Kayla was very professional, quick and thorough. This was the best service I have had with a Brazilian wax by far. She communicated everything and her calmness and conversation, really set the mood so my nerves wouldn’t be so bad. Will be coming back!

I had Ms.Ce’ara! She was absolutely amazing! It was my first wax, but it definitely wont be my last! Signed up for the membership and everything! She was so nice, and attentive. Katelyn at the collins location in Jax FL. Was absolutely AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable and trusting. She talked me through the whole session and I am very satisfied with the results. I told her everytime I get waxed it's stressful for me. Honestly it hurts to me and I have a low pain tolerance. She understood and agreed it could be painful for some but she let me know i was in good hands. Its like she adjusts to her clients mood. She has such a great spirit and makes you feel relaxed. I don't know what shes beeing paid, but she deserves more. She was an angel❣️
