A gel manicure was $45 and I added a second color (the whole nail was painted no design just two different colors) and that added $5 to the charge. The nails turned out alright but $50 felt like a lot. My sister waited about 35min even though we had appointments she was told to sit and soak her hands. Her hands were soaking for about 20min and she finally just pulled them out because they were getting pruny while she was waiting on somebody. Her manicurist also kept leaving her during her appointment. Her actual manicure somehow turned out lumpy, the polish was unevenly distributed and very thick. Overall it was okay but probably won’t return

This place is horrible…. Very nasty attitudes here!!!! The workers are very mean. It seems as if they are upset because they have customers.especially the older lady that sits all the way in the back!!!!!!! I really need them to understand that without customers there would be NO SHOP!!!! She always have her face upset looking… I also noticed how horrible she treats her customers!!! Unacceptable. I’ll take my money somewhere else!!! Oh and they rush pedicures!

I used to love this place. They dont even greet you anymore . Its like you’re a bother to them. Then they ask what you need without even communicating if its a wait. Are you upset that you have customers. The short asian lady has the nastiest attitude. Dont waste your time or money.

I went in with the desire for mid length coffin nails and walked out with this. He cut them too short. Even when I told him he proceeded like he didn’t care. Then started filing for square when I told him I didn’t want square but he cut them to short so if he could just do almond at this point. He proceeded to file them even shorter and here is the result of my coffin/almond mid length nails. To add insult to injury he charged me an additional $5 for shaping. I asked him if he thought it was right that he charged me for a shape he knew I was not happy with and he didn’t seem to care. So this job right here cost me $60. It’s not about the money it’s the principle. I was actually going to pay for a pedicure as well but changed my mind and will go elsewhere. The pinky finger is even crooked. I will not be back. Feedback for management- you shouldn’t allow your clients to leave unhappy. Please talk to your techs.

**Long Review** I’ve been going here for at least 6 years. The first time I visited the shop I didn’t have an appointment and my nails had been through it. For context they were lifting, the paint was chipped, and one was broken. When I walked in Doe asked me “how can I help you?” I told him I didn’t have an appointment but I wanted a fill-in. He took a look at my nails and was for sure in shock. He said I can’t let you leave here like this and he told me to sit a his station and he worked magic on my hands. I had been going to him ever since. Then there came a day when he sent me to another stylist. To know me is to know I’m a creature of habit and when I find something or someone when can always do a great job you have a customer for life. He sent me to sit at another station to be taken care of by a lung lady by the name of Monica. Naturally I asked in confusion “is for not doing my nails?” It was explained that he could but it would be a wait. So I hesitantly proceeded with the scheduled appointment with Monica. All I can say is that I was not disappointed Monica did an Amazing job and I have been seeing here ever since. She takes time to really take care of my nails. I usually get the same color “bubble bath”. I receive endless compliments on my nails time and time again. While they do take walk-ins I highly recommend making an appointment. The shop is cleaned and well taken care of. The staff are nice and are accommodating. The prices are reasonable. I’ve had may services such as pedicures ( each different kid they offer) they each are great. I’ve had the dipped powder, overlays and gel. They have a great selections of colors as well.

I only go to boutique nails to get my nails done and I keep my nails done. I always go to Win and she’s amazing and patient with me when I’m unsure what I want. I think she just knows me and what I like at this point so I always leave very happy with my nails. Today I got chrome over a neutral color and I literally can’t stop looking at my nails. Today I took my oldest to get a fill as well. The original set she had was from a different salon and was awful but the young lady at boutique nails did an amazing job on her white French tips!

