I took my wife here for a birthday manicure/nail treatment and we couldn't be happier! It is an excellently run local business -- from calling the receptionist for more info/making a reservation to meeting the owner and hanging out in the super cool space, we enjoyed every part of our experience. Her nail treatment look so pretty and she is really happy with it. The location is perfect for a date night add-on and we received top level, VIP customer service and truly friendly hospitality. We will certainly be coming back for anniversary spa treatments soon!

I would just like to thank everyone at Bourbon and blush for making me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. I received a facial from Donnella and it was absolutely amazing. The touch was soft and firm and exactly what I needed after working 60 hour work weeks. This was the first time I have ever experienced something so blissful and so rejuvenating. I am in such all of the way you guys performed your services, second to none. I would happily encourage anyone seeking to be treated like royalty to visit Bourbon and blush as soon as possible. The hospitality made me feel like I was in my own home.

Bourbon & Blush Salon and Spa gave me and mama an phenomenal experience! Our service was the Bluegrass Bourbon Body Scrub and babbbyyyy the way she scrubbed my ENTIRE body down cannot be put into words how amazing that felt😩 not to mention the eucalyptus steam shower, sauna, and champagne 🥂 this place is not only inviting but truly inspiring

My husband and I are in town celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and we decided to book ourselves a massage. Bourbon and Blush was a top notch experience. The spa and salon is very clean and has a great aesthetic. The massage was one of the best I have ever had. To top it all off, the staff were so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend Bourbon and Blush!

Honestly I am still in a state of euphoria after receiving the full body bourbon scrub. Grecy was my provider, she was incredibly thorough, attentive to lymphatic drainage, and just really excellent overall.

I got a facial and a hot stone massage the other day. I’ll start with the positive - the facial. The girl was attentive and made it a relaxing time. This is the reason I am giving some stars. My massage - honestly worst massage I have ever gotten. Rushed, no customer service, not relaxing and my back still has all the knots I went in with. Waste of my time and money. The whole time I was just waiting for the massage to be done.

Fantastic Color and Cut!! The staff was extremely friendly and my hairstylist truly took time to listened to my goals. The building design is beyond gorgeous and the list of services (nail, massage, hair..etc) is impressive. The space is an obvious win for groups…WOW!

Great service! I was visiting for a wedding and had a nail polish disaster. They got me in and fixed my nails on super short notice. Wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. I was in town on a business trip and needed a haircut. They were very accommodating. It was last minute and they actually stayed open late for me. They did a great job Im very pleased with my haircut. I also want to add the place is gorgeous. It really gives me the feel of Louisville,down to the bourbon barrel staves that are on the wall great touch. Highly recommend the place

I bought my wife a Gift Card for a message. The owner told me the amount which would have covered the cost entirely. When she went in, the aesthetics were great and inviting. The owner or manager ignored her at first to focus on an interview. When she went up to get her message, she stated it was incredibly hot up there. There was a language barrier between her and the masseuse. After she concluded, she gave her the GC. They then asked her for an extra $60. Thats $180 for a 1hr massage. Had I known that I would have gone elsewhere where its typically $1 a minute. Its ok, but I would seek other places going forward.

I recently visited Bourbon and Blush for a full-body massage and a manicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, with soothing music and a beautifully designed interior that immediately put me at ease. My massage therapist was professional and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the session. The manicure was equally delightful, and did an excellent job—my nails have never looked better! The prices were reasonable, especially considering the high level of service and the quality of the products used.

What a wonderful experience we had at this beautiful spa. We were visiting Louisville, and were delighted to find such an elegant spa to get our nails done. From the moment we walked in, we were treated so well, even offered a cup of coffee! The decor is so elegant -- it felt like we could be in Europe! Your staff were so sweet and they did a great job. Congrats on such a wonderful spa in Lousiville. My nails look fabulous. Thank you!

It was GOOD trying something different but was worst experience EVER for my husband and I, they were rude in the most nice way. I spent 275.00 for two massages and was rushed through the whole thing my money was good but the service was terrible, she also apologized for not being able to do the full service...but to come back. This is crazy.

