Savannah at Boss Gal in Clintonville is a BOSS! She's a skin magician!! I've had a few hydrafaciacial's from her and each time I get a minimum of 3 compliments on how great my skin looks! She also puts a "prescription" together for you of what products would be best for your skin....... and she's as sweet as she can be! If you need help with your skin, Savannah's your girl!

Savannah is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her for a little over a year for my facials. It is the most relaxing experience every single time. She is so knowledgeable about crafting a skincare routine you can follow. She is so caring, sweet, and does a perfect job. Every time I leave from an appointment with her, my skin is glowing. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her!

Heather is amazing! You might be able to have similar treatments at other salons, but the personal touch and extra effort that I receive is because she cares about what she is providing and wants her service to feel a step above. Which it always does!

I have been going to Heather for a few years now and she is amazing! My skin looks great and is the softest it has ever been. Heather is always so accommodating to make sure all products were safe while I was breastfeeding my daughter and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I can't say enough about the wonderful ladies at the Grandview location (Madison, Markie and Jessica). I was very anxious for my first microneedle session - they took my phone calls, moved my appointment so I could come in early for a consultation and Madison made me feel perfectly at ease during the appointment. Markie also helped me setup my first appointments and got me started with a wonderful HydraFacial. As a skincare novice, this has all made me feel seen and heard and excited for the appointments ahead.

I have been coming to the Clintonville location for at least 8 years. They have always been super helpful with all my skincare concerns and have never pressured me in to services that I didn’t want or need. I have noticed a big improvement in my skin. All the staff I have dealt with are great.

I have been seeing Kaylee now for just about a year. I can't recommend her/this place enough! When I got married in May, my makeup artist said my skin was very well taken care of - thanks to Kaylee! The Dope Facial is a favorite of mine, but you can't go wrong with any of them. I never feel like they are pushy about buying skin products from them either which is an added bonus..but I do love the phyto recommendation it's been such a great daily addition to my routine and it's a genuine staple of my daily routine. If you're on the fence take the leap and check it out, you'll be hooked.

I’ve had multiple spa tastic experiences at the Clintonville location for Boss Gal beauty spa every time I go I see Kylee and it’s the most relaxing and amazing experience and the blonde girl at the checkout, I can’t remember her name, but she is just the sweetest one ever.

First of all - best hydrafacial I have ever had. Hands down. Second - such amazing customer service! I accidentally went to the wrong Boss Gal in grandview and they were able to fit me in for my facial in spite of being super late. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the Columbus area!

It started out promising. I had driven by this establishment for a couple of years before I bought a gift certificate for my girlfriend for mothers day. The employee was extremely helpful in helping to decide what to purchase. My girlfriend was very excited when presented with the gift certificate. When she finally went in to use it., the technician ended up slicing my girlfriends cheek. She apparently then told her it was her fault for talking too much and it wouldn't scar. On top of that they still charged her. They tried to reconcile by giving her a credit for the service that got her cut. She has had to buy special creams and the like to try and prevent scarring. I'm not sure they are working and I hear about the incident twice a week. So now I have to deal with this regularly. I would not recommend Boss Gal to people I care about.

Savannah was stellar:) she was super sweet and a joy to speak to during my facial:) super relaxing from start to end and gave the best hand/arm massage!! She also makes sure there is not a single hair left on my face:) def go see her!!:)

Three times in a row over about a four month period Something has gone wrong with my appointment. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and they forgot to add to the calendar so I couldn’t receive my service. I scheduled another appointment online. I got there they forgot to let me know that, the person servicing me was not in that day. The Last time I get a text message first thing in the morning that my provider is out sick and I need to reschedule. None of these times did they try to help accommodate me to try to get on the books sooner than later they told me to reschedule online and it’s highly inconvenient so I will not be visiting this location or franchise again.