DONT GO HERE!!!!! Go literally anywhere else. Both times that I've gone here, they have sent me away. One time I got there 3 hours before closing! And they said "we are closed we can't see you"..I asked what they meant seeing as they close hours later. And one of the ladies said "we are closing earlier because we want to go to a party" ....no sign on their door..no alerts on their website, how is anyone supposed to know that? And besides that - what type of business closes whenever they like? What is the purpose of having business hours ? ..then I stupidly wanted to give them a second chance and I arrived today at 4:53pm and there were 3 workers on the floor. She said none of them could see me because they have a group of people coming at 5pm (they close at 7pm) ...If im there early why send me away when the group didn't even come at their "time slot"? ...I had to wait in there until 5:08pm for my ride, not one person walked through that door ....ridiculous. they could of seen me and made the people who were late, wait seeing as they were late. The staff here just doesn't THINK!!!!!- very unprofessional, not worth it- horrible customer service.

I rarely treat myself to a pedicure but when I do I go to Boutique because they are very pleasant, not pushy, and reasonably priced. I get regular pedicure with regular polish and it's very long lasting. Excellent service be aware they can get very busy due to their popularity.

I’m so upset that I have to inconvenience my day to make this review. I went there to get sliver chrome nails for a concert I was going to the next day . I received sliver chrome tips on my nails and sliver chrome on my feet . When I left the salon I was happy with my results.maybe about 2 hours later I noticed my nails started to chip, I had to be somewhere so I decided to just call them in the am . When I called them in the AM, I was told I could come in at 11. I came in at about 1130 and waited for a good 30 minutes before someone even came to look at my nails . Once they did , I was told because I had so many chipped nails and the lady who did it was not in I would have to come back tomorrow . I told them I could not do that because I have a job . She then begin to tell me how they had so many appointments and didn’t have time to fix more than 3 nails . I then told her I am a priority over all the appts, she still tried to convince me to leave . Long story short I waited for 30 minutes just for them to try to tell me to come back . I had to go back and forth with her for a while before they just did the right thing and fixed their mistakes . I will not be returning.

Just arrived at 7:25 p.m. They said they were closed. Had not updated website or door. First time coming, had an emergency which was 2 mins away. Looked up salons in area. Will not come back but you should update website and door. Very unprofessional. I’m at Boutique nail which is next door. Thank you to them for servicing me because they close at 8 as what they advertised.

My regular acrylic FILL IN was $60…and no I’m not cheap or whatever. $60 for what I got doesn’t make any sense…I could have just got a new set…but whenever I’m tired 😒

The end result is always stellar. The place is always clean. Everyone is friendly. My biggest issue is when I call to see if they are available for an appt, that I am 5 min away, they say yes. Come on in. When I get there they say have a seat for btwn 10-30 minutes. So, that actually means they don't have an appt avail at the time. To save your clients time, you could say come in 30 minutes.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. the way this business owner lacks the professionalism is needed to run a business is just outrageous. i went to get a full set acrylic and two days later all my nails started to chip off. i was already irritated by the fact that my french nails were not done properly, they were all uneven and bulky , just looked a black glob of mess honestly. i asked NANA to redo it because there was no way i was going to walk out of the salon with my hands looking worse than when i came in. NANA then aggressively filed the polish off my nails. i was then told to wait that someone would be with me in 5 minutes. that turned into 20 and then owner then did my french nails. i was waiting to see if they would buff my nails out again after NANA aggressively drilled my nails, she nor did the owner buff my nails. i didn’t say anything at that point because i had already been there for two plus hours and was so ready to leave. fast forward two days later and my nails are chipping, chunks at a time are coming off. i live 30 minutes away from this location, with a busy schedule so i told the owner i did not have time to go back to get them fixed , reminded him about the whole issue on how my french had to be redone , and all he could say was “ make the time “ which is very unprofessional lmao. i asked for a refund considered my whole unpleasant experience with coming to this salon. he said he could do nothing about it. mind you they had the audacity to charge me 90$ for the set. only come here if you want a poor job with outrageous prices. my dog at home could have done a better job than this. BOO!!! do better and stop robbing people of their money. pink nail and spa across the street does a much better job, hit that u-turn and save that money :)