The price is very expensive, and they also do not clean the oil from the body after finishing, and they also tell you to pay a 20% tip. I hate this behavior, so I will not come back here again.

Alright. I have given this place 1 week to call me and now I'm writing my review since they never called me. My mom and I were having a much needed girls day after we did yard work for the entire week. My mom got a facial and I got a massage. I found this place on Google and was impressed by the inside of this place and the reviews online. Very cute but the stairs are extremely dark and my mom fell going up them. Off to a bad start as she had blood going down her shin. We never got the bandaid she asked for either. We got dressed in our robes and filled out paperwork. I was called to go get my massage while my mom waited 20 minutes for her person to come get her for her facial even though we had the same appointment times. My "Make It Neat" massage was the worst one I've received in my life and I've had several over the years. I wish I was over exaggerating on how terrible it was. She didn't speak English and had no idea what I was saying to her. The lady kept sighing very loudly and tapped her foot through the entire massage. There was ZERO pressure on the message the entire time even after I asked her for more pressure. It felt like she was just barely touching me. It was enough just to spread in the lotion and the oils. She spent majority of the time on my back when I told her my feet were the focus point as they hurt the most. She spent maybe a total of 2 minutes on my feet literally using 1 finger to just put lotion on my feet. I asked her if there was an issue as I just had a pedicure the day before and she said "no is okay"? I told her my feet hurt since I've been doing yard work for the past week. I thought there would be more of feet than back massage. As soon as she was done 2 minutes with my feet she said "Time get up get dressed. We all done". I couldn't be more relieved that she was done as the last song I heard was flowing water.... that's not very relaxing trying to think of not peeing during a relaxing massage but instead I had a Very disappointing massage. Now I have to find another place to do a massage properly because this $115 was NOT worth it at all. I could have done this myself at home for free of what she did. The description for MAKE IT NEAT was: Relax and unwind with our Swedish massage. This massage incorporates long flowing strokes designed to relieve muscle tension, increase circulation, and provide deep relaxation. You may customize your Swedish massage with signature enhancement. This was the farthest of things from what I received. Does not go by what it says online. My mother got an Age Smart Facial. She enjoyed it but her face was so oiled up she could barely move her face after. She enjoyed having her head, arms, hands, and legs massaged during her facial. Not sure if it was worth $165 but she enjoyed hers at least. I will not be back to this so called spa. If they want to survive downtown then they need to hire people who do their jobs exceptionally.

The worst blow out experience I’ve ever had. My back was completely drenched during the wash, which was cold water only, after asking for warm water. It was clear the stylist did not have much practice if any at all doing a blow out.

Reached out to the owner when my haircut left me with chopped up bangs. The stylist was nice however I had to stop her from continuing to take off length. She just unfortunately did not understand what curtain bangs meant. Now I have two chunks of short hair on my forehead. Honestly so bad I cried when I left the salon. I tried my best to communicate my dissatisfaction and humiliation to the owner and was told my hair didn’t look like that when I left the salon and that footage could be pulled… wow. Zero stars for bad business practice and even more disappointment in humanity. If you go here, I hope you trust your stylist.

Aesthetic is nice and staff greeting went well. I went for a specialty updo. My tip for the other ladies who do not have long flowing locks. Check to make sure your stylist can work with shorter hair or at least shoulder length or shorter. After two attempts at a trendy loose updo (which can be done by the way) I left due to time constraint. When I asked the stylist to redo the first attempt I was pretty much told it was my fault it wasn’t what I was looking for because I asked for “long hair” updo style. Truth is I showed the stylist multiple examples of the look I was going for and she just wasn’t able to make it happen. This company can definitely work on customer recovery and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Got a couples massage here and was very impressed with the atmosphere and quality of staff. Very attentive and provided a wide range of options to customize the massage experience. A lot of hard work went into curating our unforgettable experience.
