I'm only giving a 1 star so I can post the fact that she the owner cut my hair and basically chopped it it's uneven and shorter than I asked for I am extremely upset and when I called her to tell her she told me she didn't cut hair she only did weaves then why would you sit me at your chair I would sue if I could

I pre-paid for my hair appointment online and when I arrived for my appointment no one was in the salon. I waited for 30 minutes and called multiple times. No one ever arrived for my appointment and I have no idea how to get my money back because they are not answering their phone.

I set my appointment through her online website (very easy to use) when I arrived Natalie was there waiting on me. She was very nice and gave a lot of useful information about how to properly take care of my natural hair as well as suggested some products to use for my scalp. Baby when I say she slayed my lace front that’s what I mean! She is an amazing person and has great work ethics!

Love this place, was given an appointment right away and was treated like royalty the whole time I was there. The owner is very attentive and cares for her clients, I felt like I ran into an ole friend! I will be back.

I enjoy the fast efficient service. Natalie is a true weavologist who knows her stuff. Coming from Houston and having weave bars on every corner it was hard to find somewhere in ATX with good $$$$.

I went here as a walk-in after another stylist cancelled on me. The service was fast, staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Most importantly my hair looks awesome! It's hard to find a good salon in the Austin area for sew-ins, but you should definitely give this place a shot. Oh, and they do accept appointments if you aren't the walk-in type.

I enjoyed my walk-in experience! I was taken care of quickly, my sew-in is very cute, and the price was affordable. I almost ran out of hair and the awesome owner made it work. I even liked the TV selections while I was getting my hair done. I am definitely going back to Threadz.

The owner was very helpful and did my hair do to the person that was suppose to do it didn’t even show up. She contacted her and she didn’t even bother to get out of bed. On top of that I have always gotten extensions and know when to take them out to take care of my hair. I have NEVER had this problem before with loose hair around my edge line. Sorry but do to that and the stylist not even apologizing or coming to do the service I will not go there again
