My first experience was positive. Today, I went in for a 2nd appointment and my esthetician wasn’t very warm or welcoming. She had an off-putting vibe about her and I was already pretty stressed from trying to get there on time. She also didn’t ask me if I liked the work that was done. She just walked out and to the front to meet me for payment. I won’t be going back.

My experience here was just okay. I’m not sure who helped me out, but it was my first time getting a brazilian and who ever did mine just seemed very rushed as she missed a few spots. Didn’t feel the most comfortable. Will be looking for another place sadly.

Carolyn is hands down the BEST esthetician. I have been seeing her monthly for a little over a year. She has never not greeted me with a smile. Not a fake smile but an “I’m happy to see you and I appreciate your business. “I can’t wait to catch up’’ smile. She is relatable and we have real-life conversations in her room. There have been a few times that the ladies in scrubs at the front desk would see me in the waiting area and not so much as glance up to acknowledge me. If Emma is working and I’m passed my usual check-in threshold, she will call me to make sure I’m ok. Carolyn and Emma exceed my expectations at every appointment. Book an appointment with Carolyn and they’ll exceed yours too.

Believe it or not, I've actually waited until I was 44 years old to get a wax. Why? Because I was so afraid it would hurt but I finally did it and it was one of the best decisions I've made my experience was nothing like I imagined Carolyn made it so comfortable quick and did a great job ♥️ I picked the chocolate wax and my girl felt amazing lol and the wax lasted me a little over 6wks I suggest this place and Carolyn🥰

Have been getting Brazilians for years and went and saw Helina for the first time today and that was the best wax I’ve ever had. She was so thorough and gentle. Will definitely go back to see her and would highly recommend.

I am fairly new to the area and been in search of an esthetician. I booked my appointment the night before with Carolyn and baby she was by far a positive/uplifting experience. She explained the upkeep, dos/donts pertaining to the Brazilian wax and booked me for my next appt. I received a chocolate Brazilian wax, definitely would recommend.

I go to this place often to get waxed I absolutely love this place and the staff ! I will say they do have lots of new people every time I come in but they all are professional and do a great job ! I recommend 10/10

Had my first wax here. Monique did an excellent job and was quick. I got the chocolate Brazilian wax and it wasn’t bad. The only part that kinda hurt was the lips but everything was good.

I tried this place off of a recommendation from my sister, and because the reviews are mostly great. This was my first time having a wax where I wasn’t offered a mirror to ensure I was satisfied after the service. She finished, said she’d met up front and was gone. I didn’t have a chance to request one. Nor did I have a chance to ask her to complete the work, after using my phone to see the areas missed. At the least, offer a mirror to the clients, and ensure they’re satisfied before leaving the room. It’s a simple gesture that goes a long way.

Today was my first time visiting a location associated with this chain, and I was very impressed! Booking online was easy, I was greeted as soon as I arrived (it’s very clean and inviting by the way), and Liza’s technique/service was fantastic! She recommended the chocolate wax since I have sensitive skin, and I was surprised that I wasn’t in as much pain for my full body waxing as I have been in the past. She was very personable and I appreciated how quick, yet thorough she was. My next appointment is already booked!
