I really enjoy coming to see Donna. She is very friendly and explains what she’s going to do next. I’ve been coming to her for years and have had amazing results with my skin on my body, from red dots disappearing to veins . I recently had my first Botox appointment with Sarah Reedy, BSN, RN, at Berks Plastic Surgery, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As someone new to Botox, I was a bit nervous, but Sarah’s kind and patient demeanor quickly put me at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, what to expect during and after the treatment, and the timeline for seeing results. Her thoughtful suggestion to take “before” pictures and compare them with the results over the next few weeks was incredibly helpful and demonstrated her attention to detail. Throughout the appointment, Sarah ensured I was comfortable and pain-free. She carefully assessed the areas of my face that could benefit from treatment and offered honest, thoughtful suggestions without any pressure. I truly appreciated her honesty and her commitment to helping me achieve excellent, natural-looking results. Sarah’s personable and caring nature made the entire process feel less clinical and more like a collaborative experience. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and I left the appointment feeling confident in my decision to pursue Botox and excited about the potential results. I am already planning to return for future Botox treatments and am eager to explore other services the office offers. I see Jesse for microneedling due to acne scarring and she is truly awesome! She is so welcoming and sweet, and very easy to talk to. Every appointment I have had with her, has went great and never any pain during or after the session. I never wait long to see her and she actually seems to care about her patients. Most importantly, I can see a difference in my skin!! If you are contemplating on seeing her (no matter the reason), just do it! She is great, and I highly recommend her!
