I’ve been to this location multiple times, but I won’t be returning. I booked Olivia today, but she made me wait for 20 minutes because she was doing other customer during my appointment. They didn’t even apologize for it. They have the 5 minutes late fee when customers come late, but what about when they’re late? Their time is important but my time is not?

All I needed was 6 minutes to get to my appointment. I left my wallet so I called and was notified they only do a 5 minute grace period. They wouldn’t allow me to keep my appointment. Life happens but they wouldn’t even budge for 1 minute!

Olivia, Ashari, Akayla are all professionals and keeps me relaxed while I’m being waxed. I have had their wax and eyebrows services and I have no complaints about anything. They also provide recommendations when needed. I also need to shot out how nice and sweet their receptionist is. She is a professional as well. Thanks NE crew. See you in a few weeks.

1st time visiting this place and first time getting a Brazilian. The experience was not as pleasant as I thought. My appointment was canceled because of the storm, but I was able to reschedule. However, I like the results.

I’ve been coming to Akayla for my Brazilian wax since April, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience every time! She is absolutely amazing at what she does. Not only is her work consistently flawless, but the experience is also made even better by her friendly and welcoming personality. We always have great conversations, which really helps make the process more comfortable. Akayla is professional, timely, and her attention to detail is unmatched. If you're looking for someone who makes waxing a positive and easy experience, Akayla is the one! I stopped going to European Wax and found this place right by my house and I will never switch up!!!!

What a great experience my first time going to get a wax here! The lady at the front desk was super sweet and friendly. Also shout out to Ashari for being so friendly and doing a great job on my wax today. I felt super comfortable. The booking system online was super easy to do you have the option of paying in store or online before you go into the appointment to. I am super happy that they are close to where my parents reside. Next time I am back I will for sure stop in.

1st time and not the last. I booked same day and had ms Oliva. They were having some ac issues but made me aware and made Me as comfortable as possible. Very friendly and personable. Best sugaring brazilian yet to date.

I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment just like I always do. I noticed the receptionist for the waxing place was all the down stairs outside talking to a friend I assume. So when I get inside the building there is still no one to check me in shaking my head. I just don’t understand why the only receptionist you have is hanging out downstairs. So unprofessional and such a terrible experience. I scheduled the appointment in a timely manner. It’s going on 15 minutes and she still hasn’t returned. Why do you think someone wants to spend an extra 30 minutes getting waxed after that. I had stuff to do after and had to cancel. Then it feels as if the air condition unit had blown, it odd extremely hot inside here. I come here cause it’s way closer to my house and a better convenience for me but I will just start driving 30 min all the way back to harbison to go to Brazilian wax by Andreia. Until they can replace or get the receptionist in line. It’s just very unprofessional.

I’ve been to this location twice now and will no longer be returning. The first time, the 2 receptionists did not give much energy to me. They seemed bored or like they didn’t want to be there that day. The girl who waxed me was pleasant. However, when I got home, I noticed that she missed several hairs for my Brazilian. She didn’t seem very detail oriented. I thought I’d give this place a second chance and try a different girl for my next appointment. I chose Olivia. I arrived to my appointment on time. I was actually a few minutes early. Upon checking in, I was told that Olivia would be running a little late. Which I assumed meant 5-10 minutes late. 15 minutes went by. Then 20 minutes and then 30 minutes. She was thirty minutes late to my appointment 😐. And what’s funny is, they have a policy saying that if a client is 5 minutes late to an appointment, you have to reschedule. But there’s no repercussion if the esthetician or waxer is late for their client? I was hoping to be offered some kind of compensation or discount for my service that day. NOPE. Oh and Olivia also left behind some hairs as well for my Brazilian. Love that for me. So I ended up paying $60 in total for tardiness & for someone who isn’t detail oriented. I only came to this location because it’s closer to where I live. But after having these poor experiences, I will not be returning.

I had a Brazilian with Ashari today. It was my first appointment with her and she left an excellent impression. She was professional, friendly, punctual, thorough, and knowledgeable. I feel like I hit the lottery as it can be a challenge finding those characteristics in the service industry. During the appointment, Ashari educated me about exfoliating and lightening products. In addition, Ashari was thorough and used tweezers to get the hairs left behind. This location is less than 5 mins away from me. I found a gem. I will return back to this location and book with Ashari again.

This was my first time here and the here staff were awesome! Greeted me with a smile and gave me great customer service. The lady who serviced me was Akayla. She was so sweet and kind. Very knowledgeable about waxing and the benefit of vajacials. I will definitely be coming back !
