I give them 5 starts because I'm always treated with respect. I get compliments weeks after my hair appointment. I'm not saying they have growing hands but it's a inch of new growth every month.

I've had my hair done here a hand full of times, and Toshiba and Maya always deliver amazing results that have me loving every second of my hair! They truly know what they're doing and get it perfect every time. The prices are absolutely worth the quality of service and results. Highly recommend!

She (Jamama Stewart especially) did an amazing job on my 9 y/o daughters hair, doing cornrows with braid in hair. But everyone in the whole salon were so friendly and helpful, for newbies we were treated and helped amazingly. Recommend

The people was nice the place was nice But the young lady didn’t know the difference between small and medium. I looked bald headed with the knot less braids and she put a ton of gel on my hair Wasted $200… about to wash all this gel out my hair.

My husband has been going to the Braider's Lounge since we moved here from Seattle. He had his locs twisted 2x with Toshiba aka Momma (Husband's words) and both of us have been more than satisfied with her service, she's always been on time and she has also done our youngest daughters braids. My husband and daughter will continue to go their braids and locs. We will continue to recommend their services to the people that we know and dont know.

Braiders lounge is wonderful! I went to get a braid takedown. Let me tell you they are cool peeps BUT I want to highlight Caliyah as she was very kind and great to talk to. She was very gentle with my hair and knowledgeable about different services.
