David did a wonderful job on my highlight, as usual! I already got a compliment and I have people ask me all the time who does my hair and color because they say so natural. I live in Houston so they are always disappointed bc they are too far. I found the salon to be extremely diligent with the new COVID19 requirements. Safety of their clients is top priority. I have been going to David and Borgata for years and they are like family. The best!

I have been going to see David at Borgata for over 30 years and my experiences have been exemplary! In response to the recent review, I found quite the opposite. Borgata is a very clean, safe salon with utmost attention and compliance to the recent safety standards. I live with a cancer patient who would be high risk if contracting the virus and am diligent about protection. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend. Wonderful people and wonderful salon!

I went to get my hair done for first time since they reopened. I thought I would be safe since my hairdresser said she was wearing a mask and that I would have to wear one two, wait in car until she was ready and take my temperature. I made the false assumption that the whole salon was doing this. Instead I get inside and the owner and his client were not wearing masks. All other workers were but not all customers. OSBCB ABMT: state Guidelines for reopening salons says “Masks - Establishment employees/workers/booth renters etc are required to wear masks at all times. Clients are requested to wear a mask as much as possible while receiving services or supplied with a clean towel to hold over their mouth and nose when the mask is not possible, such as when receiving a shampoo or a facial service.” There are a long list of other things but it is very clear masks are required. I did not feel safe in this salon.

It’s always been a joy to have Sandie cut my hair! She’s been my stylist for 30 years and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere except Borgata.With the pandemic I was reluctant to get my hair cut, but, the salon went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. Thank you for your services and an environment which is pleasant and follows the guidelines!

Met my stylist on a Sunday for my convenience and safety. Sandie let me know when to come in the building for my appointment. We both wore masks. The shop was clean and I felt safe during my appointment. I will continue to go to Sandie at Borgata Salon. I appreciate their concern for my safety.
