It was my first time getting my hair braided. I went with Yolanda and she did a fine job. I spent about 4 hrs to get micro box braids. She also gave me tips on how to maintain the braids.

Great last minute accommodations from Grace and Safi. They collaborated to get my daughters hair done. They were very professional, nice and timely. We loved the results of my daughter's new singles! My daughter also indicated they were very gentle and had a pain free experience. Great job ladies!

She does a good job. Though I've only gotten 1 type of braid, the 4 row straight back, I can't complain with her work. I'll definitely B going back again..to try different styles.

Had an appointment set, showed up for the appointment and nobody was there to do my hair. Left after waiting 30 minutes and came back later for another appointment scheduled and was helped right away. Unfortunately can’t remember who did my hair but I got come cornrows, they were neat and done very well. Only reason for the 4 stars was whatever happened with that first appointment, otherwise I’d recommend this place

Horrible Horrible Horrible. So incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. Moved my appointment around multiple times. after I made it 2 weeks in advance. Ultimately the stylist ended up canceling my appointment less than 2 hours before. I would advise against going to this place 100%. I am currently waiting on my $50 deposit to be refunded which has also been a stressful and horribly handled process. Id avoid this place at all cost if i could give it 0 starts I would.

Melody was very pleasant and efficient. I wanted a little extra jazz (and my hair is fairly thin), so I brought some different colors of yarn for her to braid into my cornrows; it came out very nice! It was reasonably priced, too! I forgot to tip on the way out, but PayPal'd her some extra once I got home. I'll definitely be back!

braid it up has been doing me and my sisters hair since we were little and have overall been my hairs best friend every time we go we get cornrows and they do amazing every single time, they have very reasonable price they are also the only shop i have ever trusted with my hair. i am actually thinking about getting box braids and i deff want them to do it. tho only thing is that they don't have parking but other wise they are the best

I hate giving bad reviews but these guys gave me no option. I paid 25$ for a downpayment to secure my appointment just to reach there and nobody was there, made a couple of calls to no help, they didn’t care to call back or give me any excuse.piece of advice never pay any money before given a service, never got my refund back, extremely disappointed ☹️ previous reviews made me think they are reasonable people , nopee they don’t care

Keisha was awesome. She was able to get me on her schedule right away and got my 28 inch box braids done in 6 hours. They looked great! The hair I bought was too heavy for my head but that’s my fault. They lasted for a month before they started to fall out. But my hair was only an inch long. I will be back!
