that I was hurt and disappointed because I just wanted my day to be perfect and I ended up looking like I was going clubbing rather than walking down the aisle of my wedding day. A resounding 5-stars!!!! AMAZING, SUPER TALENTED, METICULOUS, EXPERT, SHINING STAR…there is no one fabulous word to describe how fantastic LIZ is!! She is honestly one of the very best there is!! Do yourself a gigantic favor and book an appointment!! Love Bombshell and Liz is my fav!! I am one of a great many in her fan club!!!

I had the BEST experience with Sarah here at Bombshell. She listened to everything I wanted, asked questions, confirmed before starting and even had the most genuine, life-giving conversation during the experience. I cannot recommend Sarah enough! So thankful to have found her!! Thank you, Sarah.

I just got my hair done by Liz and the experience was AMAZING! she was very gentle with handling my hair, and transformed my hair into the rainbow unicorn hair I love! This is now my second visit with the stylist, my first experience was 6 months ago and the customer service is amazing! I would totally recommend this place to anyone who wants vibrant colors in their hair! Here's a before and after picture as examples! Y’all! Go see these fantastic individuals at Bombshell. Jacki absolutely slayed my hair. From a washed out/grown out blonde with 2 inch roots to an absolutely gorgeous creamy blend of blondes that will look fantastic as my hair continues to grow out. My plan was to have something lower maintenance, and Jacki BEYOND exceeded my expectations. I always let her take my ideas and allow her to make them even better.

Megan totally exceeded my expectations with the balayage. She really listened to what I wanted, and made it so much better than I could have asked for it to look! She did a blow out at the end that I loved, and all for a really reasonable price. Will definitely be booking with her again 😊

Been going for years.. very professional. Until last year that is. Melissa decided she didn't want my business, so I went somewhere else. I was good with Amanda and Savannah. Unfortunately, both left. Melissa was cool for awhile but then she got snobby.

I have been seeing Tracy at bombshell for my hair since summer of 2017. I stayed with her as a stylist after her and the friend who introduced us broke up. Even though I have other friends in the industry I stayed with her because she did a great job with my hair. In the past two visits I have talked to Tracy about how I was wanting to let my hair go "natural" and let the curly/wavy pattern develop. She cut my hair around the beginning of the summer and got it cut again 2 months later. She blew my hair out and it looked fine, the layers were a bit short but I trusted her hair cuts so I thought nothing of it, assuming it would make the curls work better. A week later when I washed my hair and wore it curly, the hair cut did not flatter the curls, infact it was probably the first time ever that I wanted to cry after a hair cut. I text her that day with a text asking for help. No response. Looking back she ruined my layers and cut "internal texture" even after I asked her not to. The worst part is that she did not respond to my request for help. Terrible service.

I represent a manufacturer and unfortunately on this industry we never know when we will need anyone. I approached the manager introducing myself and by looking at her eyes it seams I have insulted her. She answered back, guys, we don’t do things like this... meaning walking into the store... how about if you write that done on your door on on your website... beyond rude!!! As an FYI, there are other ways to send the same message without been that rude with a manufacturer and a distributor that you don’t know if you will need one day... so thank you but we won’t be contacting you by email or phone, we have no interest in doing business with clients like you... be respectful always, and be happy...lady manager..

I visited the salon and Kat did my hair. Everything seemed great until I got home. Kat mentioned that my sweater has gotten wet in the back, which I didn’t mind. Kat did not show me the back of my hair at the end of the service. I paid over $200 which was totally worth it. As soon as I took my sweater off at home I saw a big bleach stain, and my sweater was trash! I called the salon and left a message. I received a voicemail that the manager, Jennifer, decided not to reimburse me because Kat told her that I bleached my hair prior! What a lie! I told Kat that I bleached my hair a few months ago and she made it sound like I did it right before I came to see her. Why did I have 3inch roots then?! I am very disappointed on how customers get treated at this salon. Was it so hard to pick up the phone and say ‘hey I apologize it happened’..but no I was called a liar.

I've been bouncing around hair salons since we moved here 2 years ago because nobody could ever seem to cut my hair the way I like. I tried Liz at Bomshell and she knocked it out the park the first time. I highly recommend Liz , especially if you have wavy hair.

I stopped here while in the area to see if I could make an appt that same day. Luckily they were able to fit me in for a cut about an hour later. Appts recommended, and Jackie was very friendly. Definitely coming back. The decor and ambience are awesome as well.
