Brittany is so talented, she has done my hair for a few years now and her work is so amazing! She has done brunette, blonde and fun colors in my hair and does a great job every time. She has great attention detail and gives such a relaxing service. She gives the best shampoos!! 5 stars isn’t enough for her. Also the space at Bradz is so cozy and cute. I love the multiple beverage options and snacks, such a thoughtful detail.

Our home is Austin however, my hubbys new career path has taken us coast to coast and so I chose Aveda concept salons ONLY, so I could stick to a healthy hair routine and not use all different kinds of bleach, color, etc. I found Kayte and in Austin fashion she waved her magic wand and Wala I have magical hair! Also, they squeezed my husband in with Destiny and I believe it is the best haircut he has ever had! I mean ever! Bradz is hands down the most relaxed and cutting edge salon & all is well in the Bruchez "brew-shay" fam!

First time experience at Bradz. Definitely will go back. Destiny did a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a beautiful soft shag inspired haircut. All the other staff seemed friendly, especially the guy who helped me pay. He was super patient when my spafinder gift card was being a challenge. Such a wonderful experience.

I've been going to Bradz for 20 years. It's truly an Austin gem. The best of "old Austin": charming space in an old house, friendly workers, laid back vibes, welcoming atmosphere. I've worked with a variety of stylists and received consistently good service. I love that they are an Aveda salon and it always smells so good. They will always show you what products they used but I never feel pressured to buy anything. Prices are very reasonable considering the rates at other salons in town. Never change, Bradz!

My rating is not for the current staff at the salon but for the scheduling process. Over the last year, my appointment(s) times are changed at the last minute which is almost always inconvenient to my schedule and I have to make another appointment for at least a week later. Also when I do show up and think my regular stylist is doing my hair, I find out someone else is doing it. I could understand if this was once in a while but every time and I get my hair colored every 3 weeks. If you value your time, I would not go to this salon. It’s a shame since the stylists are very talented but the appointment process is horrible.

Old Austin salon! Support your community! Brad is the Best. Jim is the Best! Prices are extremely reasonable for Austin and Aveda salon. I always go to a different stylist for a haircut and they are always great! I’m born and raised Austin and this is the only salon (thx to my mom!) I’ve ever used. Even after moving away for 10+ years and then coming back! ❤️

Still the best salon I have been to here in Austin! Very warm and welcoming! Skillful staff ✌️ I had been searching for an Aveda salon for a while and I finally found one that is friendly, hospitable, and with great skilled staff. Paula has been taking care of me! She is patient and skillful. I'm so glad to find Bradz Salon!

How lucky am I to have found this salon! Color by Jim, cut and styling by Christa. Both services were exceptional. Great attitudes, great service, great price. Christa even put off her plans for the night just to make sure my hair was absolutely perfect. And OMG - the massaging shampoo - I’m not sure if that’s a service salons offer, but i wanna go back between my maintenance just for the luxury shampoo. The whole experience: It. Was. Awesome

I have been a customer at Bradz for close to 20 years. The staff is highly skilled and personable - and I am always pleased with the results. The salon has a wonderful vibe, and everyone feels welcome there. It is very easy to make an appointment, and reschedule when necessary.

I left a 5 star review on my last visit, but unfortunately, I’m having to update with a lower review. My haircut today was a mess. I wanted to see the same person as last time but she was no longer here. Today I had to ask the stylist to fix multiple things— two different lengths in the front and a straight line where my layers were in the back. She wasn’t able to really fix the layers issue even after texturizing my hair to death. She worked on it for about 30 min after I asked her to fix it and it was stressing me out because I asked multiple times what she was doing. I was concerned because she was still cutting. She also tended to pull hair as she cut and texturized. I will probably come back to Bradz again because of past good experiences but this experience was terrible. Back in the day I used to get my hair cut at the beauty school, and this brought me back to those days but with no supervision.

It seems to be very hard to make and keep an appointment at this salon. The phone line is answered only occasionally and many times the voice mailbox is full. They have double standards when I had to cancel due to my child's illness, but then cancelled on me same day as well for my future appointment. The rebooking of my appointment was a week later than we spoke about over the phone and I would do it online, but they charge an unnecessary online booking fee. My haircut was okay, nothing special to rave about and so disappointing since I have been going to this salon since I moved to Austin 16 years ago. They have lost my business over the hassle of a simple haircut taking two weeks to complete.

I’ve come here three times so far and left very happy each time! It’s one thing to leave with a great haircut but another when your hair continues to still look great even after it grows out. In the past at other salons, there were times where my haircut did not grow out as flattering. Def my fav salon in Austin and I’ll continue to come here for all my haircuts! (:

So thrilled to find this lovely Aveda salon in Austin. Jim, with decades experience, did a wonderful job on my full head of highlights. Destiny, on both the front desk and toning patrol, could not have been lovelier. Great coffee, the world's best tasting Aveda tea, healthy snacks and junky snacks - the salon is the perfect mix of luxury and warmth.

I have been going to Bradz for a few years now, but today Kirsten cut my hair, and she was really amazing. I like to think I’m low maintenance, but that’s what I want to be after my hair is cut. Kirsten completely understood what I was trying to convey, and gave my exactly what I wanted, despite my inability to really describe it well. I love going to Bradz because everyone is friendly, there is a ton of stock of Aveda products, and it’s centrally located with plenty of parking in the back. And I felt like a real human being again after my perfect cut and styling, and nothing at all like the captive Wookiee I felt like when I first booked my appointment (online in the middle of the night, the day before).

I recently started getting highlights at Bradz and had a fabulous cut and highlight by Zander, she really did an amazing job! On a recent visit there was a schedule mixup and Brad very kindly did some creative maneuvering and was able to get Stephanie to do my highlight , she did a great job, very happy with the results and I was able to leave in time for another appointment. Very friendly and talented stylists , thank you Brad!

If I could leave 0 stars I would I specifically was talking to the owner about getting a perm done ended up making the appointment about a perm and when I get there one of bradz assistants told me what haircut I wanted I didn’t book a haircut I booked for a perm highly disappointed

I’ve been a customer at Bradz for over 5 years. Over this time I’ve had colors, cuts, styling... every time I have been extremely happy with my entire experience there. The salon itself is so charming and welcoming...along with the staff. The stylists are knowledgeable and professional, as well as kind and pleasant to be around. The owner, Brad, is there every time and visible...always with a smile on his face. He has been kind enough to donate many products to my best friend, who is going through chemo and losing her hair. He has never met her. I no longer live in Austin, but was there recently for a visit. I was able to get in for a wash and style and, as usual, it was a pleasure! Thank you Bradz Salon!!!

Such a great place with a wonderful vibe! I received a wonderful haircut from a sweet girl named Becky who listened to exactly how much I wanted cut off and then came back the next day for a balayage color with their new girl Shelby. She did such a great job! I’m in love 😍😍😍 I would come back over and over again but I’m only on vacation in Austin however, I highly recommend this salon. Not to mention the owner Brad is such a great man who fit me into their very busy schedule.

We purchased a gift card for our daughter in law, and there was an issue with delivery. Brad promptly answered the inquiry, and quickly and courteously resolved the issue. Daughter in law is a regular client here, and we all could not be happier with the customer service! Thank you, Brad!
