I recommended this salon to my mom and was shocked when I learned about my mom’s experience with y’all. My mom made an appointment, got to the appointment on time, and signed in with front office staff but ended up waiting for an hour past the appointment time. Not only did the stylist (Allison) not apologize for making her wait so long but because the stylist was so late and in an apparent rush, she changed my mom’s haircut to a dry cut (when the appointment was made for a wash, cut, and style). She rushed through the cut and did not even show my mom what her cut looked like before moving on to her next appointment. I am extremely disappointed in y’all’s service and lack of respect. I will never come back nor recommend y’all to anyone else again.

Regan Jordan is awesome! I have struggled for years to find a hairstylist that listened To me. From the moment I sat down in her chair, I felt confident that she was listening to what I was saying. I showed her three similar haircuts, and she discussed the pros and cons of each. She was knowledgeable and Professional. It’s been two weeks since my haircut and I still love it. I am so glad I finally found a stylist that I can work with. Thank you, Regan for the amazing haircut.

Becca has been doing my hair for a long time and she has always done a great job! She does well at gradually lightening my blonde while keeping the integrity of my hair in mind and she leaves me feeling beautiful every time. I highly recommend her!

I went a few years ago so I am unsure who my stylist was but she was absolutely awful to me. I was going through postpartum so my hair was thinning out plus I had an infant at home and didn’t have the time to wash my hair as often as I would have liked. The girl doing my hair made fun of me to one of the other girls who worked there for only washing my hair a few times per week and kept mentioning how much product I had built up in my hair (dry shampoo). They talked about how much money they were getting from their “baby daddies”. I was already going through a lot at the time and just wanted a haircut to feel better about myself again, but instead was treated terribly. I will never go back.

My hair went from feeling like hay to looking like a caramel latte dream!! Becca did an absolutely phenomenal job. She made sure I was comfortable and took the time to make sure she understood everything that I was looking for and the results are beautiful!

Warning- Not all hairdressers do blonde or short cuts well. I don’t recommend going in as a drop in client. I’ve had 2 bad experiences. Only needed to go as a last minute need when my regular stylist was sick. Just time getting my blonde touched up, I left with yellow hair. Second for a haircut, left with a mullet I had to go home and finish myself.

I’ve been a customer for 7+ years, the Staff is always friendly and accommodating. My Stylist Taylor is wonderful and always up to date on the latest styles, trends and products. I would recommend Bombshells to anyone.

Chopped my mom’s hair so bad and the color was terrible. Nothing at all what she asked for. The girls giggled and whispered about a 63 year old lady like she wasn’t nothing. Her hair had just grown back out from having breast cancer to have it messed up. Then to be humiliated in front of everyone.

I made the horrible decision to try to do my own roots at home. McKenzi at Bombshells turned my mistake into the best hair I’ve ever had. I came there specifically because I knew Bombshells expertise would be able to fix my screwup, and they did not disappoint. Thank you McKenzi! Before and after is incredible.

If you see anyone see COURTNEY!! She is my girl. I am VERY picky about my hair and she always listens and never does anything that I don’t ask of her. I have been seeing her for years and cannot recommend her enough. She makes me feel comfortable for who I am as I come!

Love, love Bombshells! I routinely see Sarah for cut/color and she does a beautiful job every time. I have been coloring my hair for many years and have had many color/highlight jobs at salons across price ranges and skill levels, so I am picky when it comes to consistency and skill. She far exceeds my expectations and standards every time :)

When I moved to TN - I lost the best stylist I've ever known/worked with for years while living in DE. Finding a stylist to give me the same vibe & hair care as I was receiving was extremely difficult. Then I found Allison. my one request when scheduling was to be with someone who knew blonde, understood blonde and would take my knowledge of my own hair care and capitalize on it. Allison is a true veteran, a professional - she is great at what she does and it has not gone unnoticed the couple of times I've been to Bombshells. My sister has her own salon in DE and while i miss her being my stylist & blonde/color expert...i now have Allison in TN. Thank you for being exactly what I need 😘🙏 Bombshells is a cute salon, lots of fun happening in the front area. I'm a matrix girlie💁‍♀️ through & through BUT I love that they have pureology and redken for clientele. So far, all of the staff I've encountered are friendly & attentive.

I came here in September of 2023 with my natural, strawberry blonde hair. I showed my stylist a photo of Chloe Kardashian and told her I wanted her exact same hair (or as close as possible). Mind you, Chloe has absolutely zero red in her hair whatsoever. I confirmed that having a halo of blonde highlights was fine, but that overall I wanted a dark ashy brown. I paid well near $300 and in the end I still had my same strawberry hair but just with a crown of blonde highlights at the top!! Told her I wasn’t happy, and she refused to fix it. Even pulled her receptionist in to help gaslight me into believing that my red hair looked just like Chloe Kardashian’s pic. I was forced to leave and go to a different salon so they could put a full head of brown color all over Bombshell’s mess, and then when Bombshell’s owner finally called me after her vacation she refused to refund anything or put back just a few blonde highlights on top (to achieve the look I was asking for since the very beginning). Absolute garbage salon.

Took my 6 year old to see Sarah for her first hair cut and it went fabulously! Sarah was so attentive and warm towards my girl! We love Bombshells!

Been going there for several years now and have never left unhappy. Allison is fun to see and I've never felt pressured to purchase products or even additional services. I love the atmosphere and they send out an internal survey after each visit - seems like they're very open to feedback and focused on providing the best of the best services that they have. The front desk staff are always trying to make you feel at home. I can’t say enough good things about Bombshells.
