I always have a good time during my visit, Neen is very attentive, and makes sure you leave loving your hair. In my opinion my hair is thick and hard to deal with but she makes it look easy. She's not heavy handed at all.

Neen is my go to. She knows what she's doing. I used to rate stylists based on how much my scalp hurt, because that told me the braids were tight. Not Neen. It's like she's the scalp whisperer. At least for me. I'm already not tender-headed, but I'm constantly baffled and impressed that I don't feel athing, but braids are so tight. I used to perm my hair. It's natural, now, but she works with it with the ease of a master. If you need braids, you need to be at Neen's spot like yesterday.

I would like to say this is one of the best beauty shop hair braiding experiences that I’ve ever had in my 24 years of living. Neen communicated with me and made me feel extremely comfortable before I even made it to her shop. She provided exceptional, customer service, and a great aura and vibe in her space. I came in for a consultation, and I walked out with a hairstyle. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the process and she was patient with me.
