I did a walk in and Natalia did my hair. She did an awesome job!! Beyond my expectations. I was looking for a closer hairstylist and my first choice of place was the best choice. Love their products and the area. I would definitely recommend my family and friends.

Overall, I am very satisfied! In my experience and having resided in Jax for four years, Jelesa is the best hairstylist. She is very professional and always knows what to do. She also knows what type of hairstyles will suit me. The ambiance is beautiful and colorful, and the Bottle Blonde team are gorgeous ladies who are fashionable and customer-oriented. Everyone at Bottle Blonde Salon is super nice. We love it there. Jelesa is the BEST! I fully trust her with my naturally curly hair. She understands curls and knows her stuff!! She's the only stylist I've ever trusted to add layering to my hair. I'm so grateful to have finally found her ❤️

Shannon rocked my color. Loved the way it turned out. I just gave her an idea but left it to her and it came out so much better than I could’ve imagined. Natalia did amazing on my daughter’s hair and the conditioning and glass treatments worked wonders on her hair as it was dried and damaged from prior bleaching.

Natalia did a great job! I had very damaged ends and I expressed that I only wanted the length that was absolutely needed removed. She LISTENED! I love it. Being someone fairly new to Florida, it is scary to have to replace things that you love and trust like hair stylists and doctors. But I was not disappointed and highly recommend to anyone in the area! The salon was clean and adorable! I will be returning!

Coco is an absolutely fantastic hairstylist! Even after relocating to the other side of town, I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. She's become my go-to hairstylist, and I genuinely love the time spent with her during appointments. I not only enjoy her company but also appreciate her professional expertise. I came in very blonde, asked for some low lights for depth and a root smudge. I wanted and requested my money pieces to be bright. Long story short I left with muddy, ashy brown hair and spent $365 on something I didn’t like nor ask for. They refused me a refund and just told me they would try again. I am a mom of many tiny people and spending 5 hrs in a salon is a hard feat to accomplish. I just wanted my money back, but they refused. The front desk was also very rude, and the staff talked badly about customers. Inexperienced staff with even worse customer service.

I did not want to write this review because I wanted to give the stylist the benefit of the doubt. She really messed up my blonde. My roots are orange. I am having to pay an experienced stylist to fix them. I have been getting hi-lights for years and this experience left me with worst most uneven hi-lights and orange roots. Proceed with caution.

Where do I even start? I had a color appt. at 2 and the salon called me an hour before my appointment and asked me to reschedule to 3 - reluctantly, I agreed. I arrived at 3 and the stylist didn’t see me until almost 3:40pm. She asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted to 2 shades lighter - full color. No highlights. She told me I booked the wrong appointment and it was a different price point as though I wasn’t able to afford it. I booked full color.. so i didn’t understand. She was rude and acted as if she didn’t work on my hair, hoping I would reschedule, it seems. I later found out she was still working on the prior persons hair soo, I told her I’ll come back later and to just give me a cut and layers. So she cut some length off and we went to the back to wash my hair. In the middle of washing my hair she took me to the back and proceeds to tell me I had LICE! I said are you sure? She said she seen dead knits in my hair and I needed to leave. I work from home. I don’t have any kids. I barely leave my house. I take my personal hygiene very seriously. I said again. Are you sure? She said yes. I didn’t give her any problems and left. When I got home. I went to my neighbors to have him check my hair out for me. He is an RN! He confirmed the only thing he could find in my hair was a little product build up that’s stuck on my hair strands. This lady embarrassed me. Made me walk out of the salon. Hair dripping wet, not finished with my cut so my hair is also I even and made me feel bad about my personal hygiene. I don’t know if she was new but an expert on hair should know the difference between product build up and LICE! After reading the reviews I’m glad I did not go through with the color. I was treated so much better at the salon down the street to finish what Bottle Blonde started. It’s just not the inexperienced stylist that I’m unhappy with - it’s the treatment I received from the time I walked in until the time I was kicked out. The stylist name was Coco. I hope they learn from this review. I will post my experience via Instagram reel also from start to finish to share with my 90k followers.
