Wax by Andreia Columbia SC Harbison location , had an excellent experience with my first time waxing. Wonderful staff and clean facility. Fair pricing and Chrissy did great job in making me feel comfortable during my waxing.She has a nice personality and was very professional. I loved the end result. I'm definitely a regular client and I 100 % would refer anyone to visit Chrissy for their waxing needs.

I live out of town and stopped in this morning to get waxed. I was waxed by Brittany and had a Brazilian, underarms, legs and eyebrows. She did such an amazing job. She was efficient, thorough, and quick. She was so much fun to talk to and obviously cares about the quality of her work. The whole process was as painless as waxing can be. I will definitely come back to her if I am in the area again. Also the rooms and lobby were very clean and the receptionist was super nice. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for waxing in this area.

I usually have no complaints coming here, but yesterday the waxing lady Chastity really made it my last time ever going back. She was too rough, left wax all over me she was messy and used very hot wax on my lady parts 😩😭like I felt like she was having a bad day and took it out on me during my full body wax I went in for, but could not bare the pain any longer. I asked her to stop the service immediately. She didn’t tell me that she made me bleed and that has never happened. I noticed she tried to hide it and leave the room quickly. I had to remove some of the wax myself. The only reason I knew her name was because I saw her license while I undressing, because there was no formal introduction as in her telling me her name the receptionist just said you got one go set up. She then came back and said come back it’s time for your wax, she didn’t leave me with instructions what to cover up with after getting undressed. I just sat on this cold table with 2 white long sheets of paper I felt so violated i wish I felt more comfortable. I was sitting on that table in that cold room with nothing but a bra on I felt like should I leave then and I should have, but I like giving people the benefit of the doubt, lesson learned never again! I always leave good tips to my waxer I told the receptionist that I would not be leaving a tip and she asked was I ok I told her not really. She was so helpful and asked that I talk with the manager and she was polite too and offered a discount for my next visit being that I had already paid. I don’t look forward to a next visit, one bad apple can ruin a bunch. I’m upset it’s the next morning and it’s still on my mind. I’m not a Google complainer, but when you pay your money for luxury services you don’t expect to leave in pain and unsatisfied. I hate to leave these type of reviews, but if we the customers don’t speak up this will happen more often than not. This type of person will ruin a whole business not caring is a horrible way to be no matter what you choose to do in life. Please be careful who you hire.

This is my second visit at Brazilian Wax by Andreia but there will not be a third time. Once I entered the facility, I realized that I previously promised myself not to return. The receptionist shouldn't be the first encounter for customers. She doesn't make your initial experience pleasurable at all. I can't remember the young lady that waxed me but she did not do a thorough job on my Brazilian wax. I didn't notice until the next day, but she left hair around the perimeter. The prices are reasonable but not worth the poor experience. At the end of the day this is my experience with this business. Please give them a chance if you so desire.

Do not give your money or patronage to this wax salon. I had an appointment and inquired with receptionist about my services and how long of a wait. The receptionist had an attitude and was rude, told me that everyone has to wait and if I have a problem with that I can go elsewhere. Being that I was a first time customer. I waited 20mins before I ask to speak with managerJamila who apologized for the poor service of her staff. Be aware of them and stay away! They are extremely rude and the receptionist raises her voice to talk over you and yells at you. I will never come here again and I suggest you not either. Stay away by all means.

Today was my first time at Brazilian Wax. Great experience, location nice and clean, greeted soon as entering & exiting. Very professional & friendly ladies there. Andreia was very bubbly, great conversation, great work ethic and I was actually impressed. Definitely will be returning soon!

Hannah was the best and made me feel comfortable. I was so scared to go since I had a few months without waxing but Hannah made sure I felt comfortable and not embarrassed. She did the least painful wax I ever had. She definitely has magical hands. Will definitely be going there from now on for my waxes.

My daughter came the other day , and I can say the waxers attitude is horrible , the experience was going well when we got there the person in the front fit us in and it was all well until my daughter said she got to the back the waxer Brook or Brooklyn whatever her name was she nasty you can feel and see the attitude and when we was sitting in the front she was very rude the girl at the desk . Like she doesn’t know how to talk to a human. If you didn’t want to work why go . Find a different Career. And I see there are more comments about her . It’s sad

I got my first Brazilian Wax today and it was an amazing experience for me and yes it was not comfortable but it did not hurt the way some ppl made it out to be... My Brazilian Wax tech name was Hannah and she was very friendly, inviting, attentive, and a great conversationalist... By her holding a great conversation with me, help keep my mind off what she was doing... Great job and I will definitely be back...

They are very nice when you set your appointment, walk in the door, and when you leave. They make you feel very comfortable no matter what you are having done and are extremely friendly. I have never had a bad experience and don't plan on going anywhere else.

I see Hannah and Hannah only for the last 3/4 years. We have the best conversations, she is thorough and professional in her craft, and has a great personality! I know I am in good hands with her every time. Book her for a great experience and vibes, just don’t take my favorite appointment times.

Unfortunately it’s a NO for me. I have been going to a different location of Wax by Andreia and just moved to the area so decided to make an appointment here. I made the appointment online and showed up 5 minutes prior to the appointment time. When the front desk lady checked me in she seemed confused, asked me 3 times what time I was here for I kept telling her 10 am and then she would ask with who. When I got into the room everything was fine the lady was nice and very talkative. My issue is once she started waxing, OMG the absolute worst! She would lay long strips and just tear them off and not apply any pressure. I’ve been getting waxed for a while and never had any problems but this was by far my worst experience. It felt like she was rushing and trying to get it over with. Once she finished she didn’t clean me up and was still in the room and told me to get dressed. Usually they step out and give you some privacy but she didn’t. I felt so sticky and still had chunks of wax on me. I’m used to them applying aloe Vera or some type of cream afterwards. To say the least I will not every come back here again it’s disappointing because I actually loved the location i used to go to in North Carolina.
