From the receptionist to the professional hair stylist and assistant helpers … it’s a great salon experience! I would highly recommend Bravo Salon if you are looking for a transition or new hair color/ cut that’s the place to start!

I found this place on Spa Finder and what a little gem! Such a great experience. Grant was very helpful and communicative in getting me setup with an appointment and my stylist was so great! I can't remember her name, but hopefully the salon can help me when I call to book again.

I have been going here for years for color retouch, highlights and Keratin treatments. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. Everyone there is a professional and they are great stylists. Monique has been my stylist and I think she's great. The place has a real family feel to it

I have been a client of Alicia for a little over 3 years. I have had cuts, color, extensions and perms. I have also received eyebrow tattooing with Monique who did a great job matching color and gave me fabulous shape. When it comes to my hair, Alicia has been honest, she has educated me and she has done an incredible job on my hair giving me the looks, styles and curls I want. For anyone that posts a bad review because they weren’t happy, I challenge it because I had one perm that did not take the way I wanted it to, and after calling the salon, they made QUICK arrangements for me to come in and corrected it beautifully! Bravo is the only salon I have had a relationship with for years and been happy! I highly recommend their work!

I have been going to Alicia Bravo since she started over 30 years ago!!! She is the best and has an incredible team around her of talented professionals. I have referred a couple of dozen friends over the years, all have been delighted with the team! They are all very current and up to date on the latest styles and techniques. Highly recommend them!!!

I’ve been a client since 2017. Alicia (the owner) cuts, colors and styles my hair. She does an amazing job; she listens to what I want and delivers. She really cares about her work and truly wants her clients to be happy with her services. Trudy is awesome; she handles the daily logistics and is a welcoming presence when you walk into the salon. Everyone there is friendly and professional.

After a few consultations to make sure I was ready for a silver transition, Alicia took me from dark brown to a beautiful, shiny, light head of hair in the very first session. I can't wait to see how the silver continues to pop through after my second visit! Alicia is a master not only of color and conditioning, but also of understanding each of her client's wants and emotional preparedness for this exciting transformation.

Bravo Salon is answered prayers for me and my hair. From the front office staff to Alicia who took the time to get my hair done with care and attention. I liked that Alicia explained the entire process of getting my Jerry curls done. I highly recommend Bravo salon!

I had an excellent experience today!! I always leave happy and pleased with my new style, today was different. You see, earlier this year, my hair was shedding like crazy following about of Covid-so I elected to shave it off about 4 months ago……now it’s growing out, uneven and weird and I was so uncomfortable. I called and scheduled with Breanna, my regular stylist….it was the best decision!! We talked about growing it out and where my frustrations were and then she showed me that I had more options available than I thought I had. I regained my confidence and left the salon feeling and looking confident and feminine!! Thank you!!

**DON’T GO HERE** I trusted Monique with my hair and I deeply regret it!!! I recently got highlights done at a reputable establishment (obviously not here), and thought it would be fun to see what my options were for having straight hair for the summer. I allowed Monique to do a Japanese straight perm on my already highlighted hair not knowing that IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN DONE! As a stylist who is educated, you should know better. I was refused a refund because the stylist worked for “8 hours”. I paid $1,000 and now have to pay more money somewhere else to try and save my hair. I came in to show them the damage and they did not offer a refund or an apology. The owner was extremely rude and she should be embarrassed for the way she treats clients. Do not trust this salon with your hair. I want a full refund!

Updating my review to 1 star because Trudy from Bravo Salon will only issue me a refund if I remove my HONEST review. I went through a terrible break up and wanted to treat myself to a new look by chopping off my long hair to a cute shoulder length bob. Unfortunately my hair was butchered by Monique, Trudy only offered for Monique to fix my hair, so I chose to go somewhere else. My hair had to be cut much shorter to accommodate the bad cut, I was told I needed to wait a minimum of 3 months to get it to the original length I wanted. Now I look like a boy, so much for trying to pick up the pieces of myself after my split …..

I have been going to this salon for over two years. I love the atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. My hair stylist Monique is wonderful, and I always leave loving my hair. She has also done my mom and my daughter's hair. I say "Bravo" to the Bravo hair salon!

After going to several hair salons, I went to Bravo Salon in March 2020 and continue to get my hair cut and colored there every 6 weeks. The service is excellent and all of the staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend Bravo Salon!
