Originally gave 5 stars and now I’m editing my review because my past experience was awful. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and once she was done she told me to keep this cream on one part of my eyebrow because it’s a “little red”. Not once did she give me a mirror to look at her work. I went and paid then looked in the mirror in my car and my skin was ripped off under my eyebrow. I’m not even mad about the mistake she made I’m mad because she tried to play it off as it just “being red”. It was bleeding by the time I got in my car, she knew what she did and still tried to hide it. If she had just been honest with me I wouldn’t be putting this review up. Maybe next time, just tell the customer you made a mistake instead of trying to hide it. It’s pathetic. And by the way, the person that checked me out was Rosy, and I know that she saw my eyebrow so there is no excuse for that. This waxing place is a joke. Don’t go here unless you want to get botched.

Rosy and Andrea are absolutely amazing. Very clean and extremely accommodating. I just moved down here from NJ and had my waxer up there for 14 yrs. Now that I moved down here those are my go to girls.

This is a good place, and I have been going for a while. However, I was making appointments with a specific specialist, and when I arrived, I was told she was unavailable and it would be a random wax specialist. This happened twice, and I found that to be unprofessional. Not everyone waxes the same; I like to feel comfortable with one specialist versus it changing each time. If the person I booked with is unavailable, notify me and allow me to choose to re-book or continue with the random person. Do not choose for me after I've driven to the shop. Very disappointing.

this was my first time ever getting a brazilian wax & honestly I was a bit jumpy as It was my first time but she was patient & super kind! She also made the process fairly quick and her work was worth it. Thank you rosy!

Amazing experience. Had my first waxing done today at Rosy’s. It was really a good experience. Rosy made me feel so comfortable and I didn’t feel like this was my first time. I expected that it’s going to hurt a lot but Rosy made it so simple and fast with less pain. Love to revisit.

With meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of proper waxing, the ladies ensure that you leave satisfied; feeling and looking your best! I am still amazed about how smooth I am. Rosy is amazing. I got appointment immediately on the same day. She has 15 years of experience in waxing . She also specializes in waxing for men . She Used honey hard wax from Brazil on me . In 15 minutes everything is done perfectly. I will repeat if I am in Florida.
